Hyland's Obsession (A Dark Captive Arranged Marriage Romance) book #3 by Felicity Brandon is the continuing story between Sean and Hillary's dark, violent sensual journey about love, revenge and arranged marriage that will leave you breathless.

This story begins with Sean and Hillary being taken from the Ritz Hotel on the night of their wedding by Saul and Connor. Now both of them are taken to the Syndicate Headquarters where Sean will be tied and beaten by Connor. The interaction between Saul and Hillary is a hard one as Saul pleads his case for Hillary to return to him and Hillary finally finding her voice stands her ground informing him that he is no better than Sean. He knew all along where she was and he never came for her and never loved her only used her for his own purposes. She now tells him that with everything she has endured by the hands of Sean, she will stand by her husband. When he allows her to leave will his decision cause consequences? This is a fast paced sensual emotional story that is full of angst and suspense. Now Hillary will put her own plans into motion when she is confronted by Connor who may go easy on her due to the past they shared, but unknown to him Hillary is using him to save Sean. Now with a daring escape, they both return to the hotel to have Sean looked at by a doctor due to his injuries. Loved the shift in the powerplay between these two. Hillary may love her Sir and all the things he does to her, but she informs him that she may want to be in control sometimes but most of all he will need to respect her. Hillary is tormented by a nightmare and is agonizing about the horrible things she said to Saul. While Sean is sleeping she decides to go back and apologize to Saul.

After learning that both Sean and Hillary have escaped, Saul has an emotional talk with Dylan and Connor as he has no desire to go after them. You witness the pain he is going through with all of the decisions he has made, he tells both Dylan and Connor that he wants what they have a women to love him. When Hillary arrives to see Saul, what she will walk in on is bittersweet and emotional. Saul while listening to Hillary, knows he lost everything as he was too late letting Hillary know how he feels and now has come to a decision. So many twists and turns in this story that will leave you guessing until the end as we find Sean and Hillary embrace the love between them, Sean exercising his dominant side to Hillary, only to learn that Hillary will only allow Sean to dominate her because she craves what he does to her, not because he tells her to. Felicity Brandon has done an outstanding job ending this series. This is a must read.

Wow. I’m not quite sure how to write this review. I’m shocked at the direction of the storyline. Felicity is brutal, showing no fear whatsoever. This whole series is off the charts hot as hell.

I cannot tell you how much I loved this addition to Sean and Hilary's story!

I couldn't put this down once I started!

Hyland's debauchery! Whoa! Thank goodness for Hilary she has the strength to endure! Really the desire to!

These two are ying-yang personified! Two puzzle pieces that absolutely, fit together!

This story depicts mafia men in a different light. And the Reilly brothers, who knows what Ms. Brandon still has in the recesses of her brain for them.

I am hopeful the Hyland's will continue to feed Brandon's creative juices. I continue to need them in my life! I love them!

Every time I read one of Ms. Brandon's books I say it's the absolute best and then she goes and surpasses that story, again and again. I have no idea where she gets her ideas or how she is able to captivate me with the darkness and debauchery, but I can't stay away. I spend the entire book wondering how the characters are going to reach their HEA and it's never the way I imagined it happening. This one was no different. Hyland was the character I hated to love, from the very beginning and yet, just like Hillary, I couldn't stay away. I was just as captured in his web as she was. This story is their conclusion and it's my favorite (at least for the moment).

The story picks up right where the last one ended and the roller coaster of emotions is off with a bang. To say that it is intense is an understatement. It was insane, dark, passionate, heartbreaking, breathtaking, and full of surprises. I couldn't put it down and I really didn't want it to end.

Sean and Hillary are abducted on their wedding night by Saul and Connor. They are brought to the Syndicate. It is a terrible night for Sean, who sustains a bevy of painful injuries. Hillary, on the other hand is released.

