Ruthless Games #1

The Queen's Game

Rate this book
I planned to put my father’s crime partners in jail. Their sons seized control of me first.

Anthony. Sebastien. Giancarlo.

The Princes of New York are being groomed to rule Manhattan. They won’t let their birthrights go up in flames. They can’t bury the evidence I have against their fathers, and they can’t make me disappear without risking a federal investigation.

The princes have another plan for me.

Discredit me.
Shame me.
Destroy my reputation.
Break me into a million pieces.

I may succumb to their hard bodies as they ruthlessly claim me, but I will use the greatest weapon in my arsenal to fight back.

Me.

My body. My seduction games as I claim them right back. All. Three. Of. Them.

I’m Rebecca Domenico, the new head of the Domenico crime family and I’m ready to be crowned the Queen of Manhattan.

Anthony, Sebastien, and Giancarlo can either join me or learn the hard way that no one crosses the Queen, not even three princes who want to be King.

Author's Note: The Queen's Game is a Mafia Romance that includes explicit bedroom scenes and references acts of violence, although no extreme scenes of violence take place in the story. This is a Why Choose romance with an HEA guaranteed and does not end on a cliffhanger. However, the love story takes a dangerous turn in Book 2, The Queen's Vow.

Having never read a mafia harem book before I didn’t really know what I expected, but somehow I was still disappointed.

The writing style is so-so; a few grammatical errors and misuse of words scattered throughout and the author could really do with a thesaurus to come up with different ways to refer to the FL’s vagina.
I also feel as though the alarming number of climaxes all of the main characters experience (mostly all together and in a row) must be some kind of great feat of their “Adonis-like” (direct quote), perfect, sculpted bodies, cause that ain’t natural.

This book has a MM pairing which is disguised as just “two men releasing their frustrations” and is “definitely not because they are gay.” As a number of the characters point out.
I don’t know if it’s just me but two men doing the do seems pretty gay! And I love that for them; live your best bisexual lives my dudes, but don’t insult the readers intelligence by not calling it what it is.

The book didn’t end on a cliffhanger which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1 but there is a setup for the next book in the series.
Will I be reading book 2? No.
Am I glad this book was free on kindle? Yes.

She became their Queen!
by sewsummore

Rebecca's father, a wealthy businessman and powerful mafia figure was dying with only months to live. She had always worked in the family business, but had taken full control after her brother's refusal to leave his life California and come home. It was after this knowledge became public that Rebecca received a secret meeting with an old school friend, a FBI investigator who revealed that her father and three of his close friends had been implicated in a major drug importation scheme of a dangerous rape drug. It was due to arrive in the country and they wanted her to stop the shipment before it arrived..Rebecca was devastated after learning the truth, but acted quickly to secretly move her mother and father to a secret location in another country. She knew that she had very little time before the shipment landed and destroyed much of the incrimination documents. Then contact the sons of the other men implicated for their help. This book was addictive and I stayed late into the night to finish this book in one sitting. She had gone to school with the three men and, unknown to her, she had been promised in marriage to one of them. The strength of her determination was obvious to the three men who were helpless to resist her charms. I loved this book, it ticked all my boxes ! Rebecca became their Queen whose masterful manipulation of all the players proved brilliantly planned and executed!

I received the ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review (I got the book because I signed up to receive the ARC of the second book, and wanted to know the beginning of the story).

KC rating 🍁🍁🍁🍁.5 / 🌶🌶.5

First of all, this is a standalone book, it doesn't have a cliffhanger ending, so ideally you'll be content after you finish it. Truthfully I wasn't hence I'm so excited for book two!

So let's dive in!

~ Characters ~

Rebecca - probably my favourite female character of 2022 (so far at least). She is SMART! Like honestly, she's an amazing character. She's not one of those wishy-washy characters that need a man to tell them that they are the queen. She knows that she's the queen, and she effing owns that crown! She makes a plan, executes it (it goes up in flames courtesy of the guys), then goes and makes another plan and another, and let's be honest, her plans do work (in the end-game).

One thing that I didn't quite like about her was that she was way too fast in giving herself to the guys. But then again, the woman knew what she wanted and went for it. There was the whole parallel with Lacey (her brother’s girlfriend/fiancé), so now I’m curious whether that was just to help Rebecca come to a decision, or there’s actually a book about her and her 3 men. (Yes, I’m off to go read the blurb of every Deborah Garland book, and if I find it, it goes to my kindle library.

