(App) #3

Bumble F*ck

Rate this book
He’s Irish, and needs a wife.

I’m a psychologist, and I absolutely don’t need a husband. Ever.
I’m quite content to go on a date, have an orgasm, or two if he knows what he’s doing, and be on my merry way.

Just not with Shea.

Sounds simple, right?

Wrong. On every level.

I think he’s arrogant, and he thinks I’m crazy.

I think he’s in trouble, and he thinks a dating app is the answer.

Whatever floats his boat, I guess.

Unfortunately, I develop a penchant for studying him, and now, he has a penchant for irritating me. I don’t understand half the things that come out of his mouth — I’m not stupid, he just has an accent — and he ignores almost everything that comes out of mine, especially when I’m telling him to leave me alone. I thought my push-back was stronger, but it’s no match for his determination. And he invalidates my theory that it’s impossible to lose your mind. Because when I see that one little line on his dating profile, that’s exactly what happens. I lose my mind. Or maybe he blows my mind in bed, I’m not sure. Either way, I come to hate the idea of him marrying a stranger on an app, and offer to be his solution instead. Sure, we’re compatible in bed, but even I know that’s not enough to sustain any kind of relationship, and that falling in love doesn’t just happen. Wrong again.

Maybe he is better off marrying a BumbleF*CK.

Or maybe, I’ve just met my match.

In April 2019, I graduated with my Publishing degree, and took a brief writing hiatus to complete my studies. Right now, I'm busy with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, and have recently published my newest book, Under The Sake Sky (Horseshoe Bay Series Book 1). I'm still addicted to coffee, reading, and when I'm not writing, or designing all kinds of things in Photoshop, I'm editing romance novels for my clients. Okay so I had a bit of a struggle settling into reading Shea’s chapters. Thad authors went balls to the wall with his Irish accent and gee they did a fantastic job. For me it took awhile to get into the rhythm and flow of his accent and how he referred to himself as ‘we’. So once I got the gist of him I really connected with him and his big bold red headed attitude.

Holland was a great match for Shea. She see the good in everyone but gave him a run for his money.
The banter between the two of them was great to read.

Bumble F *ck ((App) Series Book 3) by Tamsyn Bester and Robin Ash is Holland's story.  I have to say I was initially worried whether I would care about her and her story.  Loved it!!!!! Shea is absolutely hilarious.  At first I was wondering if he was crazy since he referred to himself as we but when I met his family I realize it must be an Irish thing. Shea is in the states on a Visa that was done wrong so he is going to be deported soon. Not wanting to go back, he goes on Bumble to find a wife. When he get in trouble at his job, he is referred to Holland for his anger issue. There is a thin line between love and hate. Holland and Shea are proof of that and because of how they feel about each other, it made for a fabulous story.  Shea and Holland were hilarious. They bought out the crazy in each other. It was nice learning about Holland's life story. She is definitely quirky and also a very good person with a heart of gold. Even though she is a psychotherapist she has issues just like everyone else. Shea initially was an arrogant pompous butt hole but turns out to be a good person. Holland and Shea's interaction made for an entertaining story.  Loved it!! So glad to see there are 2 more books. Curious who the heroine or hero will be, regardless who the person is I am for it. I am enjoying these two authors story. Look forward to their continuous collaborations. This story was a 4.5 stars read for me.

I must admit that I had a bit of problem with reading and understanding Irish 😅 and I think it’s great authors gone to that kind of length to make this different to use lots of slang especially if they just could use basic English language and make it sound Irish. It took me while to fully understand why they used WE and referring to themselves. But I liked it quite bit.

Another delicious book in the marvellous App series. Holland and Shea’s story was such an easy read and had me flying through the pages. I absolutely loved Holland. She’s quirky and so likeable and Shea just made me swoon. His Irish lingo had me rolling around laughing and I could totally hear him in my head. Their relationship is crazy but oh so right. I now can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Shea is a Physiotherapist at Tarrytown Women's Health Center. Lilac scrubs and red hair are a definite no-no, but that's not the worst of Shea's issues. Marge in PR screwed up his medical exchange visa assuming that Shea was female.

So until his gender status can be rectified, something Marge seems to be in no hurry to do since she hates him and all humankind, he has five months to figure how to keep from being deported back to Ireland. He will do anything to keep that from happening even marrying an American stranger to get a spousal visa.

And did you get the part where he is the ONLY male in a women's health center? He is frustrated to begin with but when one of the workers who thinks his name is pronounced SHEEE shows up at his door with a patient saying since he is free can he see her instead of scheduling an appointment, his Irish temper blows.

And of course, that leads the demon Marge to corner him later in the day saying he is being sent to see Holland two times a week until he can get a handle on his anger issues or she will make sure that he is deported immediately. He cannot believe that he is being sent to the purple-haired head doctor upstairs.

Holland usually stays out of Marge's way, but she can't understand what she has done to the woman to be saddled with this cocky Irish doctor. She couldn't find another Psychologist to send this annoying man to?

I loved this book! It did take me a while to get used to Shea thinking and speaking about himself in the third person. The 'we' and 'our' were confusing to me at first, but Shea is so very annoyingly funny that I got over it.

Shea and Holland butt heads from the beginning and once Shea got over the fact that he had to see a head doctor to begin with he took utter joy in making Holland lose her temper. He loved seeing her feisty.

This is a wonderful hilarious smoking hot book! The characters are highly relatable and the storyline kept me turning the pages. Highly recommend this book and the complete App Series!

Bumblef*ck was funny, steamy and romantic. I really love the Irish accent so Shea was very easy to fall for, I've never really been drawn towards ginger haired guys but I definitely had a major crush on Dr McCullough, he made Ginger sexy.

Holland and Shea are both fantastic characters, from the beginning they had a way of rubbing each other up the wrong way, a twisted kind of game where they go all out to annoy each other. Their crazy little interactions were hilarious and sizzling with se×ual chemistry.

I loved Holland she's a little eccentric but has a caring, loving and generous nature. Her personality is the complete opposite to big, brash Shea who's a loud and In your face kinda guy, even though he's still a well mannered true gent at heart. I think that made their connection and chemistry more intense.

Shea rocks Holland's world and makes her act impulsively in a way he could never have imagined. He really gets under her skin with hilarious and sizzling hott mind blowing consequences for them both.

I really enjoyed this book it had a cute enemies to lovers vibe about it which I liked, l've loved every minute of Shea and Holland's story.
I'm excited for the next book in the series, it's nice to sit back and just enjoy some witty, steamy romance stories that are quirky, different and fun to read.

GOTTA LOVE A GINGER!!!!!

I am loving this series which is getting better with each book.
Shea (Seamus) needs to find a wife, since HR screwed up his Visa and have him listed as a female rather than male, and time is running out. Holland is the psychologist at the all women's clinic they both work. After being forced together by the same HR that has put Shea in his current situation. Holland is eccentric, but has a good soul and is willing to help. Shea is rough around the edges, loud but also has a good heart.

This book is so well written as Holland and Shea butt heads and try not to fall for each other. I highly recommend this series and cant wait for the next installment!

This series of books just keeps getting better. With each new App, I fall in love with the characters and the shenanigans that surround their story. I laughed out loud and felt like I was spending time with friends while reading this book. The push and pull and banter between these characters is sure to be a favorite amongst readers. The only thing about these books, once you finish reading the newest one you need the next one.
