History In An Hour

Hitler In An Hour

Rate this book
What made a failed Austrian artist into the most reviled and destructive personality of the Twentieth Century? Where did the seeds of his rabid anti-Semitism lie? How did a marginalised loner become such a moving force in Germany? How could a nation have fallen for such a maverick? What made him so determined to bring about war?

Read about Hitler as a boy and his relationship with his overbearing father, and about Hitler as a daydreaming drop-out in Vienna and Munich. Read about his routines, obsessions, his ideas and idiosyncrasies, and about the women in his life. Learn about Hitler’s experiences as a soldier during the First World War, and about Hitler as an employee of a Soviet Republic.

Read about how Hitler entered politics and slowly manipulated politicians and civilians; and outmanoeuvred leaders and nations through bullying, diplomacy, charm and lies to achieve complete power leading ultimately to the bloodiest war in history.

Learn about his final days within the oppressive cauldron of his bunker as the Third Reich crumbled around him and, with his health deteriorating, his ultimate, dramatic demise.

This, in an hour, is the story of Adolf Hitler.

My third novel, "The Black Maria", is set in Moscow in 1935, the height of Stalin's reign, about love crushed by the machine.

How many of you know that Hitler worked for a few weeks for a Communist-inspired Jewish-led regime? It is some information that Hitler deliberately omitted or accidentally failed to mention (only he knows why he didn’t do it) from Mein Kampf. We will get some new information like this from this book. Indeed, Hitler did not invent the hatred of Jews. But it is he who took antisemitism to the extreme level. Humanity will never forgive him for his massive extermination of Jews and the barbaric Medical experiments (under the Chief Perpetrator Josef Mengele) he conducted in his Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland.

Hitler had 16000 books in his study.
This proves the necessity to create society as an entity of virtue because society in itself is mean and has its own set of vice. It is an ocean if it contains filth its wave shall have filth If it's pure its wave shall have propriety.

This book described all of Hitler's life even his attitude toward how he came to power. Unlike, the notorious leader in Soviet (Stalin) who bullied their citizens and has a harsh order on mercilessly killing their people but surprisingly he comes to his nation with a wooden bicycle and left it with nuclear protection.

Indeed Hitler is not a bad person, he used all of his talent and ability to lead the German nation into a prosperous nation including expanding the territory for their citizens to freely live. His conscious always be with the German nation. Sadly he has a bad disease that drops on his testicle not growing anymore. This such a pity result in men living with a man who adhered his life under 25 years as a celibate man and married to his work and ambition.

With the love of the nation that brings him to be a patriot, he spends almost his life on how to come to power and use of his tactical when he fails in the incarceration. He hardly hopes to restore his life, he nonetheless starts to write a book with his view on how to grip the power by not staging a coup but by the vote of the people, as the structure of democracy then was a success during that time.

This final day of his life, which was not exactly true due to the various research that he has to evade to had been living his life somewhere until the end of his life, was a failure that made heaven sadden by his last command that he could not command anymore the war is lost. His life is to have had hatred on Jew people, who considered as the clever and risked people in the world as we see now, develop fast and resist to claim their territory firmly. His nationalist is well-known in history. He has an unnerving passion but never dejected with the trajectory he had chosen.

Incredible work for those, who are only starting to learn about Adolf Hitler.

As a person, who is interested in personal life of Hitler and his artist days, I was pleasantly surprised to see, how much facts I get from this.
You will start from the early days of his life, learn about family, childhood, early adulthood lazy and artsy years of the future Fuhrer, his activity in World War One, rising in the party, pre-war years and of course the World War Two failures.

The most interesting part of it is the chapter is about him as a human, you will know his habits and taste. The whole book is packed with facts and every sentence is beaming with them, due to book being so short.

All in all, great introduction to learn about such a terryfying character in a history.

A short book with valuable information. Family, friends, lovers, political career.
Who was the man Hitler ? How he became the person that put the world on fire and why.
Every event and person of importance in Hitler's life is mentioned and the influence on his character.
Why he hated the Jews more than anything on the planet.
The only aspect that the author forgot was Hitler and the economy of Germany.
I have spoken to lots of people who were in the Second World War, people who met Hitler in person, people who survived the concentration camps, soldiers, civilians .... and I must admit that this book is a good read, short and nearly complete.

Ta biografia to przestroga przed demagogami.

Quick summary on Hitler's life. It talks about his whole life in brief and sufficient for a person who has any interest in history but doesn't want to go through huge read materials.
I absolutely like to read about WWII and because of that I have eminent interest in Hitler's life. After reading this quick summary, I hate him a little more though.

I wanted a brief simple overview of one of the most well known historical figures but without the long drawn out qualities of a text book.

This book delivered that. I felt my concentration lapse slightly at the mid way point. However, for the most part a useful book for furnishing oneself with more information about one of Europe’s best known former dictators.

The book tells about his life when Hitler was born in Linz in Austria. How his father discouraged him from becoming an artist and the soar relationship which both shared. This book is a crash course on the steps Hitler took in order to become the supreme leader and rise in the political space.
