I’m an alpha. Top of the food chain. What I want, I take, simple as. And I want her. I don’t care she’s a beta, not an omega. She’s mine.
I’ve wanted Neve for years, now she works for us. The problem is, I can’t keep my hands off her. And neither can Dante. I’m good with sharing, as long as I can call her mine.
Beta or not, She’s the hottest woman I’ve ever seen. She’s lucky she isn’t an omega. If she was, she’d already be wearing my mark and we’d never let her out of her nest.
Then her ex starts sniffing around, and he really doesn’t know what he’s gotten himself into. We might wear suits now, but we haven’t forgotten the monsters within.
Now they’re coming out to play…
Please be aware: This is a much darker and grittier world than my other series, so readers are advised to proceed with caution.
A Continuing Story: Please be aware this is a serialized romance in three parts.
Mina Carter is a New York Times & USA Today bestselling author of romance in many genres. She lives in the UK with her husband, daughter, a puppy who pays no attention to her whatsoever, and a bossy cat.
This “series” is a joke. It’s a novel cut in three part and sell individually, nothing really happens, I love cliffhanger and don’t have issues with them but in this case the author is really selling her 40 pages OVERPRICED book with huge cliffhanger for 2.99€ each? Yes she is. It should’ve been a full fleshed novel for that price really, especially with this plot…
Different shifter world. Expensive overall for length of story. I don’t like serial books but had agreed to read these, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to them until all three were available. Therefore my review basically covers the total storyline with a small touch on each book. Short and not a world I like very much, or want to spend much time in but overall a very different and entertaining enough PNR dynamic. A bit confusing in places as we do not have true shifters, just the temperamental structure of Alpha, Beta and Omega as a society. Omegas seem to get the rough end of the draw in this world and Beta’s can apparently risk taking a drug that will make them an alpha, if they have enough strength and innate DNA. It doesn’t make them strong in spirit or nice in heart though and never as good as the true alphas, though some of them are a-holes too. But as in most societies, there are those who abuse the weak, rather than protect them. Neve was a lovely older woman, thrown away by her horrible and mean husband. She has been left penniless and left with nothing due to the unfair laws in this world. She lands a job with a big name security company and her two new bosses are now Alpha men she knew when they were younger. Mason and Dante lusted after Neve when she was out of their reach and married. Now they can make their moves to make her THEIRS, even if she is only a Beta. IN PART TWO, Neve comes to believe that Mason and Dante mean what they say and that they want her. I enjoyed following along as she found love with two young alphas she knew as young men. There is of course copious amounts of sex between these three. I do want to read Banes story when it comes out and some of the other characters we met. This is my honest review of this book. I must state IMO, I think this book is overpriced for the amount of pages, one of my pet peeves about serials, and should be the same price as part one.

I was sooo fucking lost that I couldn’t finish it. Regret the fuck out of buying it. I saw it on a romance list, sounded interesting, this author can go fuck the fuck off with what she did. It says book 2 on this thing, I wasn’t aware, and it should say “The rest of book 1” or whatever.
This story starts off in like the middle of another story. You have no clue what’s going on. Theirs a bunch of characters you have no clue about. It brings in character talking about things that happened earlier in the day, but you don’t know what happened earlier in the day unless you read book 1. I DNF at 28% it was so freaking horrible to try to read.
The author should have never done this. Make it one fucking book, or start it up like it’s a sequel not the middle of another fucking book. Such bullshit.
Book two, though it's not book length. As I stated in the review for book one, had I seen that it was a series and that all books in it are that short, I hadn't read or bought it. The price for this short stories is too much. Were it the same price as book one, it would have been okay. Or at least part of KU.
Don't get me wrong. The story is still interesting in some way. I mean, it gets my attention and could keep it. And I still want to know how it ends. Though, I can give a fairly good guess, looking at the title and given the FMC is still a beta. Even with omega tendencies.
What I just hate is, that the author doesn't get into the details. I mean, she lived in a worse area in the city and the alphas see it, and think why? But they never ask her or why she isn't together with her ex-husband anymore. And in their minds, they still call her Mrs. Sinclair. It's a little strange. Since they act very possessive of her. And she has changed her name, so why do they still call her Mrs. Sinclair in their heads? Confusing facts.
Another irritating thing is, that Neve shows signs of being an omega. And they don't look more into it, just brush it off as being odd behavior. I mean, they talk about that there are betas who presented as omegas later in their life, when meeting their ideal alpha and such. Why don't they think about that in regard to Neve?
And I don't get it, why her ex-husband is even mentioned in the blurb. He isn't really 'sniffing' around. There was one scene in the whole book between him and Neve. Yeah, I get it. He is part of another plan, which is indicated in the end of this book. But he isn't a big part yet. And then the cliffhanger. The reason for their predicament isn't explained, and in their place I would ask about it.
But okay. One book to go. And then finally it's over.
I am also not a fan of serials, but lucky me, the entire "serial", which is a book chopped into bite-sized morsels that leave you hanging, was completed. The story is written in several povs, mostly Mason, Dante and Neve's voices. Neve is struggling to make ends meet after being kicked out by her ex-hubby with very little to call her own. Enter Mason and Dante. A true alpha pair with a successful security business. Neve comes to their business for an interview. They knew Neve from their childhood. Now older, they both want what they couldn't have before.
