Jenny Redman is going to be the death of me. With wild red hair and curves to match, all my defenses are useless. Let’s just say, some things are out of my control.

She’s wearing me down and when she hands me that invitation to her birthday party, it takes all my will to stay away. Until I can’t. She needs me and I’m going to be there for her. In more ways that she probably expected.

When life tries to push us apart, it only brings us closer and damn the torpedoes, it’s full speed ahead. She’s going to be my prize pupil. And she’ll definitely be earning that A and not just in class.

Author’s Note: This university professor is ready to take on his new position when Jenny Redman turns his well-ordered, mathematical life upside down. When she sees Mason Thomas, all she knows is she wants to be the teacher’s pet. Safe, no cheating, happy ever after of course.

Cherry Falls is filled with returning characters and iconic destinations that will begin to feel like family. When you leave the city, and drive into Cherry Falls, it’s like you’ve finally come home.

The cherry on top? Each book delivers a swoon-worthy romance!
So welcome to Cherry Falls, we hope you stay awhile!

Since I was a little girl, I’ve made up stories. I would lay in my bed at night and before I knew what a trope was, I would make up these trope filled stories. Boy sees girl, boys falls for girl, boy saves girl….happily ever after. As I got older, the stories turned steamier and more intricate, but the basics never changed.

Now, my books are still full of romance but the naughty bits are naughtier, my hero’s are obsessed alpha types and my heroines are quirky, real women who come in all shapes and sizes.

So, sit back, banish the real world and get lost in some over the top romance with a heaping helping of hot. xoxoxo

"727 Cumming Ave" is the story of Jenny and Mason.

A forbidden teacher- student insta love romance filled with wild fantasies which come true. The only thing I can say to review this is that it was very filled with bodily fluids and very drenched. Saving grace was the epilogue! Also, biased review as teacher/student is my least favorite trope.

Esta historia no fue para mí. Los personajes principales eran increíblemente juveniles, y la forma en que se estableció su relación fue espeluznante, vergonzosa y perturbadora. Ojalá pudiera describirlo mejor, pero no me importa lo suficiente.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it

Mason and Jenny met three months ago, he was tutoring her in math. Jenny started a new school in Cherry Falls and her honor calculus class curriculum was giving her trouble. Mason is starting as a substitute teacher at Cherry Falls where he know Jenny is attending. Jenny gives Mason a invitation to her eighteenth birthday party she is throwing for herself, but he tells her he's busy. Mason sits down the block from Jenny's house watching to see who will be attending her party. He sees her dancing in her window when the song is over she begins to cry. Then a red pickup truck pulls up to the front of her home. He sees the kids get out and notices two boys and three girls, he knows they are known as trouble around town. The kids have beer tucked under their arm and Jenny lets them into her home. Jenny tells them all the party is outside a few of them go, but she has trouble getting them all to go out. The two boys come back inside and offer Jenny a shot, but when she gets it to her lips she hears someone she recognizes. It's Mason and he has one of the boys by the throat, he tells them all to leave. After they leave he tells Jenny they spiked her drink. Then Mason kisses Jenny, he tells her they're leaving, then head back to his home. After Mason shows Jenny around her home, they go for a swim. Mason has a hard time covering up what is happening in his shorts. When Jenny notices it he tells her to touch him. They are soon kissing and making out, Mason picks her up and sits her out of the pool then pleasures her. Then he picks her up and carries her to his bed, where he takes her virginity. Then Mason tells her to clean him up and she pleasures him, soon he is pounding into her from behind. Sunday evening comes sooner than they both want it to, they stayed at Mason's home all weekend pleasuring each other over and over. Mason is taking Jenny out to a nice dinner in the next town over. Jenny is afraid someone will see them and Mason will get fired from his teaching job and she'll lose her scholarship. After dinner Mason takes Jenny to the boat he purchased and they head out on the water. Jenny strips her clothes off for them, they strips Mason of his pants as she goes down on her knees to take him all in. When they get back home Jenny finds her phone and realizes she's missed several calls from her mother, who couldn't bother to stay home with her daughter for her birthday. Jenny's mom is off with a married man in Vegas. When her mom calls again she answers her phone only to find out her mom wants to move her to Vegas, her mom tells her to get the house packed up they'll be moving in a week. Mason calls Jenny's mom back and tells her Jenny won't be moving with her to Vegas he'll be taking care of Jenny from now on. Mason tells Jenny he quit his job, just before he came to her birthday party. So they can move anywhere she wants to go to college, he'll pay for it, she doesn't need the scholarship. A month later, they pack all their things, Jenny graduated high school and now are in Pineford where Mason has a job at a college Jenny is attending. Jenny's mom didn't last long with her married husband now she lives about an hours away from Jenny and Mason. Eight years later, Jenny graduated college and is now a doctor. Mason Jr is now seven, Jeannette is five, and baby Reagan. Her mother finally found a good guy to settle down and marry, they live in New York. Mason's parents along with his brother and his girlfriend are all moving to Cherry Falls. Mason and Jenny are moving to Cherry Falls next year they even bought the house that he once lived in and are renovating it. Jenny got a job offer from a hospital close to Cherry Falls, it's where she wants to practice. Jenny is the luckies girl ever Mason is hers and she is his, always and forever.

