This might be my favorite book of the series!! Daisy’s mouth is hilarious! The things she says had me laughing out loud! The banter between her and Atlas is comical! Their chemistry is off the charts. I love how all the Hamilton’s are in this book as well so you are still keeping up with everyone! Daisy doesn’t take crap from anyone and I love how that plays out in this book! She’s a strong independent woman who knows what she wants! Atlas remind me of Deacon a lot and I really hope he gets out of his head and see what’s in front of him! Can’t wait to read the next book!!
Daisy is the one person of the family that we hadn’t gotten a great look at aside from her relationship with Mason, so it’s wonderful to see her story come to fruition. In this 12th installment, we get to see how Daisy’s life transforms as she tries to excel at work and find personal life balance.
We know she’s in the medical field and she’s one of the top in what she does. Her boss is getting ready to retire and of course that means that she’s excited to take on the role, except that it doesn’t go to her. or anyone who works there – it’s an outside hire and that hurts. When Daisy confronts her boss about, she’s told that she’s young, perhaps too young. Yet the new guy is her age. what it comes down to is that she’s a woman – and that’s just not ok. She learns that part of the reason the new guy – Atlas got the job was from a glowing recommendation from one Dr Hamilton – her father.
The path of this story in that perspective is one of challenge, butting heads and really just trying to do a good job medically. Daisy has patients that she wants to cure, and there are egos at play here where Atlas thinks he knows better on everything and Daisy likes to be thorough. each scene also screams sexual tension which is a whole nother level of things.
Throughout this story. we watch how that plays out – how Daisy comes to terms with things and then Atlas is arrogant and makes it all awful again. Then They figure out how to work together and the office is a great place to be.
While this is all going on, we watch how Deacon (Daisy’s father) and Atlas expand their friendship. There’s a father protectiveness over Atlas and there’s a mutual respect that we see grow as they open up to one another. Where this leads of course is the idea for Deacon that Atlas and Daisy are compatible. So that takes us down another path in this story.
Neither really wants anything serious – after Mason, Daisy decided that she’s not ready to love anyone again and Atlas is divorced but won’t share the catalyst to that – so we don’t know why he’s gun shy. So instead we get a super explosive connection between them, the chemistry and passion are off the charts and I think there may be something good. until Atlas reveals something and well….we’re at an impasse
Well, that was different. Thank you Victoria Quinn for not putting us through the wash cycle again. Daisy had an original enough storyline from her siblings and Atlas! Can you say perfection?
I am so invested in this series that I don't even care about waiting anymore. Like Atlas, it is worth the wait.
Daisy made me a bit uncomfortable at times with how she speaks because I couldn't dare call my boss 'bitch' or my mom 'girlll'. I just couldn't. But Daisy is a different type of energy.
She is the most outgoing in this family and she is definitely the more bold one who has all the fun. There is no filter or uncertainty. She does it or says it because she wants to.
She is also the one who had the better sex scenes. They were definitely more frequent and even though they weren't erotic, they were very intimate.
I feel like I know all there is to know about Atlas. This conflict is out of the left field and I would have understood if Mason was the issue. His secret feels totally misplaced and maybe that's why the author did it. Because we would never expect it.
However, she will NEED to deliver in the next book because this is HUGE for a character like Daisy but Atlas' response seems bigger than we understand.
A thing I enjoyed during this novel is the ode to 2020/2021. Some things are missing, like COVID-19, but I liked the little touches of a modern-day Manhattan and Bridgerton.
It's always good getting caught up with the guys and apparently, Sicily and Emerson aren't that close with Daisy because other than in passing, they were non-existent.
Despite this, Daisy carried this novel beautifully and Atlas made for the perfect companion. This is probably the best book in the series in a while.
I am glad for the break so we can come back fresh and ready for part two. I am certainly going to miss this series when it ends.
Este libro no muestra un poco de enemies/friends - to lovers AND I LOVE THAT.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5

The story of Atlas and Daisy begins on a rocky side when Daisy's boss finally retires and hires a outside person. Daisy is pissed she didn't get the job. Bad part is Daisy's father wrote Atlas's letter of recommendation. Atlas and Daisy butt heads constantly until finally they come to a agreement to work civilly together. Deacon tells Daisy he thinks Atlas and her should be together. When Atlas comes to the cabin Daisy tells him what Deacon thinks and unbelievably Atlas said why don't we! Daisy is shocked and says let me think about it. Finally one day Atlas says you got me a answer and she said let's have sex to see if it'll be good or not! Which ended up being great! It was all going good and Daisy tells Atlas she loves him and he drops a bombshell he doesn't ever wants kids! When think that's the end of it Daisy goes to his penthouse and tells him she wants to still be with him. He tries to avoid it he just can't tell her no! They best part is they ended the book with them both saying I love you!!! Also another part that was great was Deacon got him a dog!! Absolutely love it!!! The nexted book can't come soon enough!!
