Part of my mental health air-pump. A very short book that could have been a bit longer, but I shouldn't complain as so many self-help books are padded with 200 pages of fluff. This is like a quick pump-up session with an experienced friend, and the positive take-aways are well worth the short time it took to read the book.
Book can work for either gender. It’s a very good self-help confidence booster. Author discusses real life experiences and puts the reader into the story. Definitely worth reading.
