Kasey Krane is a tattoo artist living in the beautiful (and hot) state of Texas. She enjoys drawing but writing has recently become a new passion for her. Especially when it's too damn hot to do anything outside. Whiskey neat is her drink of choice and she's never met a truck she doesn't like. Enjoy her bad boys, she sure does.
A Good Start To The Series This is the first book in the Big Rock Ranch Series and the first book in a new series featuring the Baker brothers. This is Everett's story and he's the ultimate hard drinking, drug using playboy who parties the night away. The family hires a PR firm to clean up his reputation and they send Kiera, one of their best agents. Needless to say she's not happy with her assignment and he's not happy that his family is trying to control his life. The book is well written with some twists and a surprise or two. No shortage of steam, grief or drama. A good start to the series and can't wait to see what the rest of the Baker brothers are up to. I read an advance copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
This is the 1st story in this new series Big Rock Ranch and we get to meet Everett the oldest and his 4 brothers and the hardship they are faced with losing their parents. The parents own a successful business and each son has been able to live their lives as they want without working. Everett for some reason has a party every night and never does anything with responsibility. Everett goes down a rabbit hole deeper and makes a scene at the funeral causing his brothers to hire a PR rep to get him back on track as they take over the family business and get the board on their side. Keira is a PR executive who has worked her way into a position and salary she never dreamed of. Their 1st meeting has Keira putting Everett in his place and he ends up throwing her out. Everett and Keira do not get along and they go back and forth if she’ll work with him or not. After Everett sees Keira outside of work he realizes he wants her and agrees to let Keira work her magic and Keira tries as hard as she can to keep if professional and fails and boy do they have feelings. Keira has keep her personal life outside her work and protects her brother at all cost due to their past. These two have a attraction towards each other and it’s a beautiful thing until Everett falls backwards and there are some misunderstandings. Keira shows Everett how to deal with his grief which allows him to become a better man. I look forward to reading the next story in this series! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Oh how I hated this book. I hate both the hero and heroine. He was a fully grown ass 32 year old man behaving like a immature frat boy. He was behaving like this before what happened to his parents so that no excuse for his childish behavior. The so called heroine wasn’t any better. Allowing this man who she just met boss her around and giving her ultimatums. She did not come off as a confident woman. Just when I thought that I couldn’t like the story any less the author cut the completion of the story abruptly with an ended that wasn’t an ending by leaving so many questions. It’s as if there would be a continuation with another book. I read the blurb for book 2 in the series but it’s about another brother, I won’t be ready any more books to find out some answers from book 1. I’m not that invested in these characters. Until next time y’all happy reading.
Strong tempers fight 4.5 It's a good romance fully supported by the temperament of the two main characters, Everett and Keira. He is rich, drowned in alcohol, and partying, but he collapses when his parents die. In order to save the family business, his family decides he must clean his image, but this tough guy finds himself confronted by Keira, who has a character just as stormy as he is. Their attraction seems to them as magnetic as it is destructive: nothing is easy for them. It's very well written and because of their demeanor, I was looking forward to hearing how they could break out of their circle of passion and rejection. I liked this book and it left me excited to read more of this series. I must admit that at the start I was not a fan of Everett. He really rubbed me the wrong way and, full disclosure?, it got worse before it got better. But it DID get better, it just took a while to get there. While I can say that that I pretty much liked Keira from the beginning, she did sometimes seem cold and there were definitely a few times that I gave her the side-eye. Together these two were highly volatile. The sharp words and the fiery sparks fly with every single interaction that these two share. The storyline was engaging, had heart and it kept me entertained. This is my independent, candid review.
Everett is used to his party bit lifestyle when the unimaginable happens and as oldest Baker he is expected to step up and take charge of the family business.
Keira is trying her next to climb the ladder at work when a new opportunity strikes in the form of reforming a rich playboys reputation using her PR skills. Not one to let anyone down she starts on a journey that will have unexpected consequences for them both.
Loved the love/hate relationship between these two. Made for a great story. Can’t wait for more from the Baker men.
I read this book voluntarily for an honest review.
Everett has a bit of a reputation for partying, but he causes an incident that gets the media's attention, and now his family insist that he gets help via the PR company they hired. Will he keep resisting or let Keira (the PR assigned to him) help? I enjoyed this romance, Keira was easy to like (though she is not without her own faults) and at times it was hard to not want to kick Everett, who seems to default to drinking and drugs instead of dealing with his issues. I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received, and giving my thoughts and opinions on it.
Amazing beginning to a new series featuring the Brandt Brothers. go to hand it to Kasey Krane this was an excellent beginning to a new series. The beginning is kind of sad but it is an absolute page turner with a hot alpha male that is smoking hot, this is an enemies to lovers book that won't disappoint. This one gives you love, lust, hate and lots and lots of twists and turns with Everett and Kiera. Everett loves staying in the media and the family don't need it so they had to think of the perfect person to help him clean up his act
The first book in the new series brings Everett and Keira's story. It's an enemies to lovers romance when she's sent to clean up his latest mess. It's a hot and steamy story that had me glued to the pages. It's well written with detailed and descriptive scenes, moves quickly and smoothly and is an entertaining read. I'm looking forward to the next book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

There's trouble for the Baker brothers on the horizon. And this is just the beginning.
This is the story of a spoiled brat who is used to doing what he wants when he wants. He suddenly loses his parents and is expected to take over the family business - only one problem, he is a drunk. He has to clean up his image before it harms the business.
Love this book. You have a beautiful woman who works as a PR to help people look good for their business and family. He is a party bad boy who goes off the deep end when he loses both his parents. The family hires her to get him bad in good shape. Very interesting read.
ARC Review For honest review. Wow fantastic story this story has Everett baker the oldest of the baker brothers having to clean up his act after his parents death .His brothers hired Pr. agent Keira Cunningham ,but these two have fire and chemistry so hot .
What a start to a series. These two are messy and life turned upside down. I love the families strong ties, makes you want to cheer them on. Not necessarily a feel good story but I didn’t put it down.

PR executive Keira has a tough job ahead of her when she is hired to clean up the reputation of an out of control playboy, Everett Baker. With a few twists and lots of drama, primarily coming from Everett, can Keira achieve her goal without falling for the playboy? Great start to a new series, **I was gifted a copy of "Rouge Stud" leaving my review based on my reading.** 4.25 Stars!
Excellent billionaire steamy romance. A troubled family and a PR professional trying to help their image. The blurb is good but the drama, and chaos makes the book a page turner. I wasn’t too crazy about the ending. I look forward to reading future books by Ms Krane. I received a complimentary copy of the book and chis to write a review.
Wonderfully fantastic... The book was amazing... It had a lot of details and juicy scenes to it... The characters and their personalities match them perfectly... The plot and the storyline were very descriptive and amazing...

I couldn't get into it. He was Peter pan type who the dealt with his grief in the worst way possible. I couldn't make myself care about his redemption. She was a sad sack who I at least had some sympathy for.
