Infernal Queen #2

Fighting Forty

Rate this book
Lucifer remembers who he is.
Our daughter is missing.
The Gates of Hell are weaker than ever.

Can the descendant of a Nephilim—a modern-day witch—help us save our daughter and save the world?

We must find a way to kill Lucifer and return him to his rightful place in Hell. But the man will not die. It's time to go on the offensive, ripping through anyone who helped put us in this predicament. But even with all the power we share between us, I’m still not sure we’re going to win this one.

I know one thing. If I have to, I’ll die trying.

Don’t know if I’m seeing double but I originally gave this a 5 stars but I happened to notice that this book series so far is exactly the same as Rae Foxx Queen of Abaddon series. Down to the characters names and how it starts and ends in each book. The only difference was this series has a prequel chapter. I’m only giving this series the 1 star because it came out 1 year after Rae Foxx’s.

Lilith and Lucifer are stuck on earth in their human bodies from this cycle. The gates of hell are falling. Raphael placed a curse on Lucifer and now he has their daughter. His full plans are unknown but it's clear he must be stopped and their daughter saved. Unfortunately he has the upper hand and seems to always be several steps ahead of Lilith, Lucifer, Michael, and Gabriel.

Love this story. It's so full of twists and turns. And the lines of good and bad are so tangled. Never make an assumption about who the "good" guys are. For me, it all comes down to Lilith. Her power, her heart, and her intelligence prove she's a true Queen. I haven't been as enamored with the men. Michael and Gabriel are lovely but don't stand out. Lucifer does but he has continued to disappoint me. First in Abaddon, he was no longer attentive and loving. No woman wants to be taken for granted, especially Lilith! And now I understand his frustration over being trapped in his earth body with no power and his pain over his lost child but he was unnecessarily cruel when speaking to Lilith. Under the circumstances, she tried to do what was best for their daughter like a good mother should. Except for the ramifications of the gates falling, I would think this could be a valuable lesson humbling Lucifer. I can't wait to see what happens next. I have a feeling it's going to be Lilith to the rescue.

I honestly wasn’t sure I would like this series. Books about Lucifer and Lilith are either amazing or disappointing in my opinion. But this series is written wonderfully. It flows well and is so captivating. With differences that make it more amazing and twists that you never saw coming. As well as the mythology we all come to know and enjoy. The authors have done an outstanding job, in my opinion, with this series.

The gang is back and better than ever adding in a few new characters. Lilith is on amazing heroine. She captured my heart in book one and continues to keep it in her grasp in this book as well. She’s strong and fierce, compassionate, will go to the end of the world for those she loves. She makes me happy. Lucifer is back and knows exactly who he is but with one really bad aspect. He just will NOT die causing the gates to get weaker. Gabriel and Michael what can I say about these two. Other than the fact that they make me laugh and bring a funnier side to the book causing it to not be too serious. Enter a witch who they hope can help them find their daughter and strengthen the gates we are in for one wild ride! Action packed from the get go. Fast paced and never predictable. This is honestly a must read series.

This book picks up right where the first left off. The pace of the hook picks up and we get to see more of the characters in action and doing everything in their power to get to Ariel and keep her safe. I personally feel bad for their daughter because she was innocent in all of this. An archangel lost his mind and started breaking all the rules even Lucifer didn’t think of doing.

I also find it funny how Lilith is taking the reigns and Lucifer is stuck relying on her. He’s pouty about it and it’s kinda funny to read.

I’m so excited for the next book because I really want to know what’s going to happen next! I did a whole blog post about the book if you want to read my thoughts.

Omg this is one of my favorite series now!!

I am totally in love with this series!

I absolutely loved the continuation of Lilith, Lucifer, Michael and Gabriel's story. They are on the hunt to find not only Raphael who has kidnapped their daughter, but also figure out a way to close the gates to hell. Lucifer finally regains his memories and, oh boy, is he pissed!! Unlike Lilith, lucifer still hasn't regained any of his powers. They travel all over the world finding people who can help them with their quest.

The ending to this book is another cliffy, and I am just dying to read it!!!

I 100% recommend this book and series!!

I recieved an ARC for my honest review.

Lots of Action . . .

