Interesting story
I think the story is interesting it has some good world building and the characters are likable. My complaint is the main character is a little bit naive and submissive and I would think he would learn after a while to be more confident. But this doesn't take away from the story it enhances the story if you're into that kind of thing. It does become a little bit tedious sometimes because of every question the main character or anybody asks the author has I wonder after it and sometimes it fits and a lot of times it does not. I think it would be a little bit better if he didn't say I wonder after every question or maybe just sometimes say I wonder. Okay that's it for my pet peeve and that's the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

Really enjoying the series
I like the polyamory and explorations of some taboos, I like the story elements at am curious about some future characters the author is teasing. The only reason I didn't give five stars is to motivate the author, because I think he's holding himself back somewhat (and there are a couple of times the story started to risk lag, but recovered very quickly. )

Interesting and sexy!
Both the first book in the series and this one have an interesting plot, great characters and phenomenal sex. The sex might have been better if there was more of it but I think the waiting to see what would happen and when helped to heighten the sex when it did happen.
And the problems that Kai, Gabriella, and Serenity (Ren) encountered really moved the overall story along well. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

uhmmm
I like the story, I’m annoyed by the main character.
The indecisiveness and the complete lack of confidence drove me nuts. Why is he always panicking, stuttering, and saying uhm for every question?
The harem forming around the MC is more interesting than he is, and I like their personalities. He’s a weird anime protagonist mixed with a fetishist who can’t decide whether he is confident or a coward and it gets old.

This volume was great. We get to learn more of Kai’s circumstances, while also adding some more questions. I enjoyed all the dramatic turns that lead to the expansion of his harem, which is nicely MILF inclusive. I’m really enjoying the series so far.

Well written. Moves kind of fast, even for a harem. By the end of this second book the harem count is somewhere between 3 and 5 women.