I am not a fan of this world the author created. There is a caste system of sorts where the Alphas rule, Betas ("the in-betweeners") are looked down upon, and Omegas have no voice...depending on the character's perspective. Women seem to take the short end of the stick either way. I like Mason and Dante. Despite being alphas, they are considerate and exhibit more control than Neve thought alphas could. The story develops a little more, but this should be sold altogether, as one book.
The stories held my attention enough that I finished them all, but the repetitiveness of the hierarchy and disdain for betas were wearing. This is definitely an adult read with all the deets and crude language...just warning. 2.5
I really enjoyed this installment to Neve, Dante and Mason's story. I love how Dante and Mason have interacted with Neve. She might be a Beta but they have not looked down on her for it and I love how protective they are of her. I love the little glimpses and questions of Omega like behavior that she is exhibiting that cause a little bit of that questioning doubt but the fact that Dante and Mason don't really care. They want her regardless, the biggest difference is that she would already be claimed and theirs with no contesting from anyone. I love how Neve is called to them the same way that they are called to her but she has not lost her spark or just become subserviant and lost her will or personality. I love the way that they interact with her and how she interacts with them. I love the give and take and that it is about the pleasure and benefit for both. This does need to be read in order as it is part 2 out of 3 and they are installments of the complete story. It does end in a cliffhanger and pick up right where the last one left off. It was a very enticing installment and I can't wait to start the next one. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Claiming Their Omega is the second serial in the Alpha Security Company series. Because it is a serial, it does end on a cliffhanger, and this is set within an Omegaverse world. Neve is being pursued by her two Alpha bosses, Mason and Dante, but can they claim her fully if she’s not an Omega?
Ohh, I really liked how this series is heating up, both with the chemistry between Neve, Mason, and Dante, but also with the events of the book! Neve is still her strong self, but are the changes she’s showing just a coincidence or do they perhaps mean something more? Mason and Dante are just as powerful and dominant as in the first part of this series, but now they might have a kink in their armor, their obsession over their little Beta. The chemistry between the three of them is intense and can’t be denied. The storyline in this book is intriguing and once I started this book, I did not want to put it down! I definitely read it in one sitting and as soon as it was over, it ended on another cliffhanger, so I immediately wanted to start in on the next part! I am loving this Omegaverse romance between Neve, Mason, and Dante!
As I said in the last review, the author does a great job of describing the dominant's responsibility in the most positive way. Ultimately, they are caretakers, and if written well, in the most loving masculine way. As one MMC says,
“But in case you missed it… You’re our beta. And you’re upset. You’ve just been attacked… So now we’re going to look after you.”
Another happy moment for me, is when the author describes the peace that comes with being with the right people and with playing inside of one's perfect expression of their role. As one of the MMCs says,
“I blinked, my entire body relaxed and content in a way I hadn’t felt in years. Not since before my transition certainly. The world had been more innocent back then. I had been more innocent… before the transition had taken me and I had become a creature of dark desires and fury—a creature of primal instincts and rage.”
I also liked that the mystery of the back story is moving on in an interesting way. Why are there so few Omegas? And the different set up in Europe for the dominating Alphas.
Part two sizzles, omg, so hot! I couldn’t put it down. It was a fast and beautiful build-up, beefing up the building story, just really keeping my interest throughout the whole piece. I was gifted an ARC of this book, but I’m leaving this review freely and solely because I enjoyed this story so much. I loved the way the love story builds up with so much intensity, it’s beautiful. In the first part, we learned about the crush the guys had as teenagers for their next-door neighbor. To see their teenage fantasies come true for them is a spicy kind of dream come true thing. The Alpha/Omega dynamic comes into play, even though Neve is a Beta, as does the age play, only this time the girl is older, and she struggles with that too, but heck, why not go for it? Stories often have an older man and younger woman are common, thank you Mina Carter for turning the tables on the old trope and giving it a spin we can appreciate!
Claiming their Omega invoked the same feeling of incompleteness that Finding their Omega did.
I love dominant growly alphas but the fmc Neve is starting to act lame (she's really saying things like "I'm scared I'm going to get fat and you won't want me" while sandwiched between two beefcakes who have eaten her pu$$y like groceries on multiple occasions lol be serious).
I also can't get over the fact that this whole damn book is essentially 7 shortass chapters.
Literally, the author could have combined all 3 "epsiodes" and made it into one book (one very skinny book).
On one hand it's a quick count for my yearly reading goal. On the other the reading experience isn't even really worth the lack of effort.
As avenging angels Dante and Mason were ready to protect Neve. She was not an Omega, but her reactions had Dante and Mason intrigued and the mystery does not wait. What happens to Neve? The two Alphas have marked her as theirs, Neve is responding to the passion of her alphas despite her doubts about her age and her body and then her ex enters the scene and something sinister takes the reins of the action. Liked how the story kept me intrigued trying to guess the mystery about Neve. What a lot of suspense and torrid passion in this book! Intriguing the twists in the story. Who will save who? I am looking forward to reading the next book. This one was super!