Sebastien - okay, we won’t be talking more about him, as he was not my favourite (p.s. you can always check my TikTok where I did my impression of him). Though author did promise that I’m going to like him in book 2 (fingers crossed).

Anthony - our resident psycho! And if he’s not the best (okay maybe not the the best, I’m still not over Lorenzo from Promised in Blood series or Scout from Deception Duet), but he’s definitely in my top 3 right now. I won’t be talking a lot about him, otherwise I’ll spoil some epic scenes with him, Becca and … (tch, nearly did ^_^). But I do need to say something about this man! He’s obnoxiousness and greed (for Becca) can rival anything possible!

Let me explain. He knew she was promised to him, but did he do anything about it? Nope, (if you actually think about it, he gave 5 years to Sebastian to actually try and steal her, but did that drama queen do anything, nah, (again, as I said not my favourite). So, you know, once it was time to claim Rebecca for his own, I completely don’t blame Anthony, he was taking what was promised to him (and actually seducing Becca), not just being, you are mine woman…

Before I bore anyone (which I’m most probably already am, (sorry)), let’s move to the last character, and let’s just say I wasn’t sure whether he or Anthony were my favourite. Giancarlo - the man, who if you think about it, swooped in and took Becca, because he could and he could offer her what she needed (sex (really good one at that) and someone to dominate her in her bedroom).

~ General plot/writing development ~

So, the book was good, really good. Characters were not two dimensional, the pacing was good too, but I do have some issues with it, hence It got 4.5 leaves and not whole 5. So, let’ dig in!

Let’s start with spice! Spice was good, very very good, but every now and then I just thought that it was cut short or veiled just to be talked what actually happened in the passing. Rebecca’s and Gian’s play in the club is kind of overlooked. (We do get her thinking about what he did to her, but more description of how he did it, and what she felt would have been great too). I’m not complaining, because the book had a good dose of spice and plot interconnected, so I was content, but my smut brain always wants more.

I think it’s chapter 6 when we get to meet Mr X, and I was like, oh hell yeah, a mystery villain. Let’s just say It had a huge potential, so I wasn’t that much impressed on who was Mr. X. We could have had more mystery going on with his persona!

I was honestly waiting for a major twist from the oldies, I felt that ending was rushed too much. I was on like 85% into the book, and everything was getting heated with Sunrise and how everyone was trying to get control, and then it smoothed out way too fast. I was even thinking that it would end in a cliffhanger on a huge twist, but then remembered that it’s a standalone (or kind of).

So yeah, those were my main points which I didn’t like, which didn’t overshadow all the awesome points, such as engaging writing (honestly this book had a huge potential for a mystery detective), great characters that resonate with you, and I won’t stop mentioning this but a female character that you love!!!!

So if this is the first time you’ve heard about this book, I do hope you’ll add it to your TBR, because who doesn’t like some hot Italian mafia men with a equally hot Italian trying to outsmart each other and win the ultimate prize!

XOXO

Bitch!!!!

I can't believe how freaking good this book is!
Why do I always go in with low expectations only to have my world turned upside down!?

If you're a fan of strong and bossy heroines in a mafia setting then this book is for you. The plot is a little bit confusing but once you figure out who is who then things flow easier.

The FMC is Rebecca. She starts as a mafia princess but during the story she becomes a queen because her father runs away. Rebecca didn't make a name for herself by being easy and princessy and having sweet, sweet conversations. Nope, Becca staked her claim as being one tough, smart, take-no, gimme-everything-you-got, fuck freak. I'll explain the fuck freak later. One kiss from her leaves the guys quivering.

In all seriousness..the heroes didn't stand a chance against her. Seb, Anthony and Gian thought that blackmailing her will bring her to her knees. That she will break under their games and humiliation. Truth is that she was playing them in her fingers and she didn't even try. They thought that they were fucking her up but she was the one doing the fucking. And the better part? She was doing it slowly under their noses.

Their relationship went through fire and ice to reach a point where they all admitted that they are not enemies and they should not antagonize each other. The guys had to learn how to do things all together and also..be patient and share her. Oh yes..they were not happy about that in the beginning 👀

And that brings us back to Becca. That girl enjoyed dick like no one's business. She didn't care who or where or how or in which hole as long as she had it inside of her. She was amazing and insatiable..! That scene with Seb fucking her and Anthony fucking him while Gian was kissing her? Or the scene with Gian and Anthony dping her? I literally came. 💦

This book is heavy on the smut and the explicit language so if you're not really into this then I have a question for you..ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!!? 😈 Ok..back to being serious.

