This picks up right where book 1 ended. We see Octavia still trying to navigate her new normal without her father, with new trauma that life dealt her and with 4 broody hot guys that are slowly forcing their way back into her life. Hopefully into her bed and heart as well.
Her stalker is still making life hard and the threats are getting more sinister. Hitting too close to home. Many could be in harms way if she doesn't stop interacting with the guys who are determined to show her just much they messed up. She isn't willing to give them up so bring it Mr. Stalker.
Little by little with sweet words, dirty whispers, naughty touches and kisses that leave her breathless - Lincoln, East, Maverick and Finley become more a fixture in her life. They are all still pretty secretive with why they were complete asses to her, but they are coming around.
Her BFF Indi is her rock. She's there to talk sense and be the stability she needs in this crazy town.
This read was packed with hotness, mysterious twists you didn't see coming and ending that will gut you. Woah! Can't wait to see where this author takes us next.

Another great read, this second book upped the anti and had a much darker flavour in terms of the environment and what is occurring in Echo Cove. We learn about the Knights a secret society that as legacy's the boys are all entangled within, the very thing they've been trying to protect V from since she arrived back home.
V learns just why the boys have been so cruel to her but forgiveness is a slow thing and I love that she didn't instantly roll over our girl has a backbone and is stubborn. The boys have also abandoned their inane plan realising it wasn't effective. Now the majority are working overtime attempting to earn back Octavia's good graces. All except Lincoln who knows if he still wants to protect her keeping his distance for what he thinks is her own good is the way to go.
I adore the dynamic between Mav and V they are explosive together, I like Octavia's connection with all of them but her one with Mav just has that extra oomph and they are bloody electric together. We also have the stalker storyline intensifying and the suspense regarding the Knights is still hanging over all of their heads.
This was well-written and easy reading and I'm enjoying this series very much, racing through it actually, I've read the first two books in one day. This one concludes on a cliffhanger finish, but no matter as it's a complete series.

I’ve just finished this book and I am not ok 😱😱 Lily youve taken my heart and broken it, but did I want it to be broken with that storyline? YES I DID 🖤
Lost Royal follows on from the first book with Octavia and her harem of beautiful boys. I love how this book has now gone to multiple POV so you get lots of different sides to what’s happening.
I love how the relationships have evolved and that spice is 🥵🥵 I need me some Maverick please 😍 All the boys are just amazing, different but similar at the same time. More answers are coming out but then more secrets at the same time.
The darkness and violence is starting to come out more with the situation ramping up.
I love this book and series so much and can’t wait to see what happens next 🖤🖤

This series is so good! Book 2 picks up right where the last one left off. I LOVE see the character growth and changes in this book. And the spice is 🥵🔥🔥🔥
I really enjoy watching her relationships grow with each guy. The humor in this book is perfect. And after that ending, I’m ready for book 3 now!🙌🏻

I’m all about procrastinating, I thought I was a pro. I thought I was about that life. No. Octavia showed me that she is the true queen of procrastination.
Stalker after her? She’ll solve it later
Secret society after her? A problem for later
Revenge on the guys (that bullied her, practically raped her but not really because she kinda likes them, used her fathers supposed suicide against her, used her phobia agains her, etc etc)? Later, maybe… she hasn’t really decided if they deserve it 🥹 and yes, she’s fucking thenm but that doesn’t mean that they are forgiven duhhh
Bonus points: when Mav takes her virginity in public after she says no (it wasn’t rape, don’t be dramatic, it was ok because it did things to her coochie and she liked it 🫠)
Her cousin shenanigans? Maybe later, maybe they’ll be friends again because Blair really deserves the benefit of the doubt (I’m not crying inside, you are)
The jock tries to rape her? Deep breath, she MAAAAYBE was going to call the police but the guys said it was already taken care off…… at least it was more then she did about the teacher soooo

Slightly darker and much hotter than the first book. We get some answers though not everything is revealed yet. We will definitely be getting some major answers next book it seems though. I really loved getting to know more of the guys’ past since she’s been gone and seeing them start to grow together. I can’t wait for V to show her major bad*ss side in this next book hopefully. And the ending—hello, cliff, my old friend.

