An expert in parkour, Helene Gadot moonlights as a Nail Polish Namer and occasional ghostwriter. She lives with her husband and trio of rugrats in the South. Helene has a serious coffee mug and throw pillow addiction, and when she isn't reading or writing, she's probably shopping online.
Fast paced, a bit confusing but then it makes sense.
The best quote I have read in years and which especially authors of romance novels should tattoo into their minds:
"I don't understand what it is about society that say as soon as a romantic relationship settles, the next step has to be children. Why we have to procreate in order to achieve a happily ever after."
I don't get that either. And I really hate that trope. All those babies. Ugh. So glad Ms Gadot does it differently 🥳
This was a truly lovely prologue. It was great to catch up with Ridley and the Shitheads, plus everyone else. I was extremely happy to see their family expanding by fostering marvel kid's. How wonderful. Excellent series, fantastic author x