The story left me with a huge WTF because I'm still not over what I've read. I feel like I want to go back and read the sex scenes again and again..i mean.. it's fine. I'm fine!

Just read the book! 🖤

I was so excited for this book, especially as it's a mafia romance with a female MC, which I haven't read before. However, the plot just didn't come together for me.

-She has worked and fought SO hard for this leadership position in her family, and then for these 3 male 'friends' to turn around and want to make her look like a 'wh*re' so it will tarnish her image and thus discredit her evidence of the drug deal between the families? No ma'am. Why have a queen of a mafia family and then make it like every other mafia book where the males are more 'superior' than women. Like there were no other options for them not to go to prison?

- The lack of discussion (on page) about hard limits/ consent/ safe words/ STI/STD testing/ birth control, etc. All we see as readers is this man telling the female MC to meet him at his office, she gets there, and they just go straight into a scene. And then later on, they don't use any condoms and it's not even mentioned as an option, the male MC just goes for it. Which, for books with better Dom/ sub portrayals, is a discussion on page between both MC's. The female MC even mentions she hasn't had s*x in years, so I doubt she's on birth control, so I just had a hard time with that.

- The violence and lack of aftercare. Good Doms are going to provide aftercare, not just f*ck you hard and then go about their day, especially after an intense scene. Not every mafia man wants to 'destroy' women in bed. Like, they can have a gentle side too, it's okay.

- The CNC and 'pretend' r*pe scene. For a book with no trigger warnings, this came as a surprise. My hard limit was when Rebecca and Giancarlo were doing their thing during a role play, and she's repeatedly telling him no, but he just continues what he's doing? 🙃 I know she knows her safeword, but how is hearing 'no' part of a fantasy? That's not okay. And how he barely preps her for 🍑 s*x and then just goes for it? She's not had sex in YEARS and you can rush when it comes to 🍑 s*x, especially with someone as well endowed as these men seem. The last straw for me was when Rebecca sees Sebastian being 'r*ped' in front of the people they've kidnapped as a warning. Like, you have me all the way f*cked up. What??? Who proofread that and thought that was okay? Especially without the trigger warnings.

We have Rebecca, Giancarlo, Sebastian, and Anthony, heirs to their respective mafia empires, and Joe, part of the FBI. All of them have grown up in the same circles, but things have been rocky between them due to personal and familial relations. Yet Rebecca uncovers a shocking business deal that could upend all their lives, so the four heirs must figure out how to deal with the consequences of this deal, while also trying to figure out each other. Rebecca was a strong and intelligent heroine that did not back down. She comes to terms with who she is, what she wants, and plays the men at their own game. Each of the male MCs were ruthless yet caring in their own ways of Rebecca. I think I have a soft spot for Gian though--while he is the one who devised the plan "against" Rebecca, out of the three males, he seemed to be the most protective of her and was instrumental in helping her learn and get what she wants. The males also each have their own troubles to deal with, and I am glad the author took time to have all four POVs to shed light on their characters. Overall, I enjoyed getting to understand each of their characters and how they fit into this mafia world and with each other. I wonder if the author will continue the story, especially with how the four of them will tackle keeping their alliance together against the previous generation and how Russo might fit together with them.

3/5⭐️ 5/5🌶️

——• A delicious Mafia RH with MM🖤

4 Mafia families fighting to become the top dog of New York when its handed down to the daughter of the current king and she finds herself in bed with the heirs of those other three families and a FBI agent. Also yes, there is an MM relationship within this book at it was absolute 🔥

——• 🖤

BOOK 1: The Queen's Game - 3/5⭐️ 5/5🌶️
I liked it to a degree but their writing style kept throwing me off as it was a bit repetitive and/or choppy at times not to mention how the FMC was all “I’m a mafia queen” on minute but the a little bitch in the same breath🙄

BOOK 2: The Queen's Vow - 3/5⭐️ 5/5🌶️
Okkkk this was way better book one despite how the overall plot lacked in so many ways as the storyline was a little more busy so I didn't notice the repetitive/choppy writing style like I did with book 1. Seeing how Julian fit in with them all was good yet kind of annoying as their connection/chemistry was not believable whatsoever.

