Willow is close to her bandmates, and with their help, and her general love of music, finds herself able to move past every tragedy that life throws her way. When she meets a record producer at a party named Caleb, she’s intrigued. He’s older than her, but she has faith in him. Faith she didn’t think she could put in anyone else again. The only problem is that they both have secrets they’re keeping from one another. Will Willow be able to take down the walls she’s carefully constructed to let him in?
Though this is the first book in this series that I’ve read, I really liked Willow’s character and the entire background. The setup of the band and the dynamics she has with each member was very believable. The slow burn romance between Willow and Caleb was tastefully done and really kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would go down between the pair next. All in all, this book is an emotional rollercoaster that fans of the genre will adore.
Though this is the first book in this series that I’ve read, I really liked Willow’s character and the entire background. This is the third book in this amazing series and is Willow and Caleb’s story. Willow is the only female in the rock band “Sinful Seven,” and she is on the run from her past while facing that she is the daughter of a murderer, which has left her adamant that she will stay clear of relationships and having children. Caleb manages the record company, and when he attends Willow’s birthday party, he decides it is time to act on his feelings for her. Willow can only offer one night, while Caleb wants more. Can these two overcome the challenges which present themselves? Will Caleb convince Willow to take a chance on them being together? This is a well written story which is raw. Gritty, intense, and is an emotional roller coaster, with undeniable chemistry, secrets, mystery, intrigue, heartbreak, and love, which leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

What a great story! This third book in The Sinful Seven Series is just as awesome as the others. Willow is a tortured soul who is her own worst enemy. She has sworn off exclusive, long-term romantic relationships forever, after losing the love of her life due to tragic circumstances. However, when the group’s music company CEO, Caleb, begins to show interest and rescues her from some uncomfortable social situations, she starts falling fast for him. Caleb has adored Willow for a long-time, although he is about 15 years her senior. This is an engaging and realistic story of two people who fight their feelings for each other until they can’t anymore…there are also hot sex scenes for those who enjoy erotic reads. Highly recommended for hopeless romantics like me.

I was given an advance readers copy of this book and have decided to write a voluntary honest. I wasn't to sure how I felt about Willow when she had a. Friends with benefits relationship with Jett. I mean it happens we have all done it. but then I felt for Quinn in a way. Anyways I had no clue at all that Caleb could be so hot! I never see these two coming it. Was a shocking and welcoming surprise. Caleb is Hot! Willow has alot of work ahead of her on her self and so much more. I truly enjoyed willow story. I think Willow is strong and resilient.

Ten Stars! Does age really have to be a thing? Not when it comes to love. Willow has a strict set of conditions guarding her heart and Caleb is just the man to tear down her defenses. He's relentless in his pursuit, but Willow only thinks she wants one thing and with no heartstrings attached. That's all I'm willing to give away about this story. Willow is a slow-burn romance by an amazing storyteller full of surprises and OMG moments that you'll never see coming.

This book was so well written using every emotion every emotion possible telling the story.willow is such a completed person but Caleb was just the right man for her,she has so many secrets she lives with but he knew not to rush her just give her reassurance and love. No learning not tobe bossy with her. Just thought it was another brilliant part of this series. Cannot wait for Trevor to have his share of happiness.

Wow, just wow! I have fallen completely in love with willow and Caleb. Willow is so kind , caring and loyal but at the same time so broken. Caleb is a force to be reckoned with. He is a savvy businessman but he loves with his whole heart. Their story is as sweet and compelling as the characters. Can’t wait for Trevor’s story!

WILLOW by Connie Lafortune is Book #3 in the Sinful Seven Series. This is the first book I've read in the series, but now want to read both Lucas & Jet's Books, too. When Trevor's Book is released (The Final Book in the Series) I will want to read that also.
Willow Adams is the lone female in the up & coming band Sinful Seven. She is very close with her male band-mates: Lucas, Jet, & her cousin Trevor. They are the glue who put her back together through more than one tragedy in her young life. The past five years have been very difficult. Her love of music to focus on, has seen her through the darkest days & empty nights.
Willow hates birthdays, but her mother talks her into going out, and it would just be the two of them. Willow is shocked when it is the very last thing that she wanted, but a surprise birthday party was planned for her. Her band mates are all there & so is the boss man named Caleb Morris. What the owner of the record company that they are signed with is doing there, she doesn't know. But it is Caleb that sees she is falling apart, and gets her outside on the patio. This is a book by one of my favorite authors that has been on my TBR list for WAY to long. Not because I wasn't excited to get to it but because real life and full-time jobs seem to take your focus off of your favorite activities. It's funny how that happens. But it is way past time for me to get back to consorting with my favorite steamy fictional characters and get acquainted with some new heroes and heroines who are now rolling in the hay so to speak and getting emotionally entangled. What can I say, romance will always have my heart and occupy my mind more than any other genre. So here are my thoughts on the breathtaking and steamy duo Willow, a strong willed, hot rocker chick, and her record producing hottie Caleb that light up the pages in the third book in Connie Lafortune's Sinful Seven series.
Willow held lots of secrets that were alluded to and I couldn't wait to discover and unfold all of them so I could truly see what made Willow the bad ass, strength filled heroine that she is at such a young age. While there was an age gap between Willow and Caleb, a reader could quickly tell that Willow was wise beyond her years and needed a sexy, seasoned man who could keep up with her both in and out of the bedroom and Caleb was just the man to do so. As the story progresses Connie made me fall even harder for this lady cloaked in mystery, tragedy, and sadness that always rose from the ashes of whatever life dealt her.
Caleb was aloof and not exactly one of my favorite characters in the Sinful Seven series, there I said it. I always saw him as grumpy and boring BUT soon Connie had me hopping on the Caleb express in no time at all enjoying every single thrilling minute with this mysterious tall dark and handsome older gentleman. He is sexy as sin, has a mouth that could set you on fire, and an enormous heart that has yours melting and leaves you one of his biggest fans.
Connie gives us a book with a fictional couple that can overcome all the odds and win over any reader's heart. I enjoyed every moment and have already gotten up close and personal not to mention down right dirty and cozy with the next rock star of the series, Trevor. I highly recommend The Sinful Seven series and these hot rockers that will leave you singing their praises and more than ready for their next performance.

