Lonnie Pacelli is a business and autism awareness author with over 30 years business experience and 23 years experience as a dad of an autistic son. His son Trevor was diagnosed with autism at age 5 and has experienced many of the highs and lows that accompany autism. Lonnie, his wife Patty, and big sister Briana have made family adjustments throughout the years including Lonnie leaving his job at Microsoft to focus on home-schooling Trevor. Trevor recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Film & Media Studies and is now Media Director at Mom & Dad's company. Lonnie is committed to helping dads with autistic kids better cope and have hope for their children and wants others to learn from both his successes and mistakes.

If I had to recommend one book right now about being effective at work, this would be it.
Good practical, straight forward tips. Basically takes: courage, conviction, wisdom, clarity and credibility. Know WHO you are talking with, have a direction statement; tips on: Meetings, Presentations, Writing status reports, brainstorming, problem solving, interviewing, giving and receiving feedback, listening
Reliable author with background - 25 years of leadership experience as an executive, project manager, developer, tester, analyst, trainer, consultant, and business owner; 11 years at Accenture, 9 at Microsoft, consultant Fortune 500s
