g. e. moore perfectly embodies the characteristics of perseverance and compassion. Embarking on a written journey some thirty years ago, after a lifetime of searching and seeking something of meaning, moore has changed course, completely committing to the exploration of the beauty inherent within the written word and how it can be applied to often overlooked and underrepresented communities of color. In an effort to bring attention and praise to the people and places that have shaped this unique perspective, he is proud to have authored two children's books, *What Daddy Do and What Mommy Do, each a celebration of Black family love, **Songs For The Cleveland Avenue Warriors, a seminal collection of poetry filled with the joys, pain and hopeful expectations of Black lives; past, present and future(published by Creative Onion Press), it's follow up collection, *Songs For The Cleveland Avenue Warriors: Reality and Fame, an Afrofuturist short story collection, *The Wayward Home For Retired Superheroes And More Astonishing Tales From The Hood, and the Afrofuturist/Fantasy novel, Bealz, Prince of the Southside, published by Nightmare Press.
