I won the heart of the God of the Underworld. Now, I have to deal with his mother…
Who happens to be Queen. And she isn’t very happy. With me. So, she sends me on a mission — read suicide mission — to collect a sample from the Waterfall of Youth, which is at the top of a high-rise owned by my gentleman, Raef. I arrive butt naked, of course. The good news is, I’m invisible, thanks to my new set of “wings.” The bad news is, Aroz — God of Lust — and his immortal mother can see me. My mission seems to be going according to plan until Aroz whisks me off to his invisible palace — read high-rise — in the clouds. Why? I have no idea. But when I find a poor soul who needs rescuing from a dismal prison cell, how can I resist? Meanwhile, I wait for my knights-in-shining-armor to come rescue me from Aroz — read Beast — but I get this really bad feeling I might be waiting a long time. Playing Beauty might look good on paper. Not so much when my Beast is a total PITA.
I am completely obsessed with this series; it doesn’t happen with many so when it does, I know I will return time and time again to read it. So now Vanessa has completely won the heart of Grey, God of the underworld but must deal with what a lot of us must deal with. The dreaded mother-in-law, only hers is worse because her mother-in-law is a queen. She accepts a mission from Grey’s mother, that at first thought sounds simple enough but, when are things ever that simple for Vanessa. Finding herself prisoner to Aroz in an invisible castle quite literally in the clouds, how will she complete her mission especially when her very soul is at stake. The author adds a touch of beauty and the beast to the story and for Vanessa it is not all it’s cracked up to be. After finishing this book, I was glad to see that the author has a book 4 coming out next month because I am not quite ready to say goodbye to these characters. This is a must-read series that will draw you in and not let you go, not that you would want to go except maybe to buy the next book!
I can’t even handle how good this book was. I have very much enjoyed this series so far. Easy book to sit down and read, definitely a little spicy. I can’t wait for book four!
Vanessa Maan, Grey, Raef and Aroz are back in this story of one woman and her immortals where she is rudely awakened by being pulled out of bed, away from Grey and straight into a place which smells of brimstone. When she has realised just where she has been whisked to, she also realises that she is butt naked, thankfully her modestly is covered thanks to a comforting presence and she needs all the comfort possible when she comes face to face to the Queen of the Underworld in her throne room and surrounded by guards with scythes. It is here that Vanessa is given a mission and 24 hours to complete it, she is being sent back up the Overworld where she is tasked to retrieve a sample of water from a Waterfall Of Youth at the top of the tower block belonging to Raef, so away she goes, propelled upward in the lift with words of warning of what is awaiting her if she fails.
When Vanessa is dropped off at the tower, she is determined to get this mission over and done with as soon as possible, but as usual, nothing really goes to plan and instead of worrying about running into Raef, she runs into Aroz instead, that is after crashing into a member of staff first as she is looking through a door at her target. As soon as he sees her, Aroz distracts her by dragging her through the Betwixt, away from her waterfall, mission and the only thing keeping her in one piece, straight into the arms of her gentleman Raef and away from a danger she hadn’t anticipated. This leads to the three of them making and executing a plan to get the necessary sample, but again things go awry and again Aroz grabs her and takes her away, but this time it is to his invisible palace in the Upperworld.
As Vanessa’s predicament becomes apparent and Aroz refuses to let her free, she becomes the trapped beauty to his beast, however, as she explores the palace and attempts to find her way around to the rooms Aroz has supposedly prepared for her, she runs into a soul in need. This soul asks for her help, but is it something Vanessa can give willingly, or will it spell even more trouble for her? Will she ever be rescued from her gilded cage and what will happen if she does, will she still remain in one piece, or will the Queen dish out the punishment she believes Vanessa deserves? This is another mythological and paranormal romance with Gods, mortals, the dead and everything in between as another race against time ensues and dangers are all around with more riddles to solve and secrets to be revealed as this fast paced adventure flows across the realms to its conclusion while pulling you along in the current.
