A friend who knows the pressure I put on myself to run a successful business recommended this to me. It was a good read and helped me understand that many of the hardships I created were because I was too hard on myself. Giving myself grace eases my mind and allows me to perform at a higher level and ultimately aids in achieving my goals without the stomach ulcers and sleepless nights.

Minus one star for all the fluff, minus another for all the negative assumptions the listener/reader is forced to take in to get to the good stuff. Some good tools.
