The incidents/trends profiled (about 30) are well cited and contain brief excerpts from primary sources in addition to brief analysis. This is what makes this collection so valuable, it serves as a source of primary and secondary research. It also reads easily allowing the reader to bounce between topics of interest. Underwhelming for me. Merely a collection of news articles and a short addendum to each which wasn't specified in the blurb when I bought it. Useful as a reference book and for archival purposes though.