This series is so freaking good! This book picks up where book one left off from and it gets real in this one ! This story sucked me right back in and I didn’t want to be anywhere else! The twists and turns the mystery and intrigue the suspense! And the character growth was amazing I’m obsessed with Octavia and her men and I would love to have a bff like Indie every girl needs a ride or die friend like her ! That gut wrenching ending left me speechless I can’t wait for the next book I NEED the next book ! I’m so invested in this story and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

I received an ARC for an honest review.
So this book picks up where we left off, and let me tell you....it starts with a bang! Damn Maverick, I love what your psychotic brain comes up with!! Now, I don't condone violence, but in books, it just does it when the alpha male takes care of his bad ass equal of a woman! And I just love the dynamic between these five! All that lovely sexual tension makes the book that much better for me. And minor spoiler, thank fuck that Lincoln finally gets on board!!
And as for the secrets.... whoo boy! We get a few answers, but so many more questions pop up it's not funny! Lily is trying with my emotions here! I need to know all!!! And OMG 😱😳 that cliffhanger was so not cool! Why do authors like to do that, it is so not nice! They just love the taste of our tears!
But I will say what I have loved with these first two books is that I feel like I don't blink and I am done reading! The length of these is amazing! And yes, I am greedy and still want more, but Lily Wildharts packs so much content into not a small book! It makes my reader heart go pitter pat! Now, let's hope book three is not as ominous as the title and the cliffy suggests! 🤞

I was again blessed with an ARC of Lost Royal from Lily Wildhart and this may have been my most anticipated read of November.
Book 2 in the Knights of Echoes Cove series jumps right back into the drama of Echoes Cove following the attempted assault of Octavia. V still has so many questions and gets ~some~ answers in this book.
Things I loved:
-Indi and V are still everything! Again, such a honest portrayal of female friendships, I loved it. I'm still unsure about Indi (I trust no one in books lmao) but I hope she's who she says she is!
-I am so invested into the plot of this series! There are so many questions and so many ways this can go. It's nervewrecking but I love it.
-HOLY SMOKES THE SMUT! So many sexy scenes, so many spicy moments.
Things I didn't appreciate:
-I am literally suspicious of EVERYONE! It makes for a very interesting reading experience.
-I really enjoy V's men, but I feel like there were moments where I was confusing them? Could have been just me though!
-The cliffhanger felt like a personal attack, I literally cannot wait until book 3!

What. The. Heck. Just. Happened?!?
THIS FREAKING BOOK!
Octavia is such a force to be reckoned with. She’s strong, fierce and even after everything she’s been through keeps her head held high. She’s a queen. I’m positive Octavia and Indi could rule the world.
I’m so glad there has been resolution with Octavia and her men. (They finally got their heads out of their butts). In Tormented Royal, I had no idea how they could possibly redeem themselves. After getting a closer look into each of the men’s lives I found myself rooting for them. They are each complex characters and not everything is as it seems- they all have deep rooted issues due to trauma from their pasts. THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS SO GOOD IM NOW TEAM MAVERICK ALL THE WAY! 😂
I was fully immersed in Lost Royal. This book was full of action, secrets and oh so much spice! I was waiting on the edge of my seat just waiting for the other shoe to drop- boy, did it! That cliffhanger is going to stick with me for awhile! I’m so ready for book 3. I NEED MORE!
Also- Blair is the devil I’m sure of it.

The first half of this book started out a little slow, but once we got to the second half it picked right up. I’m glad there was some focus on how Octavia was handling the death of her father. I also enjoy taking the time to handle the aftermath of what the guys had done to her in the previous book. I absolutely loved that we got a good amount of Lincoln, Mav, Finley, and East’s POV and it wasn’t just short chapters. We learn some of their backstory and some secrets with The Knights Society. There is still a lot left to uncover though. It was nice to see Octavia and the guy’s relationship grow and develop. Old feelings resurface and while they aren’t good guys, they show a different side with her. There is a good amount of steam and let’s just say Octavia may have a hard life right now but the guys make up for it in the bedroom (or outside in the park 🥵). I absolutely love Indie and V’s friendship. I also adore Smithy and how much he cares for Octavia. The ending left me hanging and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Octavia and her guys are back and hotter then ever! If you thought the first book was steamy, this one will have your panties melting off!
I love seeing the relationships grow between Octavia and each of the guys. They slowly start to open up to her and give her some answers that help her understand them better. The chemistry between each of them is off the charts and is only gonna get hotter and they grow even closer.
Once again, Indi steals the show for me every time she is in a scene. She is still my favorite side character of any series of read! And I love how she has her own love life going on too. I would love to have a series on that.

