November

Rate this book
"A few yers ago , I wrote a poem a day during the month of October as a way to exercise the grief I feel through that month. November 2020 was an incredibly toxic month toward the end of a completely abysmal year. As a way to muscle through it, I decided to write every night again. When I revisited these poems, I had a hard time convincing myself anyone, myself included, would want to read anything that took place during this time. I may still be convinced no one does.

If you're reading this, thank you for proving me wrong. "

I meant to read this during November. Oh well, a day late.

Jeremy’s lyricism and delivery have always felt so powerful. That impression shines through in his poetry as well. My three favorites here are:

- 11/6/20 (Ode to a Ladybug)
- 11/19/20 (A)
- 11/26/20 (Under Rubble)
