Bold individuals seize life in remarkable, almost unbelievable ways. They succeed in business, in careers, and in love, and they have a great time doing it. Bold people walk up to supermodels and ask them to dance. They stand in front of audiences and tell jokes. They start companies. They run for president.
What surprises most people is that boldness can be taught. Fred Joyal started as an extremely shy person, too timid even to make a phone call, and transformed himself into someone who has done stand-up and improv comedy, spoken to audiences of 5,000 or more, met dozens of celebrities, and, just by being bold, found love, joy, passion, and success.
And he can teach you how.
Superbold gives you a systematic, step-by-step approach that can take you to a surprising level of boldness in as little as ninety days. Ready to stop living a life of regrets and missed opportunities? It's all possible—faster than you think.
Yes, really... where was this book when I was twenty or forty? But, that's the great thing -as Fred Joyal says-it's never too late to be bolder in your life. I don't spend a lot of time reading self-help books, though I guess, I've read a few. This thing is a real pleasure, beautifully put together, funny, occasionally touching. But mostly, highly insightful and surprisingly effective. I'm just done, and it's already altered my day to day behavior. Makes me happier, makes my wife happier! Hard to think of anyone I know that wouldn't benefit from reading it. Which is a pretty good thing to say about a book.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Superbold offers a serene and enlightening exploration of mindfulness, energy, and self-discovery. With practical guidance and spiritual wisdom, it’s a perfect read for anyone looking to deepen their practice, enhance their well-being, and connect with their inner self.
