Rate this book
Ahoy Mates! Pirates, puppies, and perhaps a Prince, oh my. Join Agnes as she hits the high seas in her latest madcap adventure.
Just when Agnes found serenity in her retirement, a mysterious Captain with a sleek yacht appears, igniting her interest and libido. Dashing and delightful, Captain Jack Silver needs to enlist her aid in securing his little sailing mate, Flooffie, before she’s offered to the highest bidder.
Swashbuckling pirates have taken Flooffie, and it’s up to Agnes to hit the big blue sea with the handsome Captain to help snatch her back. But pirates, like the weather, can be unpredictable, and hurricane season is approaching. Will Agnes discover the treasure she’s searching for in time and live to tell the “tail,” or will it be rough seas ahead?

First I have to say, even as the author labeled the chapters, it gave me a laugh. I had no idea how much I'd laugh out loud reading this second offering featuring Agnes McMuffin who never puts her words through a filter. In this episode she mets the dashing Capt. Jack... Will he become her love interest? Then the pirates, oh my! She'll have to unwind the mystery around the theft of Flooffie and solve it on the high seas!

This book is peppered with great lines and laughs in between the mystery. Like this one.
"Why invite trouble in, right? It's like vampires, they're all handsome and stuff, until you invite them into your home, then look out. Blood sucking night creatures," I thought with a smirk.

I would highly recomend this book!

Great fun read

Enjoyed it very much. The main character, Agnes is really hilarious and outspoken, opinionated and actually quite sweet in her own way. I look forward to more of her adventures
