I loved this book! I loved reading about the different regions in France and their associated foods, how they differ and what makes them unique. Also, the history of each region and how the food developed and why. All very interesting. I really would like to go back to France someday and explore all the regions extensively for as long as it takes.

All the food descriptions and photos made me drool. This book is 100% about each type of food to eat in France - from bread, pastry, desserts, to meat, produce, cheese, and charcuterie related! Good book if you are planning for a France trip too.
