Pretty basic. Has recipes for standard, gluten free, whole wheat and chocolate cookie crusts plus 50 pie recipes. Not a lot of photos. The recipes are pretty simple without a lot of ingredients. No nutritional information. Lots of sugar and fat, like most pie cookbooks. Fine but not sure I’d call it essential.
