Singleness, what if we have it all wrong? Whether you are single or married, what if we ALL have it wrong? What if the situations that surround a relationship status are not related to the status itself? What if the things that we have put at the center of our attention are causing us to miss out on what we should be focusing on? What if the reality of single or married matters less than we think? Singleness itself is indeed an interesting topic and, singleness within the church, where do we even begin? Everyone can relate to the experience of singleness, no matter a person's beliefs, and within the church, singleness is certainly unique. There is a growing concern regarding singleness and its existence within the church, and with the combination of varying perspectives on relationships and the Bible, singleness brings with it many questions: What does the Bible say about singleness? How is singleness related to marriage? What should single people do in their "season of waiting"? What are the best ways to reach single people? Join in the discussion surrounding singleness and singleness within the Christian church. Looking at what our views on singleness tell us about ourselves, at how single people can be supported within the church, and at the reminder that there is only one thing that truly matters for all people-and it's not the status of single or married.
