Everything that could go wrong for Riley is going wrong. An injury at the gym, the dream of taking part in the Olympics is a dream that is going further and further out of reach. Her mum is ill all the time and now her coach is having her do personal training sessions with a martial arts expert. How bad can things get. Dont even get her started on the crush she has on her best friends older brother.
Russ is taking a break from Uni and is happy to take up the job of personal trainer at the Gym. Plus, it will take his mind off her. He knows its wrong to have feelings about a sixteen year old - the age gap is too much, but he cant his sisters best friend out of his head.
At least his new job will take his mind off her . . .
I live in the Northwest of England with my husband and two children.
In between working part time as a childminder, caring for my children and providing taxi duties I somehow find time to write. My ambition was always to write and I'm so happy that I'm finally getting a chance to do that.
I write YA sweet romance, where I get to create my dream man time and time again, and he gets to be different every time. I am lucky to have a real life perfect man at home that doesn't mind sharing me when I'm writing.
I hope you enjoy my books, as the ideas just keep coming there will be many more!
Your typical stuff your kindle day free book. Very YA but held a story line. Very easy light read book that you can read in a day if you need a quick read.
This book is such a cute fluffy YA romance read! I really enjoyed reading it after the terrible few books I’ve been reading before this so this was a breath of fresh air. This book was easily a 4 stars for me till the 85%ish mark to the end. There were some grammatical errors in the book but that’s ok. My main issue after the 85% mark was the constant assumptions and jumping to conclusions and being on and off with each other for small things. That kind of annoyed me. Overall a cute book but will not be reading again. Unsure if I will read any from the rest of the series as I got this book on Stuff Your Kindle Day September 2023.
Same goes from the 1st book. Immature writing, which I guess I can shrug off since it’s written from a high school girls POV, but even then it feels more middle-schoolish than HS. The struggle and tension didn’t even last long, but it good for the fact it’s a shorter book so it made sense. There’s a few more books in the series, may read them in between series, bc I did get the first two from Stuff Your Kindle days. I loved the concept and the plot but it could have been written a little better
SO SO CUTE!!! Lots of tension and yearning for each other. Good to see characters from first book but with a focus on others. Was originally unsure but it was so so good and just ahhhh. Riley is incredible and her dedication is unbelievable. Teaches audience how health is important and you can always find new passions and shouldn't believe things are for the bad even if they seem it at the time.
Very disappointed. I read another one of her books and really enjoyed it. This one was very different from the one I read. It was riddled with grammatical and spelling errors and there was quite a bit of swearing. I was going to download another one in the series but this one made me decide not to bother. I won’t be reading any more.
Good book go read if you are just finishing a series you love and need something light hearted. Would have given it 3 stars but there were grammar errors throughout. Found it weird that she was attacked in the beginning and then the guys were never seen again, I kept expecting them to pop back up at some point.

It was not bad. There were some moments that were cringey but nothing that was too much. If you want to read a YA, romance series, this one is not bad.
I was quite a bit, disappointed with where this book went based on the excitement the author created in book one. Although I still very much enjoyed it. We shall see what happens in book three.
It's going to involve a lot of training and hard work, but if I continue on this route, I will make it to the Olympics as long as I don’t let things get in my way, things like parties and boys…and crushes on my best friend’s brother...things like that.
Meet me at the gym is a cute romance book friends to lovers is the trope. There was some things about this book I didn’t like it lay iffy with me but all in all I really enjoyed it.
