This is a short introduction to a really good series that I'm just just starting. The writing is believable and I like or Really dislike the characters as the case may be. I wish Amber had a better support system but maybe that will come later. So far I am excited to have found this Author.

I didn't find and read this book until after I'd already read books 1 and 2 of this series. This would have been a helpful preamble to the series, but even as an after thought, was still worth the time to read.

Audiobook review:
An enjoyable prequel to a series. Amber has always been told to hide her majic, thus she keeps to herself. The new police chief has his suspicion after a water rescue of a toddler which Amber used her majic. I am looking forward to reading more of this series.
The narrator is very good, clear pronunciation, and good voice inflections.

This is a prequel to the Edgehill Mystery series.

This story gives a background to Amber. It also introduces other characters in later stories, including Betty and John. The new police chief, Owen Brown, is also introduced, and after an incident happens involving a little girl, a suspicion arises about Amber.

A very small teaser for the series.

Good narration.

Not enough story to give it a good rating.

Pawsitively Suspicious is the prequel to the Witch of Edgehill series by Melissa Erin Jackson.

This was a quick introduction to a new series. I felt bad for what Amber has gone through. I’ve already started book 1 and found this backstory to be helpful.

Saw this for cheep. It is okay, it really could be read as something extra but not really needed for over all story.

I feel this pre story is incomplete and more could of been added. But other then that sounds like a fun series to start.
