This is the first book I have read from these authors. I thought that it was a series of standalones, which it sort of is though there is an overarching plotline that spans over the series. I liked the story but I feel like the writing was not very strong. There is a lot of repetition and clichés used that make this book feel less polished than it could have been.
I really liked the fact that there was a mix of different types of shifters in this mate bond with the FMC being a jaguar, the alpha MMC being a wolf and the other two MMCs being snow leopards. That was fun to see them talk about their similarities and differences. The banter was funny and the spice scenes were pretty hot.
Where this book really lost me was the introduction of mysterious extra characters that never had any information they could share about their purpose in being introduced. Usually under the line of “I can’t tell you yet or it’s a long story.” Actually it’s a short story so tell me why you’re here! ☹️
The fights were also very easily resolved with minimal damage in comparison to how big and bad these dark fae are. Idk. Very anticlimactic for how it was talked up.
Overall, I wouldn’t discourage someone from reading this book if they are interested. I don’t see myself going back for book one but wtf is book 3? I see the cover and such but two years and still no finale? What doing on there?
Storming Snow Falls is the 2nd book in The Snow Falls Pride series and focuses on Laney's (from book 1) best friend Tyla. Tyla is very much a sassy, confident but extremely independent woman who doesnt show her emotions easily as well as fiercely loyal towards to Laney. All of which covers a sad backstory that has made her build up walls to protect herself. Only to give her mates - Alaric, Yuri and IIya a hard job to get through them. Phew and they do that with some very flirty and steamy ways thats for sure!!!
The plot twists, turns and all the drama were just killer. Saying that ive yet to read a book in this series that i havent liked. Im dying to get my paws on the next book now
I'm loving this series, and the overall shared universe it's in. These 2 authors write the most amazing characters with some really hot scenes between them. This is book two, and picks up from Seeking Snow Falls, but also crosses over with Emerging from the Dark - you don't need to have read that to follow the plot, but it's fab, why wouldn't you! Tyla has to confront her past, in order to face her future. I love the ongoing friendship with Laney from the first book, and her three mates are hot and caring. Tyla;s story is wrapped up here, but I can't wait to see the following one, presumably Stephanie's!
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
Welcome back to cozy Snow Falls where we get a different romance for each book though past characters just love to pop in from time to time. This time we follow Tyla who is a half shifter that cannot shift making her less then welcome to most of her kind. Seeking a new start to moves to small Snow Falls where she finds herself surrounded by shifters only these are more accepting especially since her mates are there. Makes for a fun read at their story plays out. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
This is the second book in this series and it Follows Tyla. She moved to a small town to get away from her past and ended up with a life she never knew she wanted. Now she has mates and new powers on top of new enemies heading to their town. Great story and amazing FMC.
DNF at 17% when the men finally get around to explaining their history to Tyla.
I was bored at the glacial slow pacing and the fact that 4 adults were only now talking to each other about how old each of them were and what happened to their parents in the 2nd book of the series. This stuff should have been hashed about in the first book IMO. The other topics that came up and were not my cup of tea were the Daddy kink and hint of M/M between members of the harem. ------ Ratings - abandoned series: #1 Seeking Snow Falls: ★★★☆☆ #2 Storming Snow Falls (this book): ★☆☆☆☆ / DNF
In book 2 of this series of standalones (interconnected), we get more answers to the overall plot line we got in book 1 and some more sexy times with new shifters! I really enjoyed the dynamics in this one, I think because of how funny the twins were and how they chipped at Daddy Ric’s stoic facade hahaha. I felt for Tyla (I have no clue if I am spelling that right since I listened to the audiobook haha) and her family history was so sad. I did appreciate more in this book how the author allowed some air time for her shifter side/see how it was developed. I mean it could have been more but at least we got more than in book 1 with that MC and her animal side.
I think the best part of this book was how the author brought in the other story and characters. I will say I would read/listen to book 2 without listening/reading book 1 first. It won’t make as much sense or hit as hard if you read this out of order. I love these side characters so much, and some of the new ones we meet really add to this great intricate story/relationship connections. I am so excited to see how some of Stephanie’s mates handle everything in book 3. I thought I had a good idea who they would be but I wasn’t exactly right but I am happy to see that, keeps us on our toes. I am really questioning by the way if someone who was lost is going to be found (is this going to be a 4 book series and she will get her own romance in book 4??). OH and I loved the hints from babushka (I think there might be a little one on the way for one of the series MCs, especially since someone’s heat ended so quickly and she was nauseous in book 2 haha. Maybe we will get that confirmation in book 3 when they go to confront these evil people trying to breed more hybrids and stealing women to do so.
