Reduce inflammation through food

This book opens by educating to reader about what inflammation is and how the things we eat can make it better or worse. The author has consolidated a nice list of foods to eat and ones to avoid. I personally found that concise list helpful. Then we get into the recipes. And I felt like these were foods that will please a wide variety of people. Overall, I am happy with this book.
