It's a very soothing and eye opening book. It makes you realize about the importance of the little things you do in your life, right or wrong. I got many difficult Hindi words for my vocab too. The spirituality talks in this book is also quite a lot which I skimmed through as I am not much of a believer. I will read the scientific reasons behind them (if any) from other sources as well whenever will be intrigued though. But overall, this book is really helpful with all the important points that it has about our daily lives and how to do it in a better way, with the scientific reasons. It's effective and I know it will really help me a lot in the long run if I follow even 50% of what I read in it.