THE BOW (HER THREE IMMORTALS Book 3) by HAZEL STORM - Review by Krista Vaughan
Hazel Storm brings back Vanessa and her Gods in this third installment of this series. Vanessa has won the heart of Grey, God of the Underworld. Grey's mother certainly has NO love for Vanessa. Mommy-dearest sends Vanessa on an errand to the mortal world... With a time limit, of course. The consequences are too dire if she fails. She is so close to success... Then Aroz, God of Lust kidnaps her and keeps her in his invisible palace! Here she finds a prisoner that needs to be rescued from a dark and sad existence.
This has been my favorite of these novels! There is non-stop action, the attraction between Vanessa and Aroz is almost palpable despite him being arrogant, selfish and narcissistic. Her unexpected and strong attraction to the prisoner has her all kinds of confused. Vanessa is so brave and full of sass. I love a sassy heroine! If you like them, too you MUST read this series! Especially this book!
I am going to be completely honest here, the crazy intimate scenes in these books really got me hooked on the series. This one, I must admit, really brought some wild, blush-inducing thoughts to mind. and I will be forever grateful to Hazel Storm, and her phenomenal writing that allows me to explore more than I would ever dare to in real life!
Overall, this third installment in the 'Her Three Immortals' series is a definite win in my books, pun intended. I love that this strong, resilient female lead continues her exploration of the afterlife and proves to us that once you set your mind to succeeding, there’s no way you can lose. She’s just lucky enough to have three Godly brothers to support her in her quests, and to assist her completely, physically, mentally, and emotionally, if only we could all be so lucky! Hazel Storm, you have done it again, and once more, I will be recommending this series to any one of my friends that really want to start living vicariously through Vanessa. I look forward to continuing on in this adventure. Thank you!
I really have fallen in love with Hazel Storm’s writing while reading her, HER THREE IMMORTALS series. When THE BOW hit my kindle I immediately cleared my schedule for the evening and dove right on it. I knew this book would consume me much like the previous two and boy did it ever! I am so freaking excited to report that this is NOT the last book like I was terrified (no seriously I was going to ugly cry if these characters were going to be done!) it was going to be, but instead we will get another book in November of this year! Yay! Happy dance!! Now back to business! These books definitely need to be read in order as they really do progress from one to the other, and this one picks up from book two. We find Vanessa facing a task from the Queen that is not going to be easy to complete and she certainly ends up in quite the predicament. I honestly can’t even begin to fathom sharing any more details but you must run not walk and get this now! Download the whole series! I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next book!
This is the third book in this series which I have enjoyed since the first book I picked up. This series keeps getting better and better for sure. This is an author that I have enjoyed from the first book I picked up of hers. I enjoyed being pulled into her story but the characters and the journey they take me on. This book is no different. I was pulled into this story from the beginning and was kept engaged to the end. I also enjoy how the characters are connectable and make the story easy to read. The author’s use of details gave the story life on each page. In this installment now that she has the heart of the God of the Underworld she has another problem, his mother. What happens next, you need to read this book and find out. I had a hard time putting this book down as I wanted to know what happened next to this main character. I enjoyed the growth of this plot throughout the story. I highly recommend this book.
THESE BOOKS! Hazel has done it again. This book starts out just where we left off in part two. It dives deeper into Vanessa's new after-life and the multiple men she is falling head over heels for. There is a ton to unpack here, as we learn more about Aroz, Raef, and a new 'beau'. The queen has sent Vanessa on a mission that seems near impossible - but only gets harder as her men interfere. Good news? There will be a ton of answers in this installment. Bad news? Even more questions of what could possibly come next! (Not really bad news; keeps ya hooked!) The longer this series continues, we get more answers, the scenes get steamier, and there is always something new that you were not expecting. I love a book that keeps me entertained, makes me question what I thought that I knew, and has the perfect characters. If you haven't started reading these yet, Why Not?! These stories are keeping me completely captivated and I need/want more!
