Fine book, nothing new for me.
Good choice to give to someone.
1 thing caught my eye though.
page 98, a stranger not familiar with certain lgbt+ customs and language asks "in what way do you have sex?" of the author in a club setting, the authors thinks it is very rude to be so direct and suspects they really just want to know what's in their pants and replies with "when was the last time you were anally taken?",
Why would you put this in your book? This is not a "everyone clapped" story.
Later on, they say you shouldn't assume peoples sexual orientation based on their gender expression, but here the author chose this response because they assumed this would shock the stranger.
What if they responded "💅 yes dear, 2 months ago in Stuttgart, he was so lovely to me then", based on information provided, maybe they are just a straight-shooter.
We the reader have no way of being sure how this took place, but there is not enough reasoning why it would be rude to talk about sex at the club with strangers, it reads like the author just got fed up and couldn't be bothered to clarify the intent or etiquette they were following.
