These characters were awesome. I came into this boxset thinking it would be entertaining but I didn’t expect it to be laugh out loud funny like this. I literally screamed at one point. Just cackling like a maniac. I enjoyed it so much I read the book then listened in audio and the narrators are hilarious. I am a sucker for a reverse harem so this was an easy A for me.However,the great character development and the story plot made this series even better. This was similar to Hitchhikers Guide with some hot alien loving. (But remember this is just my opinion)

I loved these books and while they can be read separately (which I did) if you are anything like me you would much prefer to have them all together in a boxset so you can go straight into the next one right away. as there are cliffhangers at the end of the first two. They are such good fun though and I re-read them quite often.
Alien Abduction for Beginners
Oh my word. I laughed so much at this book. Just my sort of humour I guess! This is such a fun book. If only there was an intergalactic course which teaches you how to abduct those pesky humans peoples. Xil, Havel and Matar have failed and failed repeatedly to pass the one course that they needed to. This is a last ditch attempt at it before they have to face disgrace. Their chosen human however, Trish, is not about to help them pass with flying colours. She is feisty and not all what they imagined. A quick tip boys, human males have no clue when it comes to women so do the opposite oh and maybe not let her out of the bedroom too much lol.
Alien Abduction for Professionals
Yes! Back to the hilarity. Well, it seems that Trish is till with them, however it does appear that they are not about to graduate any time soon. They have managed to finagle a scrape through if they become the guinea pigs for some specific scenarios and then write up the reports. You know like case studies that can be used for teaching later on. This is at least how it is meant to go but they find out that this is not quite what is happening. Trish is taken from them and they need to get her back. Xil, Havel & Matar's relationship with Trish is still rather new and tere is no doubt that they adore her but you have to wonder if it will be enough.?
Alien Abduction for Experts
This is a hilarious book despite the dire circumstances that the quartet find themselves in. There is a delicious vein of humour that runs through this, and in fact all the books in this series, which I just love. The alternate POVs I always find helpful when they are done well as this one is. Trish and her three mates are given a task by their college professor which is distanctly less then above board, alright I know this is a course about Alien Abduction but you do have to have some standards! You don't really need to have read the other books in the series to know where you are and what is happening in this one but they are such good reads that why would you not? A fitting end for this fabulous group.

A hilarious, ridiculous and quite steamy romp through space with the most adorable and inept aliens. I loved it.
This is a Reverse Harem Sci-Fi Romance box set containing three books: Alien Abduction for Beginners, Alien Abduction for Professionals, Alien Abduction for Experts. The books are set primarily on a spaceship and a few planets throughout the galaxy and feature both alien and human beings. There is romance and several descriptive scenes of consenting interspecies sexual activity between several beings.
I absolutely loved these books. The characters are very individual and there were many moments when I actually did laugh out loud. The concept of inept alien abductors is not one I’ve come across before when reading this genre. The writing is witty, the world building is great and the characters are all very well developed. I read through all three books in this set over the course of two evenings and that was only because I was forced to put it down to do real life things.
This is a tale of discovery for all the main characters; each of them developing their strengths and improving their lives along the way, often purely by accident.
This is the story of three almost incompetent males who have enrolled at the Inter Galactic University on a course to learn how to abduct other beings. Its a point of pride for them. Something their race is expected to excel at and they need the qualification.
They target Earth and human females in particular because, well, boobs. That’s it basically. They are fascinated by boobs. Fortunately for them, their human abductee is found unconscious and lying by the roadside near a spaceport after crashing her bike. As a bonus, she has boobs in abundance and luckily for the males, she is more than happy to have been swiped from her poverty stricken existence on a desolate Earth to travel the galaxy with them.
This book is entertaining, ridiculous and funny. I’d definitely recommend it. I’m off to check out the rest of the books from this author.

What a wonderful box ser. I was not positive when I first read about these books that they were all about the same characters but they were and the stories between Trish and her alien mates was so exciting, steamy, and really funny as well. I got completely drawn into the story and had a hard time putting the books down even when I had really important things to take care of in my personal life. I really enjoyed the characters and their interactions with each other. And I loved the funny parts that made me laugh out loud while I was still sweating from the steamy parts I read. Definitely a recommended read in my opinion.