——• 🖤

I appreciated the multiple POV’s and how it wasn’t just from the FMC’s unlike most RH books. The actual characters and their relationships were done well but the actual storyline fell flat and that’s kinda the most important part.

Something I really appreciated was the spice throughout both books as it was fucking hot and was written so god damn well!! Not to mention the moments between Anthony and Sebastian were🔥🥵💦

Where is this all headed?

Book 1 always feels like it could end and you would be ok with the ending, but then book 2 comes along and it gets a whole lot more intense. Now I have read both books and I will say the second one dragged in spots for me. I thought I knew what was happening, but in reality I had no clue. So for those interested this is a RH mafia romance, multiple POVs, great characters that are really developed and with back stories…the families might just be the death of her, but it seems pretty close to instalove for her and her men. Some seemed to love her before she even knew it. Now wanting…spoilers down below….

Like I said the second book didn’t hold my attention as well as the first. I have a lot of unanswered questions though, despite there being an epilogue. Frankly her mother treated her like trash when all she did was try and save her dad from prison. The MMCs fathers confused me. They were made out to be so cutthroat, but why did they just roll over and do what she wanted with no explanation. Then you find out who hired the hitmen and that was kind of a meh moment. Honestly for a minute there I thought it was her mom. I just felt like a weird rushed wrap up that just missed the mark.

DNF @ 14%, chapter 8. Got this free from Amazon last year.

Yes, this is a mmfm why choose romance, but this is unnecessarily complicated with a mafia business/FBI investigation subplot and way too many POVs. There’s the four characters who are supposedly in the relationship (but even when I look ahead, all four aren’t together until super, super late into the book), and some random guy only referred to as Mr. X. The main problem with multi POV is that in this case, all the POVs blur together because each character’s voice sounds exactly the same.

This book has zero content warnings provided and the one right off the bat should be about the FMC’s dad having terminal cancer and has 6 months to live. That’s how I know the author isn’t normally a dark romance writer because this is primarily a contemporary romance thing. Judging by the other reviews, this book also contains very questionable BDSM scenes.

There’s also references to characters like the FMC’s older brother (Nate) with a fiancé and two other guys in that relationship, so I can only assume there’s other books about them but the author doesn’t say and her website is hard to navigate on mobile view. So, I guess I’ll just never know.

This is an interesting story that had me hooked from the very beginning. Rebecca grows up the daughter of a powerful wealthy mafia man/businessman who is now dying leaving her to take control after her brother refuses to come home. Rebecca meets with Joe who she went to school with but who's now in the FBI and he gives her information on a shocking business deal that effects Anthony, Giancarlo and Sebastian who are all the heirs to their own mafia empires. Now the four of them have to work together to figure out what the consequences of this deal are going to be and how do they live with them they also have to try to figure each other out. I love that Rebecca was such a strong female able to keep the men on their toes. I also enjoyed getting to see everyone's perspective with all four POV'S I think that added to the story it did for me anyway. I would definitely recommend reading this book and I'm looking forward to the next book.

★ “You’re a rare gem in a very dirty business.” ★

—>>> Rebecca Domenico has no choice but to do whatever she needs to do to protect her two younger sisters and to preserve Domenico Holdings, now that her older brother Nate has declined to take over in a manner which was thoroughly unexpected. But as Rebecca delves more into just how she could achieve that, a despicable deal of her father’s is discovered, and that meant she needed to find a way to turn the tables on her father’s mafia partners, who are equally involved, before the deal goes through. The obvious starting point is through their sons, with whom she already has history…and then some…but they each have their own plans to rule New York - by taking her down first. Rebecca soon finds that what she is striving for is not just a way to preserve a legacy which would be enriched by a union with these three mafia princes, but also a way to offer them all everything her heart was yearning for as well. Steamy, engaging Mafia read!

4 1/2 stars

The Queens Game follows Mafia Bosses daughter Rebecca. She's smart and clever enough to run her fathers empire but in a male orientated world she will never get that. With the FBI trying to get them all with a deal that ties them all in Rebecca finds herself in the middle of a steamy game with Giancarlo, Anthony and Sebastian (mob bosses sons and business partners) as the all try to get their own way. In some underhand ways. My god did these four steam up my kindle!