In terms of narration I was really unhappy with it. I appreciate the previous narrators and them having a part in this one. Now if Tyla was not a huge southern belle in terms of accents, I would have enjoyed this audiobook more and probably given it a 5 stars. But because she was depicted in a certain way in book 1, it needed to continue in book 2 and it wasn’t at all. Like no accent whatsoever, no attempt. Like I would have gotten a different narrator to make sure we as a reader/listener get that. That narrator was monotone a lot of the time, didnt have the firecracker spirit that Tyla had in book 1. I don’t think that narrator did a good job enhancing the story, didnt bring the character to life like she was done as a side character in book 1, and didnt run the emotional gambit like she should have with the flashbacks, some of the steamy scenes, the sad scenes, etc. I was disappointed because I did enjoy the story and the other narrators. I just wish they could have had the continuity in book 2 like they did in book 1. I still gave this audiobook a 4/5 stars and am excited for book 3 to release next year hopefully.
More Fascinating Greatness in Snow Falls! Amazing Story & Listen🎧📚🎧
Storming Snow Falls Snow Falls Pride, Book 2 By: Jenn D. Young, Aspen Black Narrated by: Kat Lee, Bridget Bordeaux, Jake Bordeaux
It is great to be back in Snow Falls again for another fabulous paranormal shifter novel and this one is just as amazing as the first book, “Seeking Snow Falls”, which is Laney, Connor, Cam and Adam’s story. This second book is Laney’s friend Tyla’s story and her new found mates, Alaric, Yuri and Ilya. Other characters from the first book also make appearances, including Babushka and Fabian, who knew who Tyla was and what she was, half human, half shifter, and not an ordinary shifter either, but a rare one and one that is sought after. Her over protective mates will keep her safe, but she is not one to do nothing, she also likes to get her way. The chemistry between her and her mates was sizzling hot, so were their scenes. Loved the witty banter and the camaraderie amongst the mates too. The world building continues, and we learn more about power plays and what the dark fae are up to and what they intend to create. This book is captivating from start to end, the storylines are original and imaginative and the plotting is fantastic, as is the world building. The story has a perfect balance of drama, twists and turns, angst, action, thrilling and suspenseful moments, so snark and witty humor to lighten things up, heartfelt emotions and some hot loving, reverse harem style with a side of mm. Jenn D. Young and Aspen Black, thank you for this fabulously entertaining story and wild ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, the authors cast a fabulous line of talent to bring their characters and story to life. Kat Lee joins Bridget and Jake Bordeaux for the second book of the series. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, gave each a voice that fit that character’s persona and were believable in every role they played, loved the Russian accents too. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing exceptional listen.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "STORMING SNOW FALLS" WOW!!! What a riviting, interesting, intriguing, engaging, captivating, thrilling, mysterious intense drama with secrets, steam, angst, loss, grief, twists you don't see coming such an addicting read. I can't wait for next book "SAVING SNOW FALLS" to see what happens with the Tenebrae the an elite organization of evil Dark Fae trying to reproduce their kind by kidnapping woman to breed & humans will they finally meet their end get Anya & Stephanie back. AWESOME AWESOME READ!!!!!
So this is the second installment of the Snow Falls Pride series. This time it's Tyla's journey, Laney's best friend, we met in book one too. Like the first book, it's a fast-burn RH fated mate story.
Storming Snow Falls is built very similar to the first part. I don't really had a feeling of reading a different story. Sure, Tyla is a different person than Laney. She is independent, stubborn, and sassy. Hides her emotions behind walls and is really badass/fierce. She is protective around the ones, she loves. We do see that in book one. And now, in book two, we get to know why and what's her story/background.
And we get to know her mates. Alaric, the wolf shifter and cousin of Dmitri, leader of the Night Star MC. And the twins, Yuri and Ilya Romanov, Connor's cousins.
But even though there are differences in persons and circumstances, and some new characters. Like Kaden, the mysterious royal light Fae and relative of Tyla (I'm glad, he will be part of the next book. Now, only a story about Fabian is missing). The story is overall the same as Laney's.
