Bold Reinvented: Next level leading with Courage, Consciousness and Conviction is a fantastic read, for anyone who is looking, like me, to become the best leader in the corporate world.

One of the greatest things about this book is that it was written by Zana, an entrepreneur and executive leadership coach, with more than fifteen years of experience as a corporate manager, so I was sure she knew what she was talking about.

I loved her new and original approach on leadership. She says that her book is not meant to tell us what to do to develop good leadership, instead it helps us with how to think so that we know what to do to access our outstanding bold leadership.

I think that this book had a lot of great and useful information about how to grow into a leadership role and then how to succeed as a leader once you are in that position. Much of this information is helpful in a work environment, but there were some tips and suggestions that I felt could also be beneficial at home and in your personal life as well. I highly recommend reading it!

'Bold Reinvented' authored by Zana Goic Petricevic is all about leadership and facing challenges. The book preaches how people live in their comfort zone without worrying much. Changes only happen when they come out of their safe zone and do something. Like for bold leaders, things around them may not be smooth. They have to face many challenges to be a bold and smart leader. The author throws some ideas on bold leadership. Other than power, leadership offers some matters of helping and self-rediscovering. This book holds upon the idea that the world would be a better place if everyone starts to be a bold leader.
I had a different reading experience from this book as it drew light on matters that should be thanked seriously. Overall, it's a nice read.

Amazingly insightful

As someone who has some of the capabilities for upper management, it is important to note that there is a difference between manager and leader, although in some instances they are used interchangeably. I constantly doubt if I truly have the foundations to be a good leader. I do not want to manage and delegate; I want my people to be able to discuss things and I want to listen. I want to look at the big picture, and I feel as if this book will help me get out of my shell in this department. I want to be bold and this book will teach me how to do just that. I will come back to it over and over again, it was that good. I loved and would recommend it even to those who already hold management positions.

Bold Reinvented: Next level leading with Courage, Consciousness and Conviction is a book written by Zana Goic Petricevic, and it deals with a very interesting topic: how we become a better leader. The author explains that we can improve by ourselves. Real change requires that we leave our comfort zone and we decide to take on some risks.
The book has really interesting matters. One of the things that I liked the most was the idea that the possibility of being a successful leader is in our hands. This depends on our decisions, what we are willing to do and the responsibilities we take.
I honestly enjoyed the book because it doesn't have guidelines to follow but it teaches me to find my own way. I recommend it!
