Hendrix who is what she is about to be saying! SK is a good look for her anyways! Straight forward and no lies! And o like the Keep your head up you don’t want your crown to fall! Hendrix would never! Wait until Sapphire tell Kyree about this man AM meet and when they both find out he the plug and kyree and Hendrix plug at that! Business is business but I think Hendrix is gonna be out the game before he can get out on his own! However he ain’t trying to get out but he ain’t gonna be able to mess with SK! SK just came in being a breathe of fresh air and all of what AM need! To be honest I’m for it! You don’t marry knowing you still wanna be in others bed! When you marry that stops! If you can’t stop then keep it platonic, and let that lady find her husband because that’s what ladies be looking for! Ready for part two

Having Your Cake And Ice Cream Won't Last Always
Akire, great read, man Hendrix really is a Narcissist , he really thinks he can do whatever he wants and because of the love Amethyst has for him he thought he could continue to be a jerk and she would continue to accept it.
Hendrix, never learns, Kyree never allows Hendrix, foolishness to rub off on him. Sapphire is such an intelligent girl. I'm glad she and Three have a great spot. Se' Kari was a guy that had everything going for him but he doesn't have real love, will he finally get a love match? He has family issues he is gonna have to take care of, will this bring more drama to his door or would this be a chance for Se'Kari to really have true love? Good read🤗🤗🤗🤗

Man I almost threw my kindle across the room just when it was getting really good it ended!! That damn Hendrix is a hot mess with his community d having self. Amethyst is a sweetheart she has put up with so much bs in her marriage that I am glad she is walking away. I absolutely love Kyree and Sapphires relationship I hope it doesn’t change in the next installment. Se’kari seems to definitely be Bae I can’t wait to see how the relationship evolves between him and Amethyst.

Good Read
I know this book didn't end like that.... I was so into the story and, to be continued... Really!! At first, I thought it was a slow read, but then I realize it was showing how everything was connected. I'm so glad that Amethyst, is finally over Hendrix. And he's getting exactly what he deserves. I love Kyree and Sapphire together and what they're building. That dang Se'Kari, is exactly what Amethyst needs. But I can tell its alot of drama and secrets to be revealed, can't wait to see what happens next. Good job Akire C.

I liked Kyree and Sapphire together. I hope it picks up with more emphasis on Amethyst in the next book. Also I caught that almost slip up with Hendrix he got more than one child with Naveah.

The author did a fantastic job of crafting this story. The tangle web of betrayal always result in pain and loss which is embedded in this story. Also, I love the vivid details intertwined within the pages of the story painting a visual picture for the readers to become immersed in the lives of the character. The feelings of hurt and the beginning of new love make this an interesting storyline. Can’t wait for part 2.

I don’t blame Am for wanting to get her lick back since Hendrix can’t do right by her or their marriage like how can you claim you love someone but you constantly cheating and to make matters worse you created a whole baby with the chick you and your wife know from school that is not forgivable I can’t wait to read part 2 to see how Am going to stick to her plan divorce Hendrix and move to find her inner peace and true love

Slow
I gave book 1 three stars mainly due to it being slow and dragging for me; including the sex scenes that were a bit over the top and drawn out. I will continue on to book 2 because I have enjoyed so many of Akire's other books, that I have a feeling book 2 will redeem book 1.

Hendricks is a total douche bag! Him and Neveah probably have more than the one that she is pregnant with. He's been playing in Amethyst face for a minute and she has yet to really boss up on him.....he thinks ish is sweet. Sapphire and Kyree have a good thing going on. Se'Kari, the plug, has entered the scene and hopefully things change really quickly in the next book.

Moving in the right direction
I love the story line, although it moving extremely slow. Didn’t like the ending though. Soon as it got great…boom felt like it was over in the middle of a sentence. Can’t wait for part 2! I’m here for all of the Vegas shenanigans!