Some odd thing: Tyla even drinks like Laney iced coffee, though black and not with cream and sugar.
But other than that, Tyla is pushing her mates away, too. Same as Laney in the beginning, who wasn't sure either about being mated to the guys. Or more so, both FMCs were led by their fears and had a journey ahead to face them. But they overcome it very fast. An imminent threat is in the future. During the story progress, it's revealed more and more. Intermittent through that, there are a lot of sexy times. Drama picks up at the end, and solved quickly. And then we end with a not real epilogue with a little glimpse of the next story.
Still, I liked the book, and I want to know more about this universe and the characters. I will read the next book, of course. Though, this will have to wait. The release date is far in the future.
I'm turning into a spoiled brat. I was honestly thinking that it's been a while since the first book came out. I just checked and it's been less than a year. It seems that reading a lot of fast writing indie authors is changing my perception of time between books. I'm getting used to getting the sequel within a few months. However, I was quite excited when my arc for this second book came in because the previous one had quite a cliffhanger.
If you have the chance and time I think it's a great idea to re-read the first book in the series before diving into this one. Since we have all new point of views, there are not too many throwaway lines reminding us of everything that has happened in the first book. Since I've read a lot of books ever since reading the first book, I had therefore some trouble reconnecting with the plot and with the world, which is a pity because both are actually quite great.
The authors created a complex world with loads of politics and loads of lives crossing for a reason. In the previous book we already met some of the key players and in this book the authors add a completely new batch of characters, all with their own connection to the bigger story arc. I personally would have loved a little more background, maybe even a few more flashbacks. It's a total compliment that you can tell so much with just a few scenes, but I might have felt it better with a little more.
And the same goes a little for the characters. The authors totally show us how show don't tell should work and yet it somehow felt like I missed a few details, a few personal anecdotes or stories making me feel more connected. We've seen these characters interact, quite often in a sexual way, and yet I would have loved to get to know them better, more personal, more emotional. I think with a few more chapters extra this book could have been even better than it already is.
Only good could come from these 2 authors joining forces, am I right?
I was drawn into this world almost instantly—and I suspect it would’ve been instantly if not for the odd sound quality the female narrator’s parts had going on. What’s not to love about a fictional shifter town / pack vibes, etc.? And a female cat shifter resisting her mate-bond too boot? Yea, I was hooked!
Some highlights from this one:
⛰️ Set in Montanna. 🐾 Snow leopards! ⛰️ Shifter life / pack life. 🐾 Fated mates / mate bonds forged in nature. ⛰️ Trips into the past / a bit of darkness. 🐾 Incredibly sweet m4tes, who set about to win over their fem4le. (Censored for Zon.) ⛰️ Mystery. 🐾 Wit, even during somewhat dark times. ⛰️ Fae. 🐾 Rough … erm … stuff. ⛰️ Sassy heroine. 🐾 Magic / Magical training. ⛰️ Captivity. 🐾 Group scenes.
Overall this is a fun read with great world-building. 4 stars.
Audio: I’m not sure I’ve ever heard a PFP-produced book that wasn’t absolutely perfect sound quality, so I suspect something might’ve happened with ACX or perhaps just my copy? Anyway … Jake’s and Bridget’s parts were great, (as always in my experience). Excellent voices and perfect sound quality. These 2 narrators together make a great team, managing to sound like a full cast due to using various voices and accents. However all of Kat’s parts were of noticeably different quality. It sounded as if she was speaking from a tin can … or something. I’m not sure how to aptly describe it, but it was jarring every time it was her turn. I’d give both Bordeaux’s performances 5 stars, easily. And the sound quality overall during their parts 5 stars … but 2-3 stars for the sound quality during Kat’s parts. This isn’t a cut-and-dry rating obviously due to complexity. Overall, I’ll call it 3.5, as the quality issue only applied to part of the book.
Remember Laney from Seeking Snow Falls, well her best friend Tyla has a book. Storming Snow Falls is a great addition to the Snow Falls series.
Tyla is strong, smart, independent, and tough as nails. However, due to some family drama and a traumatic past she has put up walls around herself, she rather go it alone than depend on anyone. It's a miracle that Laney was able to get around those walls to become a true friend to Tyla.
