Wyatt: I’m the behind-the-scenes type of guy especially when it comes to my sister Sonja’s and my Event Planning company. Let’s just say I don’t do well in crowds of any kind. When we’re hired for a Halloween Bash at one of the local Farms, I find out that Sonja’s not available for that evening, so guess who ends up being there to run things? Yours truly. She owes me huge for doing this. That is, until I’m introduced to my angel in leather.
Annabelle: My family owns and runs the Watts Vegetable Farm which has been in my family for at least three generations. Then one day, my mother who still treats me like a little girl even though I’m in my early twenties, tells me that she’s decided to throw a Halloween Bash and has employed “McCaffrey Events”. What happens that night changes everything around me, including my love life.

This is a sweet with a bit of heat romance between Wyatt and Annabelle. It's instant attraction that quickly builds into so much more in the corn maze. It's a short story with descriptive scenes, moves quickly and smoothly and is a cute read.

I enjoyed reading the courtship/love story between Annabelle and Wyatt. Wyatt and his sister co-own an events business. Annabelle's mother contacted them about having a Halloween party at their farm. Wyatt took down the information for his sister to set up and oversee. Problem she had a prior commitment so Wyatt had to handle it and he has crowd phobias. After meeting Annabelle, those phobias didn't bother him. Read what happens between Annabelle and her parents as well as Wyatt. It's a really good book! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Written by Cindy :)
It is fall and Halloween is upon and with that is pumpkin patches, mazes and love. Wyatt and Sonja, his sister, run an event planning company, when they get a call to help plan a Halloween event out on the Watt farm. When Sonja is unable to be at the event itself, Wyatt has to step up.
Mrs. Watt is excited to put the event on and has her daughter Annabelle as the go between to help. Wyatt is taken by Annabelle and by the end of the event knows there is more. This a sweet romance with a fun taste of the season that will have you lost in the pages.

It's a good story about a young man and a young woman that fell in love at first sight during the preparations of a Halloween party and they have to face some problems before really start dating. There's friendship, love and some drama that couldn't make me stop reading!
I've received an ARC of this ebook from the author and all the opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
This was a short, fast-paced story about two characters that were immediately drawn to each other. They work through blocks to their relationship such as parents, privacy, and so on with a happily ever after in their future. This seems to set the stage for more stories. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Pumpkin Patch Hijinks: Halloween Steam by Andrea Marie is an awesome short story to read. This was an awesome story that I really enjoyed reading and I highly recommend to all.
I read a complimentary Advanced Reader Copy of this book & am voluntarily leaving an honest and unbiased review.
The words "erotic novel" and "my father" should never be written together in a sentence. This was Laugh-out-loud funny for all the wrong reasons. Not for me. I am glad it was a short story.
This a short but fun storyline it’s well written and entertaining. The characters are engaging and well developed with plenty of chemistry throughout the pages.

That was a really great book, I loved the blossoming relationship between Wyatt and Annabelle.
My two favorite passages of the book I copied below, both of them really resonated with me because it's exactly how I feel about my friend Nick who I met at the end of July but just recently started getting closer to him. 🙂
"Wyatt, I need to tell you something im portant. I know we just met earlier today, but I feel like I've already known you for a while now."
"You really like him, don't you?"
I smile and nod eagerly. "I really do. It might sound odd, but it feels like we have this deep connection be tween the two of us."
Would definitely read again 🙂❤

Wyatt takes a break, and Annabelle joins him. She takes him through some of the activities. Wyatt tells Annabelle he wishes they were alone so he could kiss her. She tells him to follow her and she takes him to the Pumpkin Patch Maze. She knows the maze inside out she helped build it. They begin to kiss and enjoy each other until Wyatt’s phone vibrates. They head back to get to work. When the event is over Annabelle asks her brothers for some privacy with Wyatt. He asks her if he can see her again and she agrees. I cannot deal with the writing in this book. It is just… not good. It doesn’t flow well, sentences go on forever (there are sentences that are about 4 or 5 lines long), and there’s no show. It’s all tell. The characters also read super young to me, which I’m not a fan of at all. Not in a Halloween romance anthology/series thing that’s supposed to be steamy. There’s a part at the beginning where Annabelle’s mother asks her to change and she storms upstairs. First, not the end of the world, but second, for her to get that upset I need so much more from the interaction. Maybe her mom insults her outfit or has a tendency to tell her that her outfits are ugly/belittle her/be an outright bitch. Something.
And the “sexy” scenes….not sexy. Kinda cringe worthy, actually. Again, goes back to this reading younger and the writing being too literal. If it’s passionate and animalistic, show me. Throw in some dirty talk, describe the way he or she feels. Are they sweaty? Is the bed creaking? Do they need to be quiet so they’re whispering or holding it in? Again, the series is called Halloween STEAM.
First things first; I really like the cover of this book! Pumpkin patch hijinks is a novella in the ‘’Halloween steam’’ collection. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Wyatt and his sister own an up and coming Events Company. Despite this, he hates crowds. When he fills in for his sister at a Halloween party, he meets Annabelle. From the moment he meets her, he wants her but will he get his chance? The chemistry between Wyatt and Annabelle is clear to see and I liked them together. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.
This is one of the novellas that didn’t really connect with me. There are authors that make you feel the emotions and ones that just state the emotion. This one was the latter. I felt like I was reading about the very emotionally immature relationship of teenagers. Not for me. :(
Wyatt is the shy office manager and Annabelle is the daughter of the event hosts. She turns his head and the feel like they've known each other for years. Insta-spark! The connect in the haunted house before sharing kisses in the corn maze.
Wyatt is an co-owner with his sister in a party business. Their company is hired to do a Halloween party for a local farm. There he meets Annabelle. It's love at first sight! A short, sweet romance!
Wyatt and Annabelle meet when he is organizing a Halloween party at her family's farm. Sparks fly but will her family's strict ways interfere with the budding relationship?
Cute Halloween romance with a little spice. A guy with social anxiety lays eyes on the perfect girl and it’s basically love at first sight. Super quick, really sweet seasonal read with HEA.