I am so glad we got to see the guys more and get to know them. They were definitely on my $h!+ list in the first book but I’m glad to see they turned themselves around!
This book for me was a little slow in the beginning but the groveling of the boys was throughly needed. They started to open up to Octavia and stopped holding secrets from her. But with the stalker still in the loose and not getting closer to finding out who it is, they keep her on a tight leash. They do everything they can to protect her but also learn to trust her to make her own decisions.
I also love her and Indies relationship. They are both crazy but fit together to perfectly. Plus with all the broody men, how can you go wrong?
But I do have a bone to pick you Lily Wildhart…. This ending?! Brutal 😭

Lost Royal picks up where Tormented Royal left off and oh my lanta it was soooo good!
I loved getting to know the guys more; throughout this book we get to learn more of their back stories and learn more about the secrets in Echoes Cove.
The spice…. Phew.. it definitely was turned up A LOT in this book. Let me just say, Mav’s dirty talk is everything🥵
I also really enjoy Indi and Octavia’s friendship!
There are still soooo many secrets to be uncovered and the plot keeps you guessing throughout.
Warning though!! Does end in a BRUTAL cliffhanger.

You've out done yourself!
I received this book as an ARC, and I couldn't put it down. It picks up where it left off of a big cliff hanger from book one and to say it doesn't disappoint. I was intrigued, swooned, raging mad, and now, well let's just say I will be waiting very patiently (biting nails) for book 3 Caged Royal. I have my own ideas and theories who might be V's stalker and why the Knights want her so bad, but I'm going to leave them for the next book. Keep up the great work Lily!

AHHMAZING!!! Loved this one so much!! We get some amazing character growth for V…. Her inner bad** just keeps pushing through! One of my favorites things though is the depth and insight we get from the guys here….. you get to connect with all of them… and of course fall head over heels for them lol This one will keep you on your toes the whole time!! Prepare for an EPIC cliff…. The wait for caged will be brutal lol

OMG! MA’AM…why do you keep doing this to me? Are you trying to kill me with your cliffhanger endings?
Okay, now that I have that out of my system, we get so much more information in this book. While we already know that the guys were pushing Octavia away and trying to get her to leave because they were trying to save her from the Knights, we didn’t really know much more than that. Well that’s no longer the case in this book. While we don’t find out everything, not surprising since there are two more books, we do find out a lot. Including what the guys have been going through, not just in the years that Octavia was gone, but we also find out what’s been going on for basically their whole lives. This book really gives a lot more context as to why the guys were acting the way they were. I still have some questions, like what’s the deal with Octavia’s cousin, where is her mom, where is Lincoln and Easton’s mom, and who the hell is her stalker?
Also along with the information we also get a lot of character growth in this book. And y’all, honestly, I think Maverick may be my favorite guy. There’s just something about the slightly crazy guy with a softy center for the girl he loves, that makes me gravitate to that character. But I also just want to wrap the other guys up in a hug too. Needless to say I love all the guys now and none of them are on my shit list any longer.

There is nothing better in a series you are absolutely loving, then when the second book in said series is just as amazing as the first and you find new reasons to love it as well as loving it for the same reasons for which you fell in love with the series in the first place.
The second installment of Lily Wildhart’s Knights of Echoes Cove series is thrilling and sexy with all of the mystery and intrigue that I have come to love this author for. I highly recommend this series if you love books about a badass girl who is comfortable in her sexuality, takes no shit from anyone, but is still just a teenage girl who is trying not to come apart when the world she is living in constantly throws obstacles in her path. Octavia is strong and capable, but she can only handle so much. Luckily, she has four boys at her back, who even though their methods are crazy, will stop at nothing to protect her.
In Lost Royal, so many questions are answered, but so many new questions are left in their stead. You’ve got to love a cliffhanger ending and Lily Wildhart has just about sent me to an early grave with these books!

Lost Royal by Lily Wildhart is a dark high school bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Heather Firth, Blake Lockheart, David Black, Gideon Frost, and Gregory Salinas. This is the second book in The Knights Of Echoes Cove series.
This is the second book of Lily's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I really enjoyed getting Octavia, Finley, Easton, Maverick, and Lincoln's points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
The cliffhanger left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Caged Royal to be released on audio.

The 4 guys are everything in this book for me their POV chapters were my favorite and honestly were what kept me reading.
This 2nd book in the series picks up right where the first book leaves off and it's interesting to get more information into this secret society and what is going on.
I absolutely love the guys that are V's love interests, I did have a hard time liking Octavia, I guess my personality doesn't go well with hers, but I'm able to look past that and enjoy the book.
I've gone back and forth about my review but have concluded that honesty is the best. After the first book I felt like this series had so much potential but I had a hard time finishing this second book. I found myself skimming chapters and only really focusing on the guy's pov chapters. There is some overly repetitive thoughts, the conversations didn't always hold my attention, and not all of the events and details stayed consistent. I loved this book just as much as the first! Storytelling is paced well, you keep wanting to read on to find out what happens next but it isn't too overwhelming or busy with too much happening.
The side characters of Indi, Smithy etc are all written very well. You want to know more about them, but they don't detract from the main characters story in any way.
There are still unanswered questions surrounding the stalker and how they are so good at getting to V undetected. I can't wait for that storyline to pan out then go back and look for hints in previous books.