THE BOW (HER THREE IMMORTALS Book 3) by HAZEL STORM was an amazing read, however I am thrilled to know that this is not the end of this series by Ms. Storm. If you have not read the previous two installments to Ms. Storm’s series then I highly recommend that you do as book three picks up exactly where book two ended. I personally love this series, and Ms. Storm has definitely earned her way onto my favorite authors list. Her plot for this series is amazing, her characters are wonderful, and this paranormal romance just has everything that a reader could hope for. As with the previous two installments The Bow has action, suspense, magic, mythology, fate, romance and so much more I can’t even list them all. So if you need a great new series then check out the HER THREE IMMORTALS Book by HAZEL STORM, or if your like me and have already read the first two then definitely pick up The Bow right now.
The Bow is book 3 in Hazel Storm's Her Three Immortals series. I am absolutely in love with this series. Like previously stated, this should be read in order to get the most out of the series. Personally, I would not recommend reading it as a stand alone.
Vanessa is in love with Gray and Gray loves Vanessa. Because of this love, Gray gave in on his vow of abstinence and boy did this upset Gray's mom. Vanessa have been taken to run an errand for Gray's mom and have locked down the underworld to prevent Gray from leaving to help Vanessa.
Vanessa does happen to run into Raef and Aroz on her errand and she was able to make use of that time with the both of them. Raef is still madly in love with Vanessa and was very happy to be able to see her and spend what little time he had with her. Aroz had other plans for her and decided to take actions of his own. The only problem now is to try to decide is Aroz is on her side or not. Will Gray or Raef find her in time?
This is a four-star review of Hazel Storm's "The Bow." This is Storm's third book in her Immortal series where the lives of mortals and immortals intertwine in a plot of lust, love, and action. Characters from the previous books return which helps the story move along at a faster pace. Vanessa has the heart of Grey, the God of the Underworld but his mother doesn't care for Vanessa. To be rid of Vanessa, Grey's mother sends her on a timed mission to the mortal world. Things get more interesting when she is kidnapped by Aroz, the God of Lust, and taken to his palace. There, she meets another prisoner who makes the story even more interesting! Storm uses each character to develop the plot further and takes the action to the next level! Hopefully, there will be a Book Four in the series because I really enjoyed this one!
Vanessa and Grey have made the clocktower a home. However not everyone is happy about that. Grey's mother has summoned Vanessa and has sent her on a mission to steal a sample of water from the waterfall and Fox Towers. Steph has also locked the Betwix so that Grey can not search out Vanessa and stop her. So she is left with her chameleon moth PK and Aroz as well as a little help from Raef. However things do not fo as plan and Aroz kidnaps her after she has obtained the sample and has hidden her in his Upperworld Palace. That is where Vanessa meets who she thinks is Aroz's twin Beau or Bow. She will eventually see what her true destiny is along with all 3 of her men, Raef, Grey and the new and improved Aroz. Can't wait for book 4. Hazel Storm has done it again and kept me on the edge of my seat.
First...if you haven't read the first two books...go back and do that before beginning this book...you won't regret it!!
This book starts where Book 2 left off. Vanessa is given a task by the queen of the Underworld...who doesn't seem to like her very much. While the task doesn't seem too difficult...it is Vanessa's soul at stake if she fails. After a series of mishaps and unexpected events, Vanessa finds herself whisked to the Upperworld by Aroz. However, with the time quickly dwindling down for her complete her task, she is unable to find a way out. Will her love interests be able to save her in time? Or will she fail?
I find myself immersed in this story as much as the first two. All the characters and all the different worlds make for a fantastic read. This book is a littler steamier than the first two...but so worth it. I am already looking forward to the next book!