Connie Lafortune did not disappoint with the tale of Willow and Caleb. She makes me fall more in love with the Sinful Seven series with each book.
The words of Emily Dickinson,"The heart wants what it wants, or else it does not care," holds true in the connection portrayed through these two characters. The age difference and work affiliation do not matter; it is too irresistible. There is "hand fan" worthy sexiness, but the relationship is so much more. Touching and painful secrets are unveiled, further fueling the passionate Love between Willow and Caleb. You experience all alongside them through each page. I don't want to give any spoilers, but the ending will get to you even more. Of course, the other band members and frequently mentioned personages are present, with a few new ones, keeping you continuously engrossed in the story.

Having read the first two books in this series, I was expecting great things from this one and I’m pleased to say it delivered. It will keep you turning the pages. This one follows on well from the others and is about the only girl in the band. There are a few elements of mystery (like why does Willow hate birthdays) and one part to the story that I really was not expecting and it worked well. While I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first two, it is still a great book and I am really looking forward to book 4.
I was lucky enough to Beta read this book and I enjoyed it so much I bought it as soon as it became available. If you haven’t read any of this series yet, you have to start from book 1 and I will really surprised if you don’t become addicted.

This book was CAPTIVATINGLY BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY.
I have read the entire series up to this point but this book takes the cake by far. The series all together is wonderfully written and enthralling.
Willow is troubled and full of pent up pain and emotions this book tells her story in a mesmerizing way and makes you fall in love with her and all of the other characters hands down. This book will make you fall in love with love again 💓 hands down a wonderful book that I’ll recommend to everyone.

I’m loving this Sinful Seven series with these sexy rockstar guys and girl and this is Willow’s and Caleb’s story and I can’t wait to read Trevor’s story. Caleb owns his own music business he’s a single dad who would do anything for his daughter Cadence who has cystic fibrosis, Willow lost the love of her life and it involved her father but I will let you find that out for yourself. I loved this story and the characters and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Barely holding on. That’s what I get when it comes to Willow. She needs a rock and it’s there. The problem is when we need one, we often don’t realize it. Willow is in that unenviable state where she doesn’t have quite what it takes to grab on. Not to mention the rock has a few slick spots. In Willow’s case, she needs the wisdom age brings. Lots of pitfalls and as always, humans make their own. Good read.

I loved that the author held several key elements of the story back, unveiling them thoughtfully throughout the story. Even though the two main characters are rich and famous, the fact that both focused all their energy on fami!y and friends they love, made them both seem so genuine. An HEA ending was inevitable, and getting there was a lovely journey. I truly enjoyed this book, more than either books one or two in this series. And both of them were quite good too. I just feel that "Willow" was special.

Wow! Willow’s story was fascinating! The angst. The vulnerability. The love. All of it! Her story is heartbreaking. But damn if Caleb doesn’t come in and make her world better. And Caleb is just as complicated!

Willow: The Sinful Seven – Book 3 by Connie Lafortune is a fantastic intriguing, emotional story. The main characters, Willow and Caleb reeled me in from the first page. I enjoyed this face-paced novel that kept me very much intrigued until the last page. Along with other notable supporting characters, the story was well-written.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys but not limited to romance, suspense, rock music, mystery or stories.

Phenomenal
I am totally crushed and in love all at the same time after finishing this book. This is by far the best book of the series!!! The highs and lows in this book keep you on an indefinite roller coaster. I can’t wait for Trevor, the last and final book of this series.

This is the third book in The Sinful Seven series and perhaps my favorite. It can be read as a stand alone but lets be honest, you'll want to read the whole series.
Willow is running from her past. Along with the help of her band mates, she is surviving. However, when her boss, Caleb, shows interest in her, the past is hard to hide from. She wants Caleb but only for one night. He is unwilling to accept those terms.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. I really enjoyed this book. Willow and Caleb have an age difference but that does not change the chemistry between them. Her band is signed thru his label so that is one of a few obstacles they face. Caleb is perfect for her in so many ways though. He sees her clearly. He can be her stability when life is anything but for her. Caleb truly wants to protect, care for and love her. Willow finds that with his help she can get beyond her past. I thought that their story is emotional and touching. I was rooting for them to have the family together that they both deserved.
