After recovering from a severe accident that causes Harry to lose his memory of three years, he moves to London to start his life over as a star chef. Little does he know that when he falls in love with Louis at first sight, it’s not the first time they meet.
Featuring an unintentional game of hot and cold, Harry chasing memories that won’t come back, Louis burying himself in work to try and forget what he can’t forget, Liam being torn between two of his best friends, Zayn as a moral compass and Niall saving the day with good music and brutal honesty.
was confused as hell as to how I feel for the characters,,, saw a lot of lyric parallels help

4 stars for plot 3 stars for execution
I had to reread this because I can't stand the idea that I'll be reading it again at the end of this year (as per tradition) without my annotations because I lost them!!!!!!!!
After reading it again, I now kind of understand why I hated reading this book the first time. Some lines, themes, paragraphs were repetitive and in a this-is-written-poorly kind of way; Liam's choices still gave me a whiplash (and I still hated him) but the character's motives were a bit easier to understand the second time around.
There were still times I wish I could just yell at them BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING EVERYTHING SO DAMN COMPLICATED WHEN THEY LITERALLY HAVE A SOLUTION RIGHT IN THEIR FACES. This time, I appreciated Niall and Zayn more because they were actually the voices of reason in this fic and they wouldn't be able to move past the conflict if not for these two. Hands down for Ziall.
It's also fun how the fic started in December and ended in December. It probably after-Christmas December because they didn't celebrate Christmas or New year in the first chapters, so i'm a bit lost in this but they first met (the second time around) in December, so idk man.
