First and foremost, this book would benefit greatly from a good editor. There are glaring mistakes through the book, examples as shown here:

"The car stopping under the shaded front of the beautiful compound brought him out of his thoughts. A young woman wearing a collar and a diaphanous black brazier and thong that hid nothing opened immediately his door. As soon as he had exited the car, she shut the door and slid into a kneeling position at his feet."

"He wrapped her in a soft blanket and held her on his lap, a chair murmuring to her softly while she woke up."

I've never worn a portable heater, or put someone into subspace enough that they hallucinate talking furniture. Perhaps I'm lacking at this BDSM thing.

I blame that multiple colors book for copycat tomes of a young girl, stalker billionaire, and minimal knowledge about kink, clubs, or D/s protocol. While I could expound at length at the various cringe-worthy bits, here's a short list of my least favorite bits:

* Stalking someone still isn't sexy, no matter how rich and randy you are.
* Clubs don't assign trainers. That's treading awfully close to that prostitution line.
* From being at events, I can guarantee that nutrition and exercise are not mandatory for subs. Sorry to ruin the illusion.
* Character names shouldn't change mid-conversation. A bit disorienting.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wanted to be able to give this book more than five 🌟. When I got to the end of the book, there was a link to a bonus scene. The link wouldn't work, can you send me another link that would. I'm new to your writing but thumbs up to this book! I loved Aaron & Natalie, but what happens with Natalie's friend?

The story was OK I would rate that a 3 however the editing is non existent and there are problems on every page. Mostly missing words wrong words and the worst, several sentences that are word salads meaning they are just random words strung together. I had issues with the H as being an experienced Dom he took advantage of a person who had NO experience with the lifestyle yet she stated that she only wanted casual D/s not 24/7. So the Dom said fine that the bedroom would be where the scenes would take place and the rest of the apt would be normal living. HOWEVER he then adds an addendum that if she acts like a brat during normal living that she can be punished at a later date. What the heck then that is 24/7 lifestyle. Plus he demanded honesty and communication yet he continued to lie to her and didn't come clean until she found out through 3rd parties.
So if an author wants my money then they need to put the effort in putting out a book that is readable. I will not be reading any more by this author until she gets and editor or even beta readers. They can be a tremendous help.

3.5 stars. Overall the story drew me in and kept me engaged. I'm used to reading self published books so typos don't really bother me but this book had way more than the average. I thought the twist at the end came out of the blue. Not the good "woah, didn't see that coming!" but more like the author wanted to squeeze one more thing in to try and pull it all together.

I finished the book and enjoyed it. I think with some more practice and at least a beta reader, this author will be amazing. For now, I'm not continuing the series.

Mild spoiler below:
There was one scene that almost ruined the whole book for me. For a dominant that owns multiple clubs that train both doms & subs, he would NEVER scene with someone while they're drunk. Especially someone he barely knows. That's not safe & could be argued not completely consensual. (For this story, it was 100% consensual, I'm referring to the choice in general.) I tried ignoring it, thinking maybe it was an error in timing but the author referred to her being drunkenly clumsy & hazy and he still took her to his playroom. Big ick to me.

Good book

I liked this book okay. It’s heavy BDSM and a good story. I was hoping for more at the ending but maybe there will be more in the next book in this series, which I will definitely read next. This is the first book that I have read by this author and it won’t be the last.

Great

I enjoyed reading this story. The characters were wonderful. The plot and storyline were great too. Natalie and Aaron have some sizzling hot chemistry.

This book is about being a submissive/ dominant and what probably would happen in a BDSM relationship.

Read it for yourself.

This book was spicyyyyy!! It was definitely interesting seeing Aaron teach Natalie basically how to be a sub. He definitely gave off a bit of stalker vibes when she left and he was trying to find her. I get why she walked away at first. I didn’t expect Ben (her boss) to turn out to be her actual crazy stalker!! I thought it was Greg (ex-fiancé). 4.5/5 stars

Good Read if Better Editing

The story was moving, however, editing was terrible. Many out of place wording making so I had go back and reread sentences to make sense of the context. If not for that it would be a great book.

If you can get through the bad editing.......

The story is predictable, but, still enjoyable.
What isn't enjoyable, is no proof reading.
It was like spell check changed words and made it difficult to
follow. Not looking to read more of this author's books.

Really enjoyed although better proofing needed

Author is spot on with setting the scenes and feelings but typos and slight confusion from one person to next was a little confusing. Looking forward to see how future works improve.

Predictable story, hard to read

As a professional proofreader, the lack of editing and, frankly, simple review made this very difficult and irritating to read. Transposed words, many missing words, and basic grammar kept me from moving on to the next book in the series.

Almost DNF due to glaring storytelling issues and grammatical errors, but it’s such a short book that I figured I wasn’t wasting too much more of my time if I just bit the bullet and finished it. As others have said, the author would benefit greatly from an editor. It was painful to read.

Decent story, but needs an editor for typos, wrong words and easily recognized errors. Their relationship was fast, but detailed. However, the stalker seemed an afterthought.
