Paige and Sophie accept the offer of 2 weeks in a holiday home in coastal New Zealand. The only problems are the strange people next door and the stranger noises at night.
Sophie wants a holiday but Paige is happy to have a mystery instead.

A quick little read. This prequel tells us how squirrel & swan investigations got started. I’ve really enjoyed all the following books in this series, and I’d love to see another one some day soon.