Enter Tyla's three mates, playful snow-leopard Yuri, his twin, the thoughtful Ilya, and dominant werewolf Alaric. These shifters are patient and want to show Tyla that she doesn't have to go it alone, that she can still be strong while depending on people. They manage to get past Tyla's walls and create a real bond, caring and respecting her with a lot of steam in between the caring moments.
I seriously love the shifters of Snow Falls and Babushka is my favorite. That grandma is all fire and isn't afraid to put her family members in their place. Plus the older shifter sure knows a heck of a lot, she has some key pieces and isn't revealing anything until she's ready, reminds me of a certain fae, I guess it runs in the family. Speaking of characters, there was a new character introduced who has a key role and Tyla's crazy past was revealed. Things feel very familiar and the Snow Falls' Pride and friends are starting to recognize patterns. Looks like the dark fae group called the Tenebrae have a wider reach and have been up to a lot more than they knew. Things are connecting together to reveal a bigger plot.
With new allies and a dangerous enemy, Storming Snow Falls was a fantastic read. The Tenebrae are far from finished, up next in the Snow Falls Pride series is Saving Snow Falls.
Storming Snowfalls is the second book in the Snow Fall Prides series, and this book is Tyla's story. I absolutely loved book one, but book two left me feeling mildly disappointed and a bit confused from the beginning. Book two begins with Tyla in Snow Falls and having already met her mates. While there is a prologue it simply gives me a bit of what happened to Tyla as a child, but no real foundation to build on. I was honestly left feeling a bit confused and lost all around. I wanted at least a bit of a foundation to build on - Tyla getting to Snowfalls, and meeting her mates. Even if it happened in the previous book (which I can't recall since it's been a while since I read book one) it would have been nice to have a small recap to remind readers what all is going on up to this point. As it is, things feel rushed. I do like that we get some background on Tyla sprinkled throughout the story though. We also get some background on the other characters and that helps to flesh out the story. There are some deliciously steamy scenes and I'm loving the twins. This book has some good elements, but I feel that not doing a recap or having the main character come to town and meeting her mates is a miss and for me, creates a disconnect in the story. I'm rating this book 4 out of 5 stars.
Smashing sequel 🐈⬛ Although this book focuses on an entirely different FMC and mate circle to Seeking Snow Falls it’s a must you read that first otherwise you will feel you have just been dropped into the middle of a storyline. Tyla already knew she was mates to the twins and Alaric as well as some containing side stories often referred to that were developed in the first book. 😀 Tyla is a strong willed FMC who has some strong and high walls around her heart, it’s no surprise after what she’s been through! As the last female black jaguar she’s a commodity to be bred to save a dying species 😬 Although all is not what it seems in regard to her heritage as hidden memories begin to surface alongside blasts from the past 😳 Thankfully after fighting against her mate circle she begins to trust in them and they develop their connection….Alaric the alpha wolf and domineering daddy of the group, and the troublesome twins Yuri the jokester with hidden depth and Ilya the more reserved but levelheaded twin 😍 they’re love revolves around Tyla although they do develop connections of their own (M/M) and there’s some hot group scenes 🔥 With the Tenebrae back from the first book to try and reclaim Snow Falls three prime childbearing women there’s an evil that needs stopping!!
This is the second book in a series, though it has a new female lead and her story isn't completely revolved around Laney (the first FMC). We briefly met and got to know Tyla in the first book, but in this one, we find out much more about her past and why she is the way she is.
I would recommend reading the first book again ( if you have read it) as a quick refresher for book two. There are a lot of returning characters and references to the first book that aren't explained in this book. So having that book fresh in your mind really will make the transition smoother.
I love the way the story is told from multiple POVs, you get more feelings and outlooks which makes for an all-around tale and I love "hearing" the characters in their own voices. The descriptions are excellent and really paint the picture of what is happening. We have a cast of amazing characters that are all strong and independent on their own, but as a team, they work even better.
Some really steamy scenes in here with lots of dirty talk, a slight daddy kink, and a couple of m/m moments. The last two I am not normally a fan of but they were quite minor so it wasn't too out there for me.
