This book has reminded me life is not only about achieving our goals and getting to the destination, but to find the joy in the process of getting there. As a working mom I often find myself in a mode where I just want to check items off my to do list to feel accomplished, yet in actuality true accomplishment comes from feeing fulfilled. Fulfillment comes from honing in on what we want our purpose to be and questing towards as achieving that goal. If there is one lesson the pandemic has taught us is they life is not guaranteed to be what we thought it would be so it’s time to stop spinning our wheels and start propelling forward. Now is the time to start living our best life and this book will clarify a process that will help us do so intentionally.
Tonya’s writing style is one that brings real life, into practical application with a taste of humor through out the book. As a person who likes a good “work book” I love that she adds in a guide for practical applications/ working the through the questions and writing down the thoughts.