Sizzling, quick, graphic lunch break reading. Very dark and graphic, but can be read during your breaks, but make sure you have privacy because some scenes are off the charts graphic. While there are times for scenes like these, no one under the age of 21 should be exposed. This installment is well written and high in tension, as Neve navigates her relationship with Mason and Dante. Will read the next without interruption, well except for this review. Because this author is one of my favorites, I highly think it well worth your time and $$. I received an ARC from this author but am freely writing this review.
🖤 “There’s no getting away from us now, little kitten. You’re ours now...” ~~~ Oh, I’m loving these books so much!
Neve is an amazing woman. I love how strong she is and how she meets all the challenges head-on. And Dante and Mason are their wonderful dominant, possessive and protective alpha selves.
The chemistry between the three is even hotter and more intense than in the first book and I love everything that happens between them. And I really loved their interactions and how each of them grows throughout the story. They’re amazing together.
And that cliffhanger in the end!
This second part is absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait for the final chapter.
Book two of the Alpha Security Company series, gives us more steamy chemistry as Neve gives into the chemistry from Mason and Dante. I love the build up of their relationship, crushes come to life as this trio embark 9n a jo7nrey worth fighting for. I love the men’s protectiveness of Neve and how she comes alive 7nder their guidance. But it’s not all fun when her pasts comes back to hunt her and danger surrounds them. I can’t wait to see what happens next in this newest addition that doesn’t disappoint.
Sexy times abound along with an intriguing storyline
As Neve continues her affair with Mason and Dante, they become consumed by her yet she still doubts her worth. At least to Alphas. The cast system is heavily ingrained to betas. The omegaverse mythology while somewhat dark also portrays the Alphas as fiercely possessive and protective. Neve as a beta has more backbone than an Omega, but is also more fragile. This engrossing read will keep you turning the pages and anticipating the last installment.
Neve, Dante & Mason's are back. The Alphas arrive just in time to save Neve from a predator landlord. They whip her away to their home and she soon realises just what being theirs means.
Neve may be a Beta but she can handle herself with these Alphas. She's just never sure what to do with the others in the office, especially Bane. She doesn't lose any of her spark she just finds herself making some weird decisions that she would never usually do.
A short, sharp, smexy read to fill a lunch hour. It looks like hubby is not the distant memory she hoped he would be!
The storyline is still intriguing, interesting, exciting and steamy, but I am slightly frustrated that each installment is like a short portion of the overall story. I feel like I'm being milked for money for each installment than is necessary. When each segment of the story is only 80ish pages it gets frustrating to pay $3 for each segment. Overall the story is good and entertaining, leaving me wanting to complete the series but I downgraded my star rating based on how the story is being drizzled out and charged for.
Hang on to your hearts cause this 2nd book is one wild ride. Office romance off the charts, whew 🔥. Both Mason and Dante come on as strong dominate alphas but with Neve each shows a softer side and touch to her and for her. This ending came as a surprise for me, showing how ruthless Neve's ex-Robert is as well as conniving in getting what he wants. Waiting for Book #3 is find out how this whole perplexing situation is resolved. This is my ARC review received via Bookfunnel.
This is the second book in the alpha security company series by Mina Carter. This is a reverse harem with two alphas looking for their omega. This book ends on a cliffhanger and will finish up in the next installment. The story starts right where the previous book left off. The story has excitement, romance, heat and leaves you wanting more. I’m looking forward to book 3.
After reading the first book in this series I was eager to read this second instalment in this continuing story, it did not disappoint but we now have to wait for the third and final book to find out how the story ends. That's not something I like so although I'm enjoying the story and think it's well written with some really interesting characters I am only giving it 4* because of the cliffhanger ending.
Double the pleasure This mini series just keeps getting better! The characters keep growing through the story and I love how the three of them have this connection that just can’t be ignored. The author did a fantastic job of picking up where book one left off! She didn’t lose any of the intensity or depth for the waiting. This book is a fantastic read and I can’t wait to see what the final chapter brings.
This is the second installment of Claiming Their Omega. I love Alpha/Omega stories. This is no exception. This is also a story about a second chance romance on top of a reverse harem romance. The total combination is so hot. I do wish though that authors and publishers would save serial or story continuations for Vella or publish in a single book. It would be more honest especially about price. Either that or make such books available on Kindle Unlimited.
This is a wild alpha ride of nonstop action and romance! This is the second installment to the continuing story of Neve and her alpha lovers. HOT does not describe the romance scenes in this book and once again I’m left screaming in frustration at the end of this book. I think this is Mina Carter’s best work. Can’t wait for the conclusion. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This Story has definitely gained momentum. I had a hard time putting this down for my pesky life. The characters are so good together. I love the omegas that are not doormats. That really applies here. All the Alphas are starting to develop in this part of the story, so it is enriched with the personalities around them. I can't wait to see where this goes.
Mason and Dante save Neve from harm. The Alphas switch into high gear to show Neve how much they care for her and much they want her. Just as they get into a comfortable rhythm a new curve ball is thrown into the mix
I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving a voluntary review.
