Stephanie Dawn Winters is cursed to remain in her black panther form. She lives in the Keenesburg Wildlife Sanctuary. She knows that Marek is her true mate, but she can do nothing to let him know.

Marek
Another good addition to the series. This one has some great mystery and suspense. I enjoyed the characters in addition to meeting some new additional characters.

Ms. Hall is a fairly new author for me. I love shifter stories and this one had everything I liked. Marek and Stephanie have a connection that was fun to watch develop but there are things they have to get through first! Lots of action, lots of steam and the whole story kept me engaged. Hopefully, we'll see more in this series! Great story!

Marek, sadly wasn't one of my favorites of this series.
I'm not sure...but it felt a bit more rushed than the others in this series. But yet there seemed to be just as serious if not more serious issues in this one than previous ones that I felt were either not addressed (and these could be addressed later in the series) or they were rushed through.
At the end of Dylan and Caleb's story we learned about a wildlife sanctuary that had animals that were shifters cursed to stay in their animal form. With no way to speak to anyone about how they came to be cursed these shifters are forced to live out their lives as animals.
Stephanie Winters is one of those shifters. After living a nightmare in foster care Stephanie ran away and made a life for herself. Until she was cursed, and now she finds herself stuck in her panther form for months on end. When she learns the newest employee, Marek, is her mate she's ecstatic! Finally someone who can hear her pleas for help and who can hopefully find a way to break the curse.
But the curse isn't a simple and straightforward thing. Troll and their dark magic are involved. But there's always more going on. And the trolls have more planned for the shifters than just a formula to keep them in their shifted forms.

Marek and Stephanie are from two different worlds with two common goals; To Be Free and To Love.
Marek is a strong character and Stephanie needs help in gaining confidence and self-esteem, thankfully they find each other; Not in the best circumstances but at least they found each other.
This book is a great addition to its predecessors, you have age gap, suspense, tragedy, and move important of all LOVE.
Marek has all the hallmarks for a wonderful romance, the love is sweet, the buildup is slow burn and the love is ever lasting. Sigh........

“What a fantastic and amazing story!!! A five stars story without doubt. This was the kind of story that proves that true love can conquer everything, sooner or later everything will fall into place. Marek was perfection, trust me, you’ll fall so easily for him just as I did. Stephanie had it more difficult and no one could deny that but have you ever heard that everything happens for a reasons? Just fall in love with their story and enjoy the passion, heat and of course spice that involves fated mates.”

This was a great shifter book. There was love, sex, mates, and a lot of action. Marek finally finds his mate Stephanie in a compound where her and other shifters are being held captive and cursed to stay in their shifter forms. If that isn’t enough action for you, you have Bruce in witness protection and he’s been found!
This book will keep you on your toes! What a great read!

This book was an amazing read, that had something for everyone. It had romance, it had mystery, it had suspense. This book will grab you and not let you go until the last page is read. It moves along at a great pace, making for an easy read. The characters are amazing, you will fall in love with them and the story wow. This book needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it.

This was an entertaining read. Black bear shifter Marek is an enforcer for his clan investigating shifters held captive at a wildlife sanctuary. He didn’t expect to find his mate there as one of the captive shifters cursed to stay in their animal forms. This story is filled with magic, action and love.

This was an amazing read! The storyline and the connection between the characters was easy to follow.
Marek is a black bear shifter who working undercover to find missing cursed shifters. What he didn’t expect was to find that one of the cursed shifters was his true mate. With the help of his clan will they be able to break the curse? You definitely need to read this one to find out.

Loved this book! Loved the characters and the magic both! Trolls, shifters, good guys and bad guys. This book has it all! I especially love that with all Samatha experienced in her young life that she found someone that really loves her.

Marek has gone undercover at the Keenesburg Wildlife Sanctuary. There are cursed shifters that need help. While working he meets a female black panther, his mate. Stephanie has been stuck as her panther when she spots Marek, her mate. She needs help but has no way to tell him.

This book makes you love not only Marek but his story, the other characters and his world. It grabs you and pulls you into the story webbing a net that makes you feel part of it. Loved it a lot