With the back history of these characters it gave the dynamic they all had more layers I thought. It was a clever twist on a Mafia RH romance where everyone has an agenda and their own way of getting it. I actually thought this was a standalone so I'm quite pleased that it's not because I get to read more from these characters and I'm hoping we get more from Julien? This was a cracking start to this series and a brilliant read too

I loved this book, which is no surprise since I love everything Tori Chase writes.

The Queens Game follows the story of Rebecca, the daughter of a mafia boss. She is ready to take over, since her older brother Nate( who is from another series by Tori that i love) doesnt want to give up his music career. After a visit from the FBI, Rebecca comes up with a plan. She just doesnt expect the sons of her fathers associates Anthony, Sebastian(her ex) and Giancarlo getting to her first.

I loved everything about this book. Rebecca is such a bada$$. Her relationships with the guys are all so hot too!! Her connection with Seb is still burning hot even though they broke up. And Dom Giancarlo, yes please 🔥🔥🔥🔥 This book is the perfect mix of mafia drama, violence, steam and has a plot that keeps you guessing. This is a must read!!!

The Queen and her Princes are taking over, and it's a new game with a whole lotta new nonrules!
Without actually telling the story here (please read the book) I thought it was awesome. Redeeming qualities in the mafia, who knew? There's change in everything as time marches forward with kingpins changing to newer, younger generations. However, the old guard isn't going out readily, it's just too bad there's that pesky old-school paper trail following them. Who's really going down?
When there's sexual attraction involved, and acted upon, everything gets more complicated, but oh so delicious and wickedly hot! Just another tool to be used? Some intense scenes in here, not overpowering the storyline, just taking it up a notch! Who knows if this is really what goes on within mafias, governments and whoever else gets involved, but it sure seemed real while I was reading it!

Working Together For A Forever -
Daaaaaaaam! That was one heck of a reading experience. Watching Rebecca recover quickly and find the strength to persevere, after she outmanoeuvred by Sebastien, Giancarlo and Anthony, then convince them to do the right thing in their normally murky world, was nothing short of genius. I was well and truly impressed. This action-packed, romance story, had me sitting on the edge of my seat whilst I turned the pages and has the potential to blow your mind to smithereens.

This was a great story, with four wonderful characters, who had to overcome their pasts connections and deal with the present issues, to allow them to have a chance at a happy future. I couldn’t stop reading once I started and I am sure the story will captivate you too.

If you’re looking for a dark, sizzling, and delicious mafia romance with a reverse harem twist, then this story has it all. Rebecca wants it all in a man’s world -- since her brother, Nate, wants nothing to do with the family business – and she intends to have it all in New York City as the Queen of the Domenico Family, even with three princes in her way – all of whom she knows, one who she still loves. Sebastien, Giancarlo, and Anthony are all gorgeous, lethal men in Rebecca’s world, though they’re each very different from each other. Rebecca finds herself in a unique situation, especially as she gets things that she never knew she wanted and more. This was a page-turner that I wanted to keep going, but I’ll have to wait until the next book comes out in 2022, and I’m so looking forward to it!

This was just yuck. Too many POVs. I love me a good RH - whether it's mafia, PNR, fantasy, omegaverse (swoon) - but the way this was written made the chapters choppy. I despise abrupt endings to chapters that then switch to another POV. It doesn't leave me hanging for the when that story picks up, it frustrates me. And then I'm irritated reading through whatever comes next. Once or twice is fine, create that drama and suspense. However, this was so abrupt.

This story was all over the place. The men were of the "insert name here" variety, or rather non-variety. They were all the same copy/paste. And their plan to discredit her. What kind of hot mess is that? No thanks.

And "Mr X"??? Get outta here. That was a 15-year old boy playing at D/s when the sub has no clue she's even entered a scene. Not how that works. That was soooooo poorly written.

What happens when the path you never wanted to take is suddenly the only path before you? What happens when the path you never imagined possible before is suddenly within reach? What happens when you wake up and everything you thought you knew is no longer true and some how you’re ok with it. What happens when love finds you when you weren’t even looking for it? And in such a way??? What happens when you are faced with possibilities never imagined? A thoroughly enjoyable book to read. Although, I’m not surprised how good this book is since I have enjoyed reading everything from Tori Chase including the other books she has written under another name. Grab your copy ASAP! A Steamy Manhattan Mafia Storyline.
The author has written a tale of four mafia families who for thirty years have co-existed peacefully. Now the head, Domenico not only had advanced cancer but had, along with the three other family heads, Messina, Daria, and Byrne were involved in bring a dangerous drug into the US. Their adult children: Rebecca, Sebastian, Anthony, and Giancarlo were against it because of Rebecca and her plan. Her plan was unconventional. Would she be able to win and more importantly, become Queen of Manhattan? Only if she had the mental and physical stamina to pull it off.
Excellent read and one I’m recommending for your reading enjoyment.
PEACE.