I loved how the first two books are interwoven, yet separate at the same time. Tyla has had a lot of loss in her life and because of that doesn't like any type of real connection with others as she fears she will lose them too. Trusting in a lasting relationship doesn't come easy, so when twin snow leopards and an alpha wolf all tell her she is there true mate, she is quite resistant. Adding to that, she learns she has blocked memories and also a block from her own black jaguar. As she learns more about the people in the town where she went for her only friend, she ends up learning more about herself, discovering hidden memories, learning to trust the new people in her life and her cat. Lots of steam in this book as bonds are established, as well as intrigue, mystery and an ending that leaves you wanting to see what happens next and learning more about the characters it will be focused on. I do recommend you read book 1 first so you'll know the key characters and how Tyla came to be there. Enjoy!
Returning to Snow Falls was like the warm.embrave from a long lost friend and I was excited to find out Tyla's story.
Tyla is a great fmc she is smart, independent and as tough as sh!t. She shows her strength and desire to protect herself from her past trauma in the strength of the walls she's built around herself, and her desire to keep the world at arms length, preferring solitude to dependence.
I absolutely adore Tyla's mates Llya, is so thoughtful, his twin Yuri is the playful one and the dominat Alaric. These guys show that shifters can have patience and understanding. They do everything they can to prove to Tula that she can be independent and strong but that she doesn't have to face everything on her own, that they are there for her. They slowly help her bring her walls down so they can create a true meaningful bond.
This is a heartfelt engaging read, with new allies and an ever present dangerous and deadly enemy on the lose this book will hold you captive till the final word.
Another amazing read by Jenn D. Young and a fabulous addition to the Snow Falls Pride series! If you read the first book, then you’ve already met Tyla and some of her men—and it’s everything you could imagine and more! And while you could read this independently as a stand-alone, I highly recommend reading both to get the full backstory!
This story is all about our headstrong and super independent FMC Tyla, as she fights against fate and struggles to accept the men she suddenly finds in her path after moving to a quaint small town to be with her friend and start over.
I loved how we got to see old favorites from the first book again, as well as new characters to fall in love with. As more enemies come into play, new alliances are also made, and it’s a true race to see who comes out on top.
Overall this book will pull you right into this dynamic world of shifters and take you on a twist filled journey, making it so you never want to leave! Needless to say, I can’t wait for more of this series!
I'm really loving the Snow Falls Pride series. It's unique, spicy and a lot of fun. This one had a little bit of a rejected mates feeling with Tyla not wanting to get to know her mates in the beginning... But when she finally lets Alaric, Yuri and IIya in, it's fire and heat and all the best things about fated mates. I also love that the men in the mated pride love one another on a personal and physical level, it really ramps up the spiciness to the perfect heat.
Tyla is a really interesting character. She's so strong and wonderful and I loved getting to know her in this story. Alaric, Yuri and IIya are all so good, but Yuri is probably my favorite. He's the twin with the comedic relief and he added such a special something to their pride.
I was hoping we'd get more plot development of the bigger story in this series installment, but I really enjoyed Tyla's story. I'm very much looking forward to Steff's story that will hopefully be coming soon. In the meantime, I'll be listening to more of Jenn's backlog!
The second book in this series focuses on Tyla, Lainie's best friend, who came to Snow Falls following her friend's trace. As a rare black jaguar shifter who, however, cannot shift at all, Tyla is facing a lot of personal challenges and conflicts, not at all put to ease by the fact the three infuriating and overprotective men around her - Alaric, Yuri, and Ilya - claim to be her mates and somehow expect her to fall in line with the claim. They have another thing coming. It was a relatively fast paced PNR story with some hot scenes and a bit of kink and M/M action. Tyla is an interesting heroine and revelations about her past and family paint the scene of the hardship in her life. Her three mates are sometimes driving me crazy (same holds for Tyla though), and Kaden isn't helping the situation much either. There is a lot of drama and clashes with the enemy, but there is no final solution to the problem yet, one has to wait for the next book.