Written in British English spellings, this ebook contains 3 books in this series (Books 1-3), each one about 150 pages, all 3 books are about human Trish (petite, curvy), and Aliens Havel (blue skin, fangs), Matar (green speckled skin, tail) and Xil (yellow scales, 2 male appendages).
Overall, the humor didn't work for me - perhaps for others? Light parody read, no angst, creative world-building, likable characters, 1-2 steamy scenes per book, and left me with a craving for cakes.
Book 1 (3.5 stars): Alien Abduction for Beginners
Pros: Aliens were very considerate of Trish's comfort and adapting to being abducted/their mate
Cons: story was a bit elementary (not looking at the explicit scenes or language), ends abruptly (fortunately, all 3 books are included to continue the adventure)
Book 2 (2.5 stars): Alien Abduction for Professionals
Pros: Surprise abduction (the who was a bit predictable), cute pic of tribitt, bonus piki cake recipe (Great! now I'm craving piki cakes)
Cons: at least 1/2 of this book was about shopping, ends in cliffhanger
Book 3 (3 stars): Alien Abduction for Experts
Pros: backstory about professor Katila, facing a new mission, another cake recipe included
Cons: didn't like Havel's betraying Xil and how Trish just brushed it off
Ends in HEA, and there's a honeymoon bonus scene you could receive by clicking a link and providing your email address.

to learn how to accomplish an abduction
To complete their course, they need to abduct a being other then their race and they decide on a female human.
2. 'Alien Abduction for Professionals' continues the Havel, Matar, Xil, and Trish's story. Professor Katila did not give the aliens a passing grade but offered them another chance for their IGU certification. All they have to do is agree to be a case study for her class: Alien Abduction for Professionals. Trish doesn’t have a good feeling about this.

I loved all three books. They were well written and intriguing. Stories were portrayed as if you were right there with the characters.
Book 1 was Alien Abduction for Beginners. Matar, Havel and Xil were enrolled in classes on how to abduct a human woman. They were hilarious trying to follow the directions on how to abduct and how to take care of their human. They end up taking Trish. They didn't get a passing grade so they have been given another chance to finish the Intergalactic Guide to Humans.
Book 2 was Alien Abduction for Professionals. This is another chance for Matar, Havel and Xil to get a better grade. Trish is worried about this case study.

Matek, Xil and Havel have been best friends since childhood and have worked together their whole grown-up lives. No they have a new goal, they want to kidnap an alien to become their shared mate. Their first six attempts were disasterous especially the one where their abductee stole an escape pod and got away. hey are so desperate they sign up for a course at Intergalactic University called Alien Abductions for Beginners. The three are determined to pass and become pros at alien abduction. This time they are actually doing research and they choose a human female named Trish. Trish is terrified at first but her abductors kindness and their cluelessness have her quickly coming to care for her abductors. My favorite part was when they were trying to seduce her and tried making lacy underwear for themselves. They read lacy as full of holes and cut up their uniforms. This boxset contains three different books featuring Matek, Xil , Havel and Trish trying to follow the alien abduction lessons when their professor has a hidden agenda.

Havel, Matar, and Xil are aliens that are having a difficult time abducting an Earth woman so they enroll in a beginners course. This storyline will hook you with its humor, great banter and great chemistry as they abduct Trish. She starts to like the trio as they form a relationship, all while being graded. Now it is her turn to help them as the teacher takes on a dangerous position.
The characters are fun, caring, protective and determined. I really enjoyed how this RH was like a steamy rom-com alien abduction romance! It was super steamy and on top of that although our FL probably accepts things pretty fast, it's also at the same time in m opinion rightly fit in.
This is a steamy RH with all the scenes, and I loved how the guys really teamed up to romance and try their best with her. I do think honestly I didn't care much for the Kaitla plot or character, I'm happy this was a set, but I guess from my standpoint in terms of steam level it's in general already hot - but I feel it does sort of go lower with the second and then the third. However I still just really enjoyed this whole series as a whole and want to try more from Skye!