This second book is full of action and drama. Lilith and Lucifer are stuck on Earth in their human bodies. The gates of hell are crumbling and falling. Raphael has taken their daughter Ariel and no one seems to know why. But even if his plans are unknown, it is certain that he must be stopped and their daughter saved. Unfortunately he is proving to be difficult to capture.

This book is exciting and the twists and turns will definitely keep the reader at full attention and on the edge of the seat waiting to see what happens next. Grab your copy and get caught up for the next book where we will find out what happens!

And now the story is really rolling! They are still looking for their daughter who was stolen and trying to figure out how to kill Lucifer. Lilith gets her powers back and starts to find the demons who are on earth and sending them back with orders not to leave again and shore up the gate. They find people who helped the one who stole their daughter and interrogate them. Finally, they get a solution and Lilith dies but they can’t get the gates closed again because lucifer does not have his magic. Wonderful story, you really need to read.

Lilith and the guys are back in book two of the Infernal Queen series. This book picks up where book one left off so I definitely recommend you read book one first. Lilith and the guys are still searching for her daughter, Rafael put a curse on Lucifer, the gates of Hell are falling and so much more happens in this book. The writing is well done and the story is packed with intriguing characters, unexpected twists, danger, suspense, and an ending that left me so ready for book three. What a second book in the series. It is jammed packed with action, mystery, drama, and with some sexy scenes. We continue where we left off in the first book and boy do Lilith and Lucifer have so much they are going through. They are getting more and more in depth with why things have happened as they have occurred. This one has you on the edge of your seat with anticipation as it makes you feel like you are part of the story. It is a story and series that is a must read!!!!!

Lilith and Lucifer must find their kidnapped daughter.
With Gabriel and Michael helping them, they hope to rescue Ariel from the Angel Raphael. What he wants with her they don’t know but it can’t be good. He seems to be a step ahead of them. He’s taken her to another realm and has helpers. Other angels that he has coerced to his side. Lilith has gained her powers and nothing is more powerful than a momma trying to find her child. Everyone beware! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Book 2 continues the crisis as the Gates of Hell are being weakened, demons are escaping to the earth, a curse is trapping Lucifer in his human body. Ariel has been kidnapped, and Lilith and Lucifer are frantic worrying about what is happening to her and the Gates of Hell. They search the Earth, always a step or two behind Raphael and Ariel. When they finally catch up, the Gates of Hell are open, demons and other denizens of Hell are escaping, and the book ends on a cliffhanger. Be ready with Straight to Hell (Infernal Queen Book 3)

Searching for their daughter Lilith and her lovers are in hot pursuit of Raphael. He has kidnapped their child and no one knows what his ulterior motive is. Why? Will the gates of hell be opened? Can they find their child in time to stop what Raphael has planned? This series gets you more and more intrigued. What is going to happen next?

Things Are Heating Up!

This story is one grand adventure! It’s the second story (‘Raising Hell’ is the first) and it’s absolutely packed with action to almost a frantic level. Lilith and Lucifer need to return the demons that are escaping back to hell, find Ariel, their missing daughter, and stop Raphael’s horrible plan. It’s a non-stop ride runtime the end, which left me amped for the next book in the series ‘Straight to Hell’.

This was way better than the first part. There was nice changes in characters and some new characters as well. Story was flowing very nicely. We learnt much more about Lilith, and how is she. She is nice and dangerous at the same time. Also she is planning, as much as she can with knowledge she have. Now I really want to know what will happen next.

This was my first read from this author. I enjoyed it a lot. I hadn’t read the first part of this story, but that wasn’t really an issue. I liked all four characters and plan on finding the first part and last part of this story to be able to finish. I recommend.

Book two and we pick up where we left off and it’s every bit as action filled and exciting as the first book. Adventure, drama, humour and full of drama, danger, adventure and plenty of twists and turns as once again we join the demons and angels as the battle to kill Lucifer and put him back in hell ensues. A great addition to this series and I’m off to read book three.

A reverse harem drama with plenty of steamy stuff. It's so thoroughly entertaining. Now more drama, action, and adventure. It's easy to read with engaging characters. A very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. It's the battle to kill Lucifer and put him back in hell. I was glued to the pages.