This was a good second installment in the series. I liked that it added to what was going on but also felt like a fresh story despite some similarities. I liked Tyla. I do wonder from a narration standpoint having listened to the first book in the series why she was portrayed as southern sounding and then this book only her mom is in memories. That was a bit weird for me, but I guess someone who hadn’t listened to both books might not notice. Other than that, I really liked the narration though. I think both these performers did a great job and the story itself was very entertaining. I like that once the four members of the main relationship started getting to know each other they realized they had things they could relate to in their pasts and just genuinely seemed to like each other. I hope there are more books in this series because I would certainly check them out. TheFlockVIPReviewTeam
This is book 2 of the series and is Tyla's story. I would recommend you read book 1 first as there's an assumption you know the background of characters/situations etc. Tyla is fiery and very protective of her friend Laney. When she turned up in Snow Falls she didn't expect for her entire world to change. Gaining mates she didn't want and abilities she never knew she had. She discovers secrets about her past that could change the lives of many shifters. When the Tenebrae turn up to kidnap the women, they whole town bands together to protect thein way of life. Tyla was resistant to the shifter life and having mates, although her walls fall down pretty quickly, leading to some very steamy moments. The guys are all very over-protective and also so sweet with her. This is not the end to the Snow Falls fight, and I'm looking forward to the next book.
I wonder if it is possible to have an actual strong female character who doesn't have a damaged psyche because of previous controlling partners or parental trauma. I suppose it would be boring, but no less boring than having the same thing repeated endlessly. Laney resisted her mates, and then realized they loved her with all her faults and let them in. Tyla resists her mates, and then realized they loved her with all her faults and let them in. Based on the preview for the next installment, Stephanie resists her mates, blah-blah-blah. Also, for all the talk of battles and needing to be strong, these battles are over really quickly without much of any tension or drama involved.
Anyway, could have been a great series. Instead, it seems rather formulaic and entry level, as if the writer hasn't written before and is just using tired tropes in order to tie sex scenes together.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
When Tyla turns up in Snow Falls because of her friend Laney she didn't expect to come across her mates and her cat, but things are never simple in Snow Falls. Laney is fiercely independent and she likes it that way, but the three shifters who claim to be her mate want nothing more to claim and protect her even if she does keep pushing them away.
I love the fact that Tyla is sassy and confident but she still has that voice in the back of her mind that tells her she isn't worthy of the men who want her, and I adore the fact that they want to show her just how much she means to them.
There are a lot of twists and turns along the way and dangers the characters must face and the bad guys are far from finished. Can't wait to see what happens in the next book.
This is another wonderful story from the Snow Falls Series. Tyla comes to Snow Falls, to rescue her best friend, Laney. Laney doesn’t need to be rescued. Laney just found her mates. Tyla feels like she is losing her freind. But Tyla also has 3 shifters chasing her around. Trying to convince her that they are her mates. She doesn’t believe they are. When an unknown relative shows up, Kaden. And tells her of her childhood. She begins to relent; her walls start to come down. She is tired of being alone. I love this series! I just can’t seem to get enough of it. I highly recommend it. If you love worlds with magic, Fae, Shifter. You will love this series.
I am going to start by saying that I genuinely enjoy this world of shifters, fae and magic. I quite liked the other books in this shared universe, so I did not hesitate to pick this one up. It appears that this story has started in the previous book and I just missed the initial meeting between the characters, which is my own fault as I assumed that it wouldn't matter as it is a standalone story. However, I did struggle with the characters as I was missing some rather important connections. Apart from that I did like seeing Babushka again, she is a wicked woman, one that knows how to put things into a perspective.
So this is an amazing story and is a must read for sure! This is about Tyla and her three mates. A twin, yummy, and an alpha Alaric. Tyla is used to do things on her own but the guys try and show her it's fine to get help and rely on others too. Sometimes asking help is also strength. They are slowly breaking down the walls and I love it. This is so good and exactly what I love most. I so much enjoy this world and I'm sure it will bring amazing stories. I'm going on a limp here but I'm sure it'll be interconnected somehow. A must read series.
This was a very good second book in the series. Tyla is the main character. She knows she is part shifter. She is a rare breed. She escaped her pride with her mother after her fathers murder. She is now in snow falls because of her best friend. Tyla has found her fated mates. There is the growly wolf Alaric and the leopard twins Ilya and Yuri. They are courting her and trying to get her to accept them as her mates. There is also the looming war that is approaching Snow Falls. They have to prepare for it. Will Tyla accept her mates? Will they be prepared for the war?
This is the second book in the series however like the first it is a standalone. You do not have to read the first but I'd definitely recommend it as it might be confusing if not. This book follows Tyla the FMC she goes to Snowfalls for her bestfriend but also to get away from her past. She meets her mates and at first tries to deny them, she doesn't trust easily due to her past. They eventually manage to drop her walls down and she begins to trust them. She is a strong FMC, their are secrets, drama, action and steam scenes. Overall a good read 😊
