Fae Guardians #1-3

Season of the Wolf Trilogy

Rate this book
Humans destroyed this world. The Fae rebuilt. Thousands of years later, humans want it back.

Humans and Fae are at war over the last habitable piece of land left on earth. Neither fully human or fae, but something in between, a woman from our time must work with a lethal Fae Guardian of the future to uncover the sinister plot threatening to destroy the land once and for all. Saving the world starts with opening their hearts. Start your Fae Guardians adventure with the three wolf shifter members in the Cadre of Twelve, Rush, Thorne and Jasper.

Book 1 - The Longing of Lone Wolves
Rush is a Fae Guardian, a wolf-shifter whose enhanced abilities have made him a ruthless protector of Elphyne. His job is to protect the realm from the human enemy. But after a shameful curse leaves him exiled, he spends his lonely time longing to be part of the living and once again protecting them from monsters...until one mysteriously washes up on the shores of his lake. The more he learns about this human enemy, the more he realizes she's not the monster he's been trained to believe. In fact, she's capable of inciting passion he'd never dreamed possible again.

Book 2 - The Solace of Sharp Claws
Sharp claws keep you safe.
That’s the brutal lesson Thorne learned as a young wolf-shifter. Abandoned as a child, singled out by an evil uncle, and then forced to work for the ruthless Order of the Well, Thorne’s anger was a weapon as much as his claws. Now a vicious Fae Guardian, he hunts monsters, the human enemy, and anything that gets in his way. On a mission to find his missing mentor, Thorne finds himself suddenly mated to Laurel, a beautiful, driven, but damaged human awoken from a time long since past.

Book 3 - The Dreams of Broken Kings
Jasper knows he is someone damaged and dangerous, the scars on his body prove it. But his memories have been taken from him. He knows not why, or how, he came to be in the locked room with the pretty, vulnerable human, but he knows three things: the King wants him dead, Ada is his mate, and he’ll do anything to claim her.

Well three books in one I thought why not !

Now the first book explains everything you need to know about the post apocalypse world and what happened to make it this way .

Each book has a different set of characters that is focused on , with the good old “‘mate bond “ thrown in !!

My fav was book two ❤️

The series is pretty easy to read and dare I say predictable, I mean I enjoyed it but I wasn’t enthralled by it .

The Fae Guardians Series by Lana Pecherczyk is a bit of a post-apocalyptic epic fantasy where the world had been destroyed by humans, and the Fae came in and rebuilt it. Now, thousands of years later humans and fae are at war over only habitable land left on Earth. But things aren’t what they seem, there are sinister agendas in play which threaten to destroy everything. We follow along and meet the Fae Guardians, who are in the midst of it all. With high stakes, the fate of the world rests on their shoulders, making for spellbinding reading.
Each instalment could be read as a standalone as each focuses on a separate couple. But having said that, there is a bridging storyline, that is building a bigger picture- so I highly recommend reading the entire series, in sequence, for the optimum reading experience.
With fae, shifters, vampires, elves, witches, magic, time travel, action, adventure, curses, agendas, monster hunting, quests, drama, danger, angst, intrigue, mystery, emotion, good vs evil, chemistry, sizzle, tension, a ruthless ‘Order’, enemies to lovers, fated mates, secrets, lies, and much more – all kept me flipping the pages to discover how everything plays out in the end.
Ms. Pecherczyk wove some magic of her own, casting vivid world-building spells that really made everything come to life. The characters also got a lot of attention, being fully realised individuals with their own unique personalities, quirks, and flaws. I love meeting each couple, connecting with them, and following them on their adventures. I also appreciated the bigger picture that became more focused as the series progressed.
I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a well-woven fantasy-adventure- especially with plenty of sizzle.
The ‘Fae Guardian’ series is made up of three trilogies- ‘Season of the Wolf’, ‘Season of the Vampire’, and ‘Season of the Elf’-
-The Longing of Lone Wolves (Book #1) -> Rush and Clarke’s story
-The Solace of Sharp Claws (Book #2) -> Thorne and Laurel’s story
-Of Kisses and Wishes (Book #2.5) -> Caraway and Anise’s story
-The Dreams of Broken Kings (Book #3) -> Jasper and Ada’s story
-The Secrets In Shadow and Blood (Book #4) -> Indigo and Violet’s story
-A Labyrinth of Fangs and Thorns (Book #5) -> Haze and Peach’s Story
-A Symphony of Savage Hearts (Book #6) -> Shade and Silver’s story
-A Song of Sky and Sacrifice (Book #7) -> Forrest and Melody’s story
-A Crown of Cruel Lies (Book #8) -> Aeron and Trix’s story
- A War of Reckoning (Book #9) -> Leaf and Nova’s story
Well worth the read!
Happy Reading…

I really enjoyed Lana’s writing. I was thrown into a world of fae hotties and binged these like crazy! Each has their own story but ties in together so you still feel like an on going plot woven together by different characters. Perfect length, I HIGHLY recommend picking up Fae Guardians!