Loved it!! 🔥🔥🔥

This is a spin off from the Forever Our Girl series featuring Nate's sister Becca.
Now with Nate turning down being next in line for leading their family's business/ organization, Becca uses this an opportunity to step in. But first the FBI tell her that they have incriminating evidence that her father, Sebastians father, Anthony's father, and Gian's father all are involved in a new date rape drug being dropped soon. Becca immediately goes on the defense to take this down. She works closely with the 3 guys and in turn they try to discredit her by making her look loose.

This story is absolutely on fire!! Omg 😯!!! It's sexy, sweet, and dirty with a great story. I can't wait to read the next one!

I recieved an ARC for my honest review.

I'm not usually a big fan of mafia stories, but this one was more about the steam, story, machinations, and maneuvers, and less about violence. I really enjoyed having all the MCs POVs, so we knew what each was thinking and planning, and how they were reacting. There is drama, suspense, some surprising twists, and lots of heat (the sexy kind). I liked watching Rebecca taking the boys on to prove her place in this world. It was a little enemies to lovers (although one was already her ex-lover), a little former friends to (eventual) lovers, and 100% scorching hot. The ending isn't a cliffhanger, but it does leave room for more of the story.

2 stars tops. In case you can’t tell by the reading dates, this book dragged. Honestly, if I was anyone else I would have DNF. The concept of this book had potential-why choose mafia romance. But it was executed beyond poorly. There were just too many strings and then the guys try to slut shame her, but she still wants all the guys and it’s just weird. Poorly formed plot points and then just jumping into things, oh and then BDSM comes out of left field, like woah!! Just dumb. I skimmed and even at points it was still cringe.

I am usually a person who highlights for fun and spice, but in this book I was highlighting cringe and eye rolling moments.

Don’t waste your time with this one…oh and somehow book two (which I’m not reading) introduces a 4th guy 🙄

Rebecca is the daughter of a mafia boss. She discovery a drug deal had been going on due to an FBI friend. The three men Anthony, Sebastien, and Giancarlo are heirs to their own mafia empire and want to shame Rebecca, so that they can go through with the deal. They all know each other since childhood. Rebecca's brother does now want to become heir, because he chose his singing career. Rebecca has her own ways to achieve her goals and is a strong heroine, which the men soon will discover.
Great mix of suspense and steam/love.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Rebecca, Gian, Anthony and Sebastian are all heirs in their mafia families. They have known each other for years. Now her decision to stop a deal set in motion by their fathers, brings these four together with their own agendas. Their story has drama, danger, conflict, betrayal, twists and turns, lust and finally love. Rebecca was not a woman to be led around, underestimated or feel threatened. The men were strong in their own right but learned they were stronger together. Good story and characters

Rebecca's father is close to dying and now she is trying to run the business after her brother's refusal to come home. But her father and his partners have been implicated in a drug scandal and it's up to Rebecca to fix it.

I loved Rebecca's character. She is a very strong, and smart woman who can lead with ease. The way she handled everything showed her strength and the author gave us a story based on her and not her being weak and needing a man.

But the men she has are definitely drool worthy, and she keeps them on their toes the entire time. I'm anxious to see where we go next with this story.

Well, she is one lucky lady having all those men falling in love with her.
Bit of a sex kitten she is, but hey all to their own choices I say.
The story did flow from the start to the finish.
All the characters worked well together and I had a great connection with them as well.
I never found any spelling mistakes or any holes in the plot of the story.
If you like this type of story, I can recommend it to you if you are over the age of 18+

I LOVED this first book of this mafia duology. It has been on my TBR for ages and this time it was time to open it and see if I would like it or not.

Rebecca (Becca) after some events happening in the mafia business becomes Queen of the business. Everything could be so easy, if there wouldn’t be 3 other hot guys (Seb, Antony and Gian) who by marrying her would like to become kings of such empire.

But as there is a huge problem they all need to solve, each one of them (MMCs) decides that she is just his.

So much intrigue, spice and very clever decisions of Rebecca, made me swallow this book in 2 days.

I can’t wait to read and finish the second book.