For the most part, I dislike saying that an author has taken me on the roller coaster ride of my life. But, Felicity Brandon has taken me on an earth shattering ride!!! This story is filled with excitement, dominance, power, violence, debauchery, vengeance, rescues, death, hate, love, and self-recrimination. In addition to these difficult occasions, Sean and Hillary come together in the most physically compelling, soul shattering and erotically entrancing scenes. OMG, I have never read anything that can compare to this dark yet totally satisfying relationship, and I definitely recommend it.

Ah, as always, Ms. Brandon superbly wraps up another deliciously depraved & kink-filled scorcher of a dark romance.
This one wraps up in a most satisfying manner, again managing to make this reader fall for Sean Hyland, a man who gleefully humiliates & carnally torments his wife Hilary in the basest of ways. And yet, Hilary doesn't understand just WHY his actions seem to explode her lusts to incredible heights & he himself just MAY be earning her heart too. But what about his? Is this still just his revenge filled plot against his nemesis, Saul or has it segued into something more?
Superb writing, delicious depravity, intense emotions, a mesmerizing plot, enthralling complex multi-layered characters that the reader is invested in & intrigued by. I did not stop reading this one once I starting reading it.

I often feel like I’m constantly repeating myself when it comes to reviewing books written by Felicity Brandon. So, I’ll say, yet again, that this current work, entitled Hyland’s Obsession, is a well written and very entertaining read. This book is part three of a trilogy, and it brought the series to a very satisfying conclusion.

This is the story of Hilary and Sean, two people caught up and involved in organized crime, albeit on opposite sides. Sean is out for revenge on Hilary’s employer, and he abducts her to enact his plan. The story flows seamlessly from there. So well done,

This is a dark romance with plenty of excitement, kink, and love thrown into the mix. I enjoyed every page. Highly recommended.

Felicity keeps you on your toes with this ending never knowing which way it is going.
After they are taken back to headquarters Sean is taken to the dungeons and left in the capable hands of Connor. Hilary is taken up to a room but she manages to get a key. I like the way Hilary is turning from weak to commanding. Felicity has changed Hilary’s personality around this makes the story interesting I couldn’t wait to read to the end to find out what happens. Sean might have kidnapped Hilary but I think he has now found his match. This is a must read. I received an ARC for an honest review which I have given

I never know where Ms. Brandon is going to take me when I read one of her books and yeah, I had no clue how this would go. Filled with darkness, angst, betrayal and all the hot stuff, I'm once again drawn into this world she has created. I loved that Hillary found her voice and took charge when Sean was hurt. This whole series has been awesome and with my aversion to really dark and disturbed romance stories, Felicity Brandson seems to be able to draw me into her world. I loved everything about this and it was more than I expected..............in a good way!

Just wow was I taken for a ride and blown away by the conclusion of Sean and Hillary's story. I couldn't get enough it was perfect and by god Mr. Sean Hyland was outstanding and earned his place in my heart forever, he is dirty, dark and violent but he feels everything and is demanding especially when it comes to Mrs. Hyland.

There's twists and turns, revenge and moments when I couldn't believe what happened I said no way but yep the Author went there and let's just say maybe there were tears.

This was truly a masterpiece I loved it so so much they went out with a bang and consumed me.

I absolutely loved the Hyland’s Obsession it was a wonderful conclusion to Felicity Brandon’s trilogy. I was entranced by the storyline and pulled into Sean and Hillary’s world. I found them a compelling couple and I’m sorry to see their story end. All the ups and downs they went through to get their happily ever after kept me staying up late into the night reading. I think Felicity out did herself on this one it was a fantastic book. I recommend this book to everyone it’s dark and romantic in just the right amount.

Probably my favorite book out of the series. This one picks up where the last one ended and is one crazy ride. From imprisonment to escape and heartbreak to honeymoons this book has all the drama along with the heat you expect in a Felicity Brandon novel. If you’ve read the first two books in this series you need to read this one!

It’s strange…reading the second book in this trilogy, I didn’t like Sean or Hilary. After the concluding book, the feelings have changed. I’m not saying I love them, but I don’t dislike them either.
