It’s an Honest review of why the Trains in India look and move as they did 50 years back.. Interesting narrative and a Live example of how a strong leadership , accountability and an enthusiastic team can transform the way of the world.
But I don’t recommend it for people who are not in this business.. this is more technical and relevant to the IR and vendors of the railway industry, and a must read for politicians, the Govt Officials who have the power and means to change the country but choose to do nothing and blame it on bureaucracy and lobbyists. I’m sure no one will read a word of this. If they did they would understand how incompetent they look.
I only hope ICF keeps this momentum and builds more speed trains in the future..
As an ex-Protocol Officer with Indian Railways, I can understand the roadblocks, the makers of the team faced throughout. The system in which Indian Railways operates needs to have many visionaries to work with enthusiasm, courage nd never say die attitude. And there r no dearth of such visionaries. The leader nd makers of Vande Bharat are one among those.
Since the Railway system is the barometer of the nation's well-being, any positive change is reflected as the nation's progress to a healthy nd prosperous state.
Congrats ICF team for instilling pride in ourselves as true successful INDIAN'S nd we are second to none.
