It took me a while to finish this book. It has some exercises in it where you have to evaluate for yourself what your goals are. Since I basically started reading it with toddlers roaming around the house, needless to say, my goals and views were in a phase of change. I needed some more clarity for myself before continuing with it, and I have achieved that clarity, hence I finished it.
Generally, the book is not bad, but at the same time, it is nothing special. It contains general information that you can get elsewhere. For example, it goes into SMART goals, which is generally quite known everywhere.
It is not a bad framework at all to improve your life. The main issue I have is, that it basically stays in the "identify the goals and problems" phase. It does not really go beyond that, and at the end, the book basically advertises for courses on the Lifehack website. That's not what I buy a book for. Still, the steps outlined in the book are a good starting point. But that's all it is, a starting point.
It does have some sprinkles of good advice here and there, and the general mindset that you need to have.
If you want to identify what you want and what you need to improve, then it is a recommended read.
But if you actually want concrete steps on how to improve, this is not the book for you.