The couple: Mason and Jenny

Romance genre: teacher-student
Series: Cherry Falls
Length:

Plot: Mason is a brilliant teacher and is about to start his career at the local high school as a math teacher. Before he knew he was going to do that, though, he was an online math tutor for Jenny. He was smitten, she was smitten, then the worst happened: she walked into her math classroom and there was Mason - her new teacher. Mason is devastated because of course he can't start a relationship with a student. But then Jenny invites him to her 18th birthday party - as a friend she knew before he was her teacher - and when people show up to her party to hurt her, all bets are off.

Commentary: So my high school math teachers were a 70-year-old nun and a man who looked like Grizzly Adams. I can't relate. But this was still a pretty hot story, as expected from Dani Wyatt. Mason swept in like an avenging angel to save Jenny when she needed it, and then he took over. She liked it though. I loved that he took care of the problem with her mom. What a terrible parent! This was exactly the novella you expect from this author - hot, sweet, mostly hot, dirty, dirty, dirty.
Pumping weights and exhausting myself is the only thing that keeps me from stuffing her in the trunk of my car and driving to some remote cabin where I can keep her tied to my bed for the rest of her life.

Mason and Jenny are instantly attracted to each other but the only problem is Mason is he tutor and later her teacher. Even though they shouldn't be together nothing is going to keep them apart once Mason decides it is time to make a move.
Quick, dirty story with a possessive hero and nerdy loner heroine.

Igual me gustó....jajaja

Whew!!! on Fire 🔥

Mason and Jenny heat up this latest addition to the Cherry Falls series. Dani Wyatt knows how to write a super steamy short read! Mason is the best kind of Alphamale - the kind who knows how to be dominant but is brought to his knees by his woman. Loved it!

Teach Me

Student teacher taboo at its finest. Little darker Cherry story than some, but well written and it kept my attention.

Worth the wait for a great story.

Another great addition Cherry Falls. I highly recommend this wonderful story where both MCs are strong and are perfect for each other. Jenny might be young but she’s had a though life because her mom keeps moving them every time she finds a man. Mason is at his prime and decided to tutor while waiting to start a new job. He was tutoring Jenny and that’s what did him in. Jenny is the one for him and he had to wait until she turned 18. That’s all I will say so not to spoil the story.

Another slice of cherry pie.
This one wasn’t for me, I thought it was going to be the taboo student/teacher relationship, and for a while it was, until it was explained that Mason had sorted the situation before anything happened. What didn’t sit well with me was the possessiveness of Mason over Jenny. It was just a bit too dom/sub for me, I’m sure others will love it, but it’s not mine. There was no doubt if his genuine love for her, and Jenny for him, I just didn’t like how he controlled everything, she had to ask permission to use her phone. However the heat was off the charts.
