Part Young Rapper Impala is released from jail after his girlfriend pawns the laptop filled with his unfinished music to post his bond. With no job and his nickel and dime hustles not panning out, Impala does literally any and everything to get the laptop back before his show at the music festival SXSW.Young Hustler Freddy is tired of being just an errand boy when the neighborhood dope boy, and his mentor, gets arrested by the FEDS on their way out of town. Their Panamanian plug puts Freddy under his wing and shows him the real way to hustle step by step.Part Impala continues his journey of domination as he gets closer and closer to his goal of a major record deal. His relationship with Tracy intertwined with the women on the road, causes Impala to second guess the bonds he built with his closest friends, turning his paranoia into a weakness.Freddy and Poncho turn into rivals after mutual trust is broken when Poncho's niece Liza pursues her goal of leaving Panama to live in the US. Back in Fayetteville, as a boss, Freddy closes in on takeover, which will put him on a collision course with Impala.
