To escape them, Kalindra and Lan travel up North, back to Iclindir Academy, to seek help from her peers. But how can they reach their destination when dragon-hunters are everywhere now? With her fiery hair and humongous dragon by her side, sheโs not hard to miss. Their journey becomes even more dangerous.
To restore balance, the guardians have to step in. But for many years, there have been no words from them. As Parthenis falls into pieces, the Dracomancers have gone quiet. What awaits Kali and Lan at the Academy?
I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I have had the privilege of reading many books from this author, and her writings are superb. This next entry into the journey of Kalindra, a Dragonmancer, her dragon Rina, and Lan, her nosferatu friend makes one stay on their toes as things start to get dicey. Being hunted by groups of hunters makes for a difficult journey, and when Kali is caught, with a bounty on her head it seems impossible to escape, but then we are talking about a very determined spirit that will overcome, one would hope. Read to find out. I guarantee you will not be able to put this latest entry down til the last page, and will leave you craving for more
That's about how long it took to read this book. Check my review on book two. I tell you, get all the books at once and get out. Read them as if they were long chapters. For the illiterate, a chapter is full of paragraphs. It's a pain having to stop and write a review for a short, incomplete story.
I highly recommend this fascinating book, and the intriguing series in which it is, to readers to f all ages who love reading inspiring fantasy. Enjoy!