Havel, Matar and Xil (all Kardarian aliens) decide to do a course at The Intergalactic University to help them learn how to abduct an alien, for so far they haven't successful done it. They abduct Trish, from Earth, and she awakes to see aliens. Will she be happy to be abducted by this sometimes clumsy but adorable aliens? I loved laughing through their mistakes and how things sometimes were misinterpreted. It was great to have the whole collection, where I could follow their lessons from initial abduction and beyond. I loved Havel, Matar and Xil, they were so cute and the steam between them and Trish was beautiful.

I really had to smile at the creativity use for this group of stories. I love the idea about these aliens taking a course to learn how to abduct other beings. What made it even better is that interpretation of Earthisms, customs and culture blended with struggling students made events very entertaining. I liked the unique and shared situations of each of the characters as well as the fun banter between them. Each novel had a separate plot but certainly built on each other. For me this was a thoroughly enjoyable sci-fi box sent to read.

I had previously read book 1 in this series and liked it, but had never gotten around to the others. It was nice to be able to read all three books at once and finally get the full story. Each original story is novella length so this volume isn't large.
I liked the story overall. It was a good concept that is a familiar but different. And there was a good mix of humor and heat with these three trying to figure out a human, or do anything really. But I enjoyed the characters and I definitely appreciated the multiple POVs.

I absolutely loved this collection!!! The characters were well written and engaging. The setting of the story was well crafted and made you feel like you were there with the characters.
Matar, Havel and Xil are taking a beginners course in abductions after they failed their last attempt miserably.

Xil, Havel and Matar have enrolled on intergalactic course which teaches you how to abduct those aliens. They have done this because their past attempts have been less than successful. The choose Earth when they find Trish laying injured on the road. It seems things are going their way. The cultural misunderstandings are hilarious. These stories where good on their own, but the complete box set is perfect. I will be reading more by this author in the future.

This set contains all three books from the Alien Abduction series following human abductee Trish and her alien abductors-turned-mates Havel, Matar, and Xil. This is a great series! Oftentimes hilarious at the aliens' attempts at abduction and seduction of their human captive. The books are funny, fun, and sexy. Great world building and well written. I was floored as I started chapter 1 when I realized the book was about aliens learning to successfully perform abductions. While being aliens that are blue, green and yellow, Xil, Matar, and Havel are also so sweet and eager to earn a passing grade. Who knew you could get graded on probing?
I loved every minute as the story evolves from beginners to experts.
A great set that brings humor, steam, danger, and suspense to alien romance.
I am looking forward to volume 2.

This boxset was so much fun to read! The premise of taking a university course in abduction and it’s various subsets like probing was hilarious! Add to that the three sweet, sexy, but clueless males that take this course in order to ultimately capture their mate, a crazy professor, and lots of steamy reverse harem scenes and you have a hilariously funny adventure that ultimately ends in a HEA in the third book of the set!

Definitely not like any alien abduction story I’ve ever read. You follow along using their intergalactic university abduction course. The course goes thru abduction, probing, seduction and mating. They get their assignments and some ideas on how to accomplish them. The stories are amusing and they all start to fall in love almost immediately. This reverse harem romance is worth reading.

Why do these Aliens want to abduct? They need a mates. what else. No clue and the chapters and books gat funnier and funnier as they try and don't get. I know us Earth ladies are sassy, shy, cray cray but it was teary eyed funny as they manage to get their mate. A must read. Must read in order because their antic are defiantly Shaking my Head finny.

Personal Preference Rating 3/5 Spice 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶 audiobook (Scribd)
The ‘voice’ felt a little less mature compared to the subject matter (and spice level) of the story. It was distracting at first but it grew on me after awhile. The second book was good and went a way I wasn’t expecting (definitely my favorite). The third book seemed to have an oversimplified resolution, but these are very short-so there was some sense to it.

This is The Intergalactic Guide to Humans: Volume 1 set of books. these aliens are just so adorable the way they take the lessons they are learning to abduct a human and turn them all around. I loved how fast they fall in love with Trisha the human they abduct. I loved this funny but weird alien love story

This was such a fun read, full of humour and heat. Each book built on the same characters, allowing good depth, and more escapades, making the collection a one-sit binge reading adventure. I did giggle throughout, fretted over the drama, and yep, fanned myself over those steamy scenes ;P Altogether, it was highly entertaining and I look forward to what's next by this author. Good fun!