I was hoping for answers in this book. The boys fill V in on more about the knights but still no answers. Why do the knights want V so badly, Who is her stalker? And finally, the cliffhanger, who kidnapped V?
I have a feeling V’s mother is involved but I’m not sure who else is helping her? I cannot wait to dive into the next book and see what that brings.
This Author is phenomenal! You absolutely must read this series!

Good to be back with Octavia and the guys. There is a lot of going on this book and some questions without answer yet. Octavia is finding more about what is going on and her guys are in her side. Good thing that she also have her best friend Indi and I want bestie like her in my life. From the guys Maverick is my fave now. I loved that we get to know guys even more in this book. Also what they have gone through. Can't wait to read next book.

I love that this jumped directly in where book one left off.
This book has mutli POV which added so much to the story. I loved getting feelings and thoughts from the guys. Their relationship has evolved but not solidified. She's making them work for it after what they put her through.
The spice is 🥵. I need me some Mav I my life.
This book kept me on my toes until the very end, and that ending has me itching for book 3!

I love this series and the male charaters are so hot. They love fierce even though Octavia is not having it. I can't wait for the story to continue because I need answers!!

I was so happy that Lost Royal continued to give us all the goodness we started with in Tormented Royal and more! Octavia and the guys are finally starting to work together and let down their guards and I couldn’t be happier to see it happen. This book is full of mystery, deception, suspense and so much steaminess.
Octavia continues to be an incredibly strong character with a lot of personality. Even as her relationships with the guys progress, she doesn’t lose herself, which I love. She’s wading into some shark infested waters and, while the guys are around to help out, I definitely think there’s going to be a lot of destruction to come. But she’s accepting the guys and finally starting to believe and listen to everything they have to say about the Knights, while getting into some sexy situations with all of them along the way!
I loved the guys in this book - they’re finally starting to open up and let Octavia back into their lives by showing her the pain and darkness they’ve experienced since she’s been gone. Each of them has their own twisted backstory that we’re only starting to be introduced to, but I love reading about what’s made them this way and how they’re continually fighting their bad experiences to be better for Octavia. I’m so intrigued by Easton’s story with Harrison and can’t wait to find out more. There’s so much that Lincoln, Finley and Maverick have been through together and I’m dying to learn more about what they’ve done, survived and will do with the Knights.
One of my major complaints about book 2 is that Octavia and Indi’s relationship takes a major backseat to all of the drama with their boys. While their friendship was a major part of the first book, it felt like a bit of an afterthought in this one, coming up when it was convenient but also missing for large chunks of time. I want more Octavia and Indi greatness in the next book!
Reader beware - just like in book 1, book 2 ends with a major cliffhanger...maybe even worse than the first one. Can’t wait to get my hands on book 3 when it comes out - I need more from Octavia and the guys!

Oh wow.
This was just a plethora of mixed feelings over different characters and different situations. Emotional rollercoaster doesn't begin to cover it!!
The author has covered so much in this second book. We get so much info as the boys try another route to keep V safe. We learn more about them and their painful childhoods and relationships to their parents. Explains quite a bit. We also learn more about the Knights as the boys slowly leak info to V. She begins to realise there's probably no way out.
Best friend Indi is a much needed safe place for her and a welcome break from all the testosterone of the boys! Altho she is also now dating a trio of the rivals of the Knights - The Kings. No issues as yet and I'm hoping it doesn't cause any problems for what is a great girl friendship. Indi has her back constantly - when the boys are a bit over the top, and when Blair and the bitch squad decide to bully V.
Considering how recently Octavia lost her V-card and her limited experience since, she's a girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to ask for it or take it. She does question the fact she has feelings for all the boys and that she's done some sort of physical act with them but not enough to stop, and not enough to give them up!
Smithy is another solid influence in Vs life and I think we'd all love a guy like this in our life!! And bless him he's started dating...but who is she? Should we be worried??
And along with the Knights constantly hovering around V, she has the stalker still. And whoever it is, is getting more creepy in his approach and invading her space easily and scarily. Despite having Private Investigators on it and Smithys FBI friend, along with all the skills the boys have, he's like a ghost.....
The end is a doozy!!!! What a cliffhanger! This was a long book and took me much longer to read than the first but its jam packed full of action, information, a hundred different feelings, mini stories.....and a strong cliffhanger that I need to know the answer to now!!!!!
