I wouldn't call it a Bible - but only for ideological reasons. It is however a book worth having on your shelf if at any moment of your life you considered woodworking. It's a concise and reliable collection of observations and tips on how to organise your workshop and work itself.
There's only one thing that book won't cover - experience - but it'll help gaining it safely.

One will never really "finish" this book, but will continuously refer to it.
