WOW, talk about corrupt!!!
This book was fast paced that I hardly had time to catch my breath. S. Frost wrote a tale that was filled with corruption and murder and a young couple losing each other because of such.
Alex and Garrett truly had to fight for their love in spite of the odds against them.
Now my only issue is that some of the scenes were a little rushed and the end felt a little incomplete. Nevertheless, this was a good book and I enjoyed reading its.

Garrett and Alex's love story was a bizarre one but I loved this book. Garrett and Alex went to hell and back. So many secrets were revealed in this book it was really jaw-dropping. My favorite part is how he tells his son (that he didn't know he had) he was his dad. This book was so good and the writing was amazing and I give this book a deserving five stars. I highly recommend readers to read this author's work you won't be disappointed.

Bad to The Bone!!
Wow, what an awesome book, this was my first time reading this author, I will check out other books by her, with that being said the Senator was no joke. He did everything to keep his power, and the lengths that he was willing to through, to keep them was amazing. I was just happy that his son and daughter-in-law were more than willing to 🛑 stop him. The ending was too abrupt for me, it could’ve end it on a different note.

Whew…busy
Garrett and Alex dealt with a lot with Senator. Their love was what saved them and reestablishing trust with one another. But it was fast paced and busy!

Pass this one by
There are so many things wrong with this story and a few right. The development of the characters was lacking and just too many holes that were not addressed or filled. Even though there was an ending, the story felt incomplete and lacking cohesiveness. The synopsis was just terrible. I chose to read this because I've previously read a book by this author but this one is just junk.

The senator was a ruthless power driven individual who moved anything or anyone out of his way by any means possible. Unique Words, LLC introduced the book introducing us to Alex an Garrett who the senator has been an unwanted visitor in their lives for the longest. When he sends Alex packing out of fear her return is not just an awakening for her family and Garrett, but also time to take the senator down so their family can have peace

Didn’t work for me
The normalisation of the lack of communication in a marriage, even if the couple is young, and the dismissal of the role and need for a father was annoying. The whole I did it for love, even from the mother, therefore you should be ok with it, is too cliché.
As for the theme of the evil rich father, well, it’s also not new.

Who needs enemies?
Senator Chase is evil incarnate. The mind of S. Frost is twisted. But in a good way. I wonder how something so evil could be created from anyone's mind. S. Frost wrote the perfect villain, one who cared for absolutely no one, including his own family. This was a deceptively horrific story and so compelling, quite the page turner.

Circle of Deceit
Circle of Deceit was ok, it was a quick read. it had no ouch and the Senator just goes to prison for all the scrap and lives he took. I don't know if I would recommend this book.

Wow
I really enjoyed this read. Garrett and Alex went through a lot to be together. The horrible deeds by his father were despicable, but it led them back to each other. I highly recommend this read be added to your collection.