The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance by Hazel Storm is the third book in the Her Three Immortals series. Personally I would definitely read this series in order as it is a continuation of the story from the previous books. I am really enjoying this whole series. It is so exciting to read and just keeps getting better with each book. I always find myself highly entertained by each book and I can never wait to start the next one. It is the same with this book too. I couldn’t put it down once I had started. I had convinced myself this series was a trilogy and was so pleased to find out that there will be at least another book in the series. This is a fantastic instalment to the series and I am already itching to read book 4.
Hazel Storm has brought us an original story here, and this is the third book and I'm so happy to see it is not the last!
Vanessa's journey continues and she's out of the underworld, at least temporarily. She's back with Raef for a moment while she's on a mission.
This is a unique series, and I honestly love it. It keeps you guessing as to what will happen next and wanting more of these characters. There's such amazing world building here, with all the side characters and the unique personalities of all of the main characters. I haven't read a series quite like this one. I love what has been told here, and it makes me want to continue to know what will happen next. I can't wait until the 4th book comes out to continue the story.
Poor Vanessa is stuck in it again! She FINALLY won over the Don, but his mother (The Queen!) despises her! So what does the queen do? She sends her on a suicide mission to steal something from another Goddess, who also hates her! And she sends her completely NAKED on top of it!! But of course the Arrow shooting God kidnaps her during her mission and throws her in a dark prison with another poor soul who needs saving himself. What a mess! Will she find cloths? Will she complete her mission? Will she escape the God? Will she survive the Goddesses? And will she save the soul? Or will she die trying or worse?! Man oh man you have to read this set!! It will keep you on your toes and have you waiting for book 4 just like me! Lol :)
The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance (Her Three Immortals Book 3) by Hazel Storm 4 Star!!!!
Wow what more can I Say? This is the third book in tihs series I have read and oh boy I sure was not let down. I really have enjoyed this author's take on a reverse harem. I find that the series is refreshing and unique. I have really enjoyed reading this series.
The characters are all very well written. I like how there is not just romance but a bit of drama too. Even though this is paranormal the characters have real life issues and this makes it so much better to read as it isn't predictable and the reader can relate to the characters better. I cannot wait for more from this series.
The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance (Her Immortals Book 3) By Hazel Storm 5 stars
I was so excited to see the newest instalment to this series and it didn’t disappoint in the slightest – I think this one may be my favourite of the whole series which is hard to say because I’ve loved them all. The action in this story kept me on the edge of seat – Vanessa is such a great character to read about – I really like her. There was a real attraction between Vanessa and her captor and I could definitely feel that coming through the story. The author definitely knows how to captivate me through her writing and this hasn’t wavered at all over the three books! I was also extremely excited that there is more to come from this series too!! I cannot wait!!
The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance (Her Three Immortals Book 3) By Hazel Storm
This book pulled in from the beginning just like the first two in this series. This series just keeps getting better with each book. This one gets a little more steamy than the first two, I am definitely not complaining. In this one Vanessa finds herself in a race against time on a mission she needs to complete to save her soul but it doesn't seem to be going as planned. I loved how we got to know some of the characters better in this story. This book starts up right where book two left off so it is my suggestion you read this series in order. This book is full of great characters, magic, danger, action and so much more. This is a must read and I cannot wait to read what comes next.
The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance (Her Three Immortals Book 3) by Hazel Storm follows on from the first two books. This paranormal romance is unique and original and is a quick an engrossing read that will leave you laughing. There is mystery and suspense, passion and chemistry, Greek Gods, and mythology. This intriguing sexy and sizzling series is addictive. It is fun and titillating and the clever narrative leaves you wanting more. I love the characters and love that it is told in multiple POV’s. When you have temptation and three sexy immortal Gods who have set their attention and sights set on you what’s a girl to do?
First, I absolutely LOVE the cover of the book....can you say stunning! Second, I cannot get enough of this series....it is truly a book lovers delight for sure and I am one very happy girl to know there is a 4th book coming!!! "The Bow" is book 3 in this series and I do recommend reading this series in order. I am addicted to the characters. There is love, suspense, with some magic and I love each character. Vanessa has been assigned a task to complete by the Underworld Queen and she must succeed. Just when she believes everything is going according to plan, here comes Aroz. I love how the story unfolds and you really get to know the characters.
