But after some confusion with the groups, Ella and her friends become lost in the national park. Can they survive the wilderness and get back to their class?
This Book is a Great book and i highly recommend it! For me it is a a bit short but still has a great story! I think books are perfect for people in year 4 - 6, but still have great lessons and stories for older people. I knocked of 1 star because of the length and the other star because I just find it unrealistic and something you shouldn't be teaching kids to do. I mean I think it is great story but doesn't relate to my life. In the first place i wouldn't of rubbed my name of that sheet and I would have no idea how to make a raft. I would have stayed on the same trail as everyone else and hopefully catched up quickly.
However this is still a great book and I really enjoyed it but it didn't take long for me to finish it. I love how in every Ella at Eden book you show the importance of friendship and how not to take you parents, dogs(Bob) and your very own nana Kates for granted. I think some Ella at Eden books are better than other and i enjoy certain stories in each book But I still 100% think you should read this book

A great adventure, school camp story about friends, enemies and finding yourself. Ella is so used to Zoe being her safety blanket, so she coasts along careful not to challenge herself to step too far out of her comfort zone. When Ella and a small group of girls including a very unpleasant Saskia are separated from the rest of the year level, they have to use their newly acquired wilderness skills to find their way out of the bush. Not only are the girls up against each other and the bush, they’re also being stalked by the camp witch!