Daisy, Daisy….so this her story and about her career as a medical diagnostic dr. She has the brilliant mind of her father and the empathy of her mum Cleo. You feel like you know the Hamilton Family so well from this series. Daisy’s life takes an unexpected turn when her director of the clinic retires and instead of recruiting from one of the amazing drs that work for him he recruits an external dr and one that has been recommended by Daisy’s father Deacon. Atlas is hot and he challenges Daisy and the 2 of them butt heads but are right for each other. Deacon tries to act as matchmaker to the two of them. Do they have their happily ever after, we have to wait and the book is so good, I couldn’t even put it down and ended way too soon. I want the next installment now. This is a must read. Even if you haven’t read the other books, but trust me you will want to read the precious books as this is a great series.

I had a feeling Daisy's story was going to be fantastic and it definitely got an amazing start.
I totally love Daisy. Her attitude, her dedication, and her love of her family just show what an amazing person she is. Atlas starts off as a capital D and it took a while for me to warm up to him (arrogance turns me off). The tension between Daisy and Atlas is off the scales both when they are fighting and when they are not. When you add several more Hamiltons into the mix, everything moves faster. I still love the Hamilton family dynamics and it is always great to see them together (especially at the Lake House). Truly loved all of Daisy's nicknames for Atlas. I cannot wait for the next chapter in Daisy and Atlas' story. I am looking forward to finding out what Altas' secret/reason is.
I honestly don't think you can go wrong by reading a Victoria Quinn story. All of the ones I have read are absorbing and have fantastic character development.
I think this was my favorite book to date, in the series. Daisy is the girl that we thought she would be throughout her brothers books. She is real, funny, smart, and has no cut cards and she has met her match. Atlas is the male version of her and they clash and are perfect, at the same time. Her dad, Deacon, made this book even more funny. He knows what his baby need and he is determined to do anything necessary for her to have it. Daisy’s relationship with her mother is ideal. I love how they talk as if they are the best of friends. This book is amazing. I couldn’t put it down. Now I can’t wait to find out the secrets….both Mason’s and Atlas’.
This was a fantastic book! I absolutely loved the connection and interaction between Atlas and Daisy! They were like a match and a stick of dynamite. I think he more than met his match with her! She just tells it as she thinks it! She has no care if it is well received or not! Strong, independent and knows what she wants. She keeps him on his toes! I can not wait to get my hands on the next book by Ms. Victoria Quinn. She us a master with creating her characters and their story. These two will be in my group of favorites! A must have! Worth every minute I spent reading this. Check it out!!!
Daisy and Atlas finally! I like how they overcome their fears. They have always brought out the best in one another, just how it should be. The family stays strong and always are there for each other. Relationship are so well expressed here. The simple things that are done without any expectations. One could learn a lot about forgiveness, break stereotypes, the drive to achieve goals and have broader vision to give back to society...from this series. @goodreads This book is also a part of Soulless series but it's not mentioned here. Kindly make appropriate changes.
This might be my favorite book of series!! Daisy's is a character that's for sure but her mouth is freaking hilarious. You're going to love the chemistry and banter between Daisy and Atlas. I especially loved how all the others Hamilton's are in the book as well. I definitely can't wait for the next book in this series. As always my reviews are totally voluntarily and no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.
This is my favorite of all the "soulless" series! Daisy is a strong, knows what she wants, woman. Atlas is a carbon copy of her dad. What could go wrong?! Quinn keeps the reader on edge, waiting for the "go wrong"! Can't wait for the conclusion!
What’s not to love ….. Daisy is all about the sass, full of confidence and rightly so, she’s a strong independent woman who can hold her own against any man including Atlas. The banter between this pair is just brilliant
I couldn’t put this book down. I love Daisy, she is strong, sassy and hilarious. The banter between her and Atlas is so funny. She is certainly no one’s doormat. I can’t wait to read the next book about Daisy and Atlas.
This has to be my favorite couple of this series. Daisy’s no crap taking attitude and the fact Atlas can go one for one with her is pretty hot. There is so much to say about this book, but it’s so hard to put into words. I am on pins and needles waiting for the next book to hit the shelves!
I just love this series. The chemistry between Daisy and Atlas is adorable. Its amazing that bits of history repeats itself in life in this story and in real life. Laugh, cry, aggravation, frustration. Family.
This part of the series reinvigorated my love for the story. Daisy is a firecracker, and the banter between her and atlas kept me reading faster and faster to find out what happens next! Can't wait to start the next one!
Romantic, sexy and romantic wrapped in one series. Every single book is an amazing read and I finish in one day. Looking forward to Augusta 10th release!
I love Daisy! She is smart, funny, strong, and go’s for what she wants. I love this series but I think this is my favorite. I can’t wait for the next book
Love the chemistry and banter between Atlas and Daisy! I have enjoyed whole series and always look forward to next book. Victoria Quinn never disappoints.
