I loved it.

If you wish to become the transformational leader you always wanted to be this is the book for you. From the experience of 30 years author has compiled all tips and tricks that someone would need to be a master of change.

Through the practices and principles used by 500 multiple fortune companies towards transformation she perfectly explains how to change management that will lead your team to success.

My personal favourite lesson from the book is " challenging the status quo " - first she explains the importance of the status quo, next why do leaders fear challenging it. She says that " challenging the status quo is rarely met with shouts of joy and pats on the back. The reaction is usually resistance, irritation and dismissive responses. But one must consult as many allies and stakeholders as possible, take opinion from front line workers and then by staying calm and patient you must implement the change."

And always remember "Garbage in, Garbage out." That is if you put the wrong efforts you will get the wrong outcome.

"You will find it easier to advocate for yourself and your ideas and covince others to see things your way."

It is an amazing book and I have got a lot to learn from it. You must give it a try even if you are not running an organisation this will help you in personal development.