I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this book is, not only were the first two amazing this one really put this series over the edge. The issues that come up with what Vanessa has to go thou and then trying to figure out how to do it is just totally wonderful. Grey’s mother really hates having Vanessa there because now she doesn’t have a hold on Grey to make him do what she wants her too, and Vanessa has pretty much put a stop to it. I would honestly call her a monster-in-law, if you know what I mean. Once again, the romance and love in this book just pours off the pages. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for the next one.
The Bow is the 3rd book in the Her Three Immortal series and picks up where book 2 left off, so i would highly recommend reading this series in order to get all of those juicy important details we saw in the previous books. This book is by far my favorite in the series. With every book the authors writing gets better and i was pulled into this world because of the attention to details and world building this author put into their books. The main characters are likeable and i like seeing them overcome so much in the last 3 stories. I cannot wait until the next book comes out and i would for sure read more books by this author in the future!
I've definitely been enjoying the world this series has created. Vanessa and her men sure are entertaining and the spicy scenes between them are hot enough you might need some ice. In this riveting read, we get to know more about Aroz and the connection that we've watched grow over the last couple of books. Vanessa gets sent up to the Overworld on a mission from the Queen of the Underworld and ends up finding herself trapped in the Upperworld with the god of Lust. While trying to find a way to escape and complete her mission she ends up catching wind of a prophecy she might be at the center of.
I really enjoyed the direction the author is going with this story. I feel like the author has found her footing in her writing of this story and has taken it in stride. The story progression with the aspect of Psyche actually surprised me and wasn’t something I necessarily saw coming early in the series. I also enjoy how each book introduces a plot that is resolved by the end barring the overall arcing plot of the entire series. Book 1 was about saving her brother, book 2 focused on Adonis, and book 3 introduced and concluded the separated twins.
I will absolutely be continuing the series with the 4th and final? book.
The Bow is book 3 of Her Three Immortals by Hazel Storm. I enjoyed reading and definitely recommend. This book is a paranormal RH romance. In this book the heroine won the heart of the God of the underworld and now has to deal with his mother, who isn't very happy with her. So she sends her on a potential suicide mission to collect a sample from the Waterfall of Youth. Her mission seems to be going according to plan until she is whisked away to an invisible palace. While there she finds a poor soul who needs rescuing. Will she fulfil her mission and will she manage to rescue the prisoner? This book is available on Amazon
I love this series. It has so much drama throughout it. I love how original it is. Vanessa and her guys have amazing personalities that are felt throughout the story. It extremely well written and developed. The characters are stunningly beautiful and their chemistry to each other adds so much to the story. The descriptions are vivid and I absolutely love when an author makes them vivid as it allows me to complete immerse myself into the story. This is a fantastic must read. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Brilliant series and author I’m loving this series. It has everything I enjoy in a paranormal romance adventure. Even though it had been a little while between books, I was instantly transported back to Vanessa and her world of Gods. There is just so much to love about the story: the characters, the world building and the pacing are just spot on. Hazel Storm you are truly a masterclass author. This is a series not to be missed and really must be read in order. Can’t wait for The Box.
I was hooked immediately when I started the first book in this series. Three books later, I am even more invested in it. It picks off right where the second book ended and we are thrust into epic quests and even better loves. I love Vanessa, Grey Raef, and Aroz together. This book focuses on the relationship with one of the brothers and his relationship with Vanessa. I devoured the book in no time. I seriously love this series.
The Bow was a great read! This book was interesting, entertaining and enthralling. It felt like a really quick read as well. There were so many steamy scenes, that is definitely an 18+ read. I still can't tell which book so far has been my favorite, but I enjoyed this one much more than the second one so far. I absolutely love the world and characters that Hazel Storm has created in this series. I can't wait to read the next installment!
