Midnight #3

After Midnight

When love fights dirty, what choice do I have?

Dustin Munoz is the number one fighter in the world. He’s tall, chiseled, and has a smart mouth he can also back up. Why did he come to my small town?

When he comes into my bakery wanting more than the premium cupcakes I sell, I have to turn him down. Working eighteen-hour shifts to keep my business afloat doesn’t leave me with enough time to have a one-night stand, let alone a relationship. So, imagine my surprise when my assistant manager hires him on my only day off, and I walk in to see him covered in flour.

When he’s near, I have to remind myself that he’s the star of an illegal fight club, not the perfect man for me. If he goes down, he could take everything I’ve worked for with him.

I want him. I just don’t know if risking my heart is worth the fight.

Lawrence Hall is so funny and brings it in his characters at times. Dream is a feisty business woman. She becomes speechless when she meets Dustin for the first time. This is a short story trust me it leaves you wanting to know what happens next. Warning it ends with a cliffhanger. We are left wanting to know what Victor has up his sleeve.

Thankful to read this book in an exchange for a honest review.

After Midnight was amazing!!

While it may be a shorter read, it packed the punches (pun definitely intended)!

Dream owns her own bakery and puts in lots of time, effort and hard work into making her business a success and run smoothly. Then one day, this yummy man walks in to her cafe and her life gets turned upside down! It takes an unwanted visit for Mr. Yummy aka Dustin to reveal who he truly is and when he does, it was definitely worth it!!!

I love how alpha he is and once he utters the word “mine,” that’s it! Possessive alpha man? Yes please!!!

This book made me laugh, smile and what more!!!

I can’t wait to read Midnight Dream!!!

Noooooooo! Don’t stop there! What a cliff hanger. I loved how this story built, how we still don’t have any real answers, just a lot of suspense and a red hot love connection. Maybe I’ll check out the books by Lawrence Hall that Dustin recommend to Dream while I wait for the conclusion 😉🤣

This book is the next installment of the Midnight Series and let me tell you, it is fast and furious. It is told from the point of view of Dream Moore a local bake shop owner. This story shows her trying to live her dream while dealing with the most powerful man in town... then a long comes her mystery man; Dustin. The chemistry between Dustin and Dream is electrifying and off the charts... Will Dustin be Dreams savior? This book had me laughing hard in a few spots, the characters are magnificent, and the story line continues to surprise. I highly recommend this read!

For Dream her bakery is her life, working long hours doesnt leave much time for anything else especially romance. Until Dustin walks into her shop. But trouble arrives when someone's after her shop but will Dustin make matters worse? Ends in a cliffhanger and is written from Dreams POV throughout. Well written funny, short, steamy, action romance read.

After Midnight by Lawrence Hall is the third book in the midnight series. There is action with humor mixed in that will make you wonder what is going to happen next. The story is told through Dream's POV. Dustin and dream certainly have steamy moments. The book was well paced and as usual with Lawrence Hall, it ends in a cliffhanger. I am looking forward to the next installment of the series.

This one was a good build. It's like watching construction and knowing that this is a solid beginning to know the cliffhanger is only going to build this story up right.

The pace, words, characters and set up are top shelf.

I can't wait to see how things will be looking for Dream and Dustin. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.

I am totally in love with this story. Not only is it hot and sexy but it’s full of the usual Lawrence Hall humour and style. Dustin and Dream are so hot together. I need the rest of this.

This is the beginning of Dream and Dustin’s Story. Dream is working hard at her Bakery and is happy until someone is going after her small shop. Dustin being on vacation walks into Dreams bakery and steels her breath. Is he helping or causing the problems that Dream is facing? This is a fast read filled with humor suspense and heat.
Lawrence always makes me laugh.
This one is written in Dreams POV and it ends with a cliffhanger. Highly recommend it.
